No to the main question : If we are all in heaven , why cant we do what ever we want ? I mean even if you are "free" , you are still only human and tied to a rules of human limits.So that rises a question , are you REALLY free ? I think you are right, but don't forget that this is can be a double face discourse used also to conforme people to anacceptable things.
For example: elite do what they want to do because they think to be the masters of the people and they do not respect any rule. But they tell us to be
