Are the PTB slowly releasing some news of the truth regarding various secret 'shadow government' projects.
There is a full page article in today's mail, featuring the new George Clooney film "The Men Who Stare at Goats".
It then details true psychological - psyc-ops - projects which took place in the US, and are still on-going today.
These include remote viewing, ESP, tele-kinesis and something called DMILS (direct mental interaction with livind systems).
