Hi
This is only my third posting on the forum and the first time I have started a thread, so please be kind to me...
I just wondered if anyone knows any more about the death of Jason Raize who was last seen alive on 2 February 2004 and found hanged 5 days later (see news item below). His ‘suicide’ seems to have been recorded as 3 February.
I only found out about his death today as I was trying to investigate the man behind the amazing voice on the Lion King Broadway soundtrack CD particularly the beautiful and uplifting song ‘Endless Night’. I was stunned and then being an Icke fan I had to find out more about what might have driven this young man to take such action.
According to the entry on Wiki he was born as Jason Rothenberg in New York on 20 July 1975. He changed his surname to Raize and got into acting as a teenager and was in lots of musicals before ‘originating’ the part of Simba in the Broadway production of ‘The Lion King’ (A Disney Production) in 1997. He had a brief recording career during which he released 2 singles under Universal Records and a debut CD which was never released.
In 1999 he was appointed the United Nations Goodwill Ambassador for his “commitment and dedication to furthering the cause of the environment through the use of his creative talents to inspire respect for our natural heritage and to promote the conservation and sustainable use of the earth's resources".
In 2000 he starred in a Disney Channel special with Jessica Simpson – a concert filmed in Disneyland. He went back to the theatre before making a TV movie and then a series ‘Keeping it Wild’ which looked at animals in their natural habitats.
In 2003 he provided the voice of Denahi in the Disney animated feature ‘Brother Bear’. Jason then moved to Australia ...(see below)
There are various sinister ingredients in his story including Disney, United Nations, the environment and even Royalty.
The Lion King is a show that pushes the environment and a possible ‘sun worship’ agenda. The old king is killed and the new ruler allows everything to decay before the son, Simba returns (wearing a head-dress that looks like a radiant sun) to save the world.
Jason’s voice inspired many people including me particularly his version of ‘Endless Night’ and there are lots of tributes to him on the website ‘Blog of Death’. http://www.blogofdeath.com/archives/000732.html
I note from this blog that quite a few people were even more moved by his songs after finding out about his death and wondered, if TPTB feed on such energies then they will be doing well with this one.

Mystery over stage star's death in bush
One of the state's most famous horse-breeding studs is at the centre of the death of Broadway star Jason Raize Rothenberg.
The body of Raize - who played the role of Simba in the Broadway version of The Lion King - was found hanged in an outlying shed on Hardwicke Stud at Yass on February 7.
His remains are with the coroner as police await dental records from the United States to formally identify him.
The 28-year-old New Yorker, whose devastated family is holding a memorial service for him today, had started work as a general hand in December at the stud farm, which produced the champion stallions Agincourt and Canonise.
His mother, Boston technology consultant Sarah MacArthur, said her son had come to Australia without his family's knowledge at a point in his life when he was pondering his career.
Using the professional name Jason Raize, he is credited as the voice of a native American boy in the animated Disney film Brother Bear.
However, Ms MacArthur said Raize was "between notes" after the end of his nature television series, Keeping It Wild With Jason Raize.
"He said he needed to step back and catch his breath. I don't think he had figured it out yet [what to do next]."
Raize returned to the Southern Tablelands town of Yass to visit friends he had made while filming in Australia in 2001.
Harwicke Stud was the property of 1960 Olympic equestrian gold medallist Laurie Morgan and his wife, thoroughbred breeder Philippa.
Mrs Morgan's daughter, Princess Vittoria Torlonia, cousin of Prince Felipe of Spain, and her husband, champion horse-breaker Ken Lindsay, subsequently took over the property.
Detective Inspector Bernie Ryan of Goulburn Police said Raize was last seen on the property at 10.30am on February 2.
"Friends were concerned about his whereabouts, but thought he might have been in Sydney for a party," Inspector Ryan said.
A missing persons report was filed with Yass police at 2.15pm on February 3.
"Unfortunately, the body was found at 11.15am on February 7, in a shed on the property," Inspector Ryan said.
Yass police refused to comment on whether there were any suspicious circumstances, but said inquiries would "continue to the satisfaction of the coroner".
