I've been curious about raw food diets for some time. Money is an issue for me and I've not got round to experiementing with raw food, since healthy food seems to be the most expensive. :(
But I was thinking, once a person knows what they are doing, maybe the cost of the weekly shopping actually levels out somewhat?
Can anybody tell me more? :)
Yes.. Very expensive.. 90% of my income.. But that doesnt say alot, since i dont have a job :D

That's a shame. Little left for train fair, etc....even though our train service is a rip off and the worst in the whole of Europe. :D

There's very little you can't pick with the right book and knowledge..
And there is no excuse if you are on the dole either ;)

My point being that if you are a bit skint, then there is plenty of opportunity to forage.

I have gotten very good at picking off fruit trees along side the road
any limbs that are over public property can have the fruit picked off of them in the states
Nuts, various roots and greens, my goat's milk, eggs and roots and whole grains are my usual fixins, so I am not all raw but over 70% raw
eat and produce and gather food is what I do
