Weird experience, channeling?

My girlfriend just had a really weird experience there. We were both in bed and had stopped talking to go to sleep when all of a sudden she said she went into a trance and these names got put in her head, she said it was someone called Jeff who was with someone called Shirley. Apparantly it was definately to do with me and these people watch over me, it was a positive thing, this Jeff has strong connection with me, moreso than the shirley. She said when she touched me she was getting all these shivers and tingles, I started getting them too but maybe more to do with what she was telling me.

She held my hand and she said she felt as if she was going back into this trance and it freaked her out and she didnt like it, she said it reminded her of a time we took ayahuasca, without the dmt, where we definately felt like we werent alone.

Shes been meditating recently on her auntie who died a few months ago who she was very close to and misses a lot, maybe this has opened her up? I dunno? shes totally freaked out by this, so am I. A psychic did tell me im surrounded by a lot of spirits though its a good thing, maybe some tried to contact my g/f or maybe shes imagining it all dunno. I dont know anyone called jeff or shirley btw. Any thoughts? Cheers.

well as long as the spirits or what ever they seem to be are good natured I wouldnt worry at all, I mean really if they were bad I would bet my bankroll they would not go with the names Jeff and shirley lol. now if your girl said the spirits names were laverne and shirley then maybe you guys should watch less tv before bed and think twice about hiding the devils dandruff in the salt shaker. keep us posted on whether or not they come back. oh and ask jeff to give your girl next weeks lotto numbers, at least thats what I would do if I were ever fortunate enough to talk to spirits. cheers

Cheers for the reply, well when we went back to bed after posting that she was still kinda freaking out. She says she got the feeling they were coming back but not much happened. Though when she was closing her eyes to go to sleep she said she was saying these patterns and these stairs :confused: the patterns made me think it could be dmt releasing in her brain, and she did say that she felt as if she was on cappi ( ayahuasca vine) There were a few jerks from her and she said it was hard to describe, she then said its definately to do with me because when she was touching me she was getting all this energy and told me to keep on my side lol Eventually it went away and by the end I think she was maybe freaking herself out a bit, I was freaking out too, really strange.
