Hello,

I've got heart problem. I can`t feel my heart right (although it is physically o.k.). It has to do with the system. You can drive a car, eat Burger and go shopping. First problem: I do not have enought money (it would be an incredible sum to buy a house, to pay taxes, to have enough food, etc. (I mean it-if you want really to live).

It is like something was cut out of my body (missing part). I miss a real home, a place where i feel comfortable, nice people. I feel aggressive.

Reality is fighting for food. I live in Berlin. Any idea? I feel like an alien in Europe.

Greetings

I think that it's extremely common, at least in the western world, for people to have heart problems. It's not just the heart. It's also all the blood vessels going from the heart and throughout the whole body. One technique is to put awareness into the body. But that is a slow and tedious process in my experience.

i thought the only time you truly feel your heart was when it was hurting

That's my experience too. But I strongly suspect that when energy begins to flow better in the heart and in the body, then it will be a nice, alive and flowing feeling.

i do not know about you, but when that feeling occurs i can't say it is my heart that feels it

One guess is that in most people the heart has not awaken so to speak. We feel from a scale of numbness to pain, and that is clearly an indication of something not fully healthy, at least not fully awakened yet.

How do you know that those feelings stem from the heart? and not from the soul and the conscience?

The nervous system goes through the whole body, and when we feel something, in most cases we can tell where we feel it. For example, if I hit my left thumb then I can tell where the pain is.

People without legs can sometimes feel pain in the legs even when they are not there, but when the nervous system is intact then usually physical area and feelings go together.

Hi there fellow german,

i live on west side of germany, near cologne, and i can tell you you are not alone. I was just like you in my past...

Let me try to help you with few tips:
- home is the place where you can relax, where you can enjoy where you can feel at home, you don't need to own it.
- these days people say "money is everything". It is not, life is. Enjoy your life as if you may leave this planet tomorrow, but still think a bit about future.
- show compassion to other people who cross your path, be friendly, try to help. You may expirience many non reactions, but then, one day you may need help, and people will show up.

I visit one site on regular basis. Its the place where i gather my ideas, i do agree with many things that guy writes about, and at same time i do not agree with others. But here you go: www.zenhabits.net

Love,

G.
