I've been seeing the number 316 (or 3:16) all around lately. In clocks and what not. I haven't really seen the numbers that many people seem to get, like 11, 11:11 and so on. Why am I seeing 316 all the time?

Never heard of it as being significant . Check the 777 book out in this link. At the back is a dictionary with numbers and common meanings.
