Going with the theme of Icke's latest newsletter, here in the US it is just horrible how blind and ignorant people are when it comes to shopping. Whether its Wal Mart or Costco where they sell in bulk, people love to shop at these places like they are saving so much money. I can barely look around me and see one healthy fit person. My girlfriend works part time at a small healthfood store where we do some of our shopping, and we buy fruits and vegetables from local organic farms. It's so easy to do to support local businesses. Talking to some people, it's like they don't even know they exist, or that there is actually healthy food out there. My god. Are people the same in the UK too? Just completely ignorant about health and alternative ways of living?
Its somewhat the same in the fitness world too. I've been bodybuilding for a few years now, and talking to people in the gym, they really have no idea what they put in their bodies. They are brainwashed to belive that in order to be strong and healthy, you need all these new supplements to get you there. They don't realize that eating clean can get you there too without all the side effects like death. All these supplements for building muscle, with absolute garbage in them. The proteins with artificial sweeteners and the creatines and energy drinks with food coloring and Splenda. I tell people yeah, it make make you a little stronger but it's killing you too. And these things aren't cheap either. One can easily spend thousands a year in enhancement supplements where the bad far outweighs the good. But most people in the gym don't work out correctly either. It's indicative of the ignorance that surrounds us. People don't want to take the time to correctly learn how to work out or take care of themselves. Just like every other aspect of life, they like to walk around like they know what their doing while never have researched anything. Sad.
I know some people whos staple food for them is fast food. There is enough information out and enough has been exposed about how bad fast food is here in the US that it is no longer an excuse not to know. Yet, people still feed their kids this shit every day. To me it is nothing less than child abuse. But here in the US where its ok to be immoral as long as everyone else is doing it, it is a norm for kids to eat McDonalds every other day. McDonalds isn't even that cheap anymore. These people eat it so much, they don't even realize how bad it makes them feel. I can't touch the stuff. I had it once a while back and I felt horrible.
It's one thing if people were aware of how unintelligent they are. It would be sad but at least make some sense. But people here in the US actually think they are smart and that we live at a time when people are smarter than ever. You tell someone here that they are dumbed down and they want to fight you. This is truly the disturbing trend we have going. People who want to be smart and are the furthest from it. Makes changing a little harder. But hey, it doesn't stop me from pointing it out to people. But I do it in a non aggressive way, you know, just so they realize that not everyone agrees with them.
As generations pass, how easy it is to control the up and coming youth. Hey, kids today don't know what local farms are anymore. It's like they never existed. Just like when the New Testament came out some three hundred years after Jesus was suppose to have lived, who alive could say differently? Thats why I'm real wary about what the officials say happened at a time when no one is alive to varify it. I know the truth is out there but even more lies surround it. For example, I have a real hard time believing that a bunch of pilgrims and Puritans sailed to Massachusetts and from there travelled all around New England to settle the land. Do you know how many people must have came to cover so much area in so little time? Anyways I won't get into it.
Back to supermarkets, people have been programmed to think that it so much easier and cheaper to shop at these places. They may be more available, but only because small farms can't afford to make it anymore. I live in and around small towns here in north central Connecticut where there is a decent amount of farms but they are not utilized to the extent they should be. They are certainly more available here than a lot of places in the US and I wish people would support them more. I guess people just don't know how easy and gratifying it is to buy local. To see where your food is grown and to know you're helping to sustain a lifestyle not dependent on corporations. And what a good point Icke makes about the tractor trailers in mass being used to transport all the food at a time where the same people are trying to convince you that global warming is man made. Well jeez, then why in the hell have they created a world where pollution is an absolute must in the way the world operates and where any alternative is destroyed? What a fucking joke these people are and what a bigger joke the people are who believe them. Why the hell support someone who is punching you square in the face every day of your life?
I hope at least everyone in this forum is doing what they can in whatever country they live, to support local farms. We have to run these corporate satanists out of business.
