I get 8-9 hours of sleep yet I still wake up and it takes a while for me to get into full swing of the day, say like an hour or 2. I have never been a morning person and it makes the day very difficult to start off this way. Any tips would be much appreciated! :)
edit: This is something I really want to tackle because I'm too tired to meditate in the morning to start my day
