where did you find the news? do you know the boy? and that number plate reg doesnt seem to be a uk plate?

This isn't remotely like the format of any UK registration plate, nor was this car ever sold by Mitsubishi in the UK until this year, and they are as rare as Hen's teeth.
You should have searched first...

I have just googled the plate apparently it's a hoax, it's spreading on twatter as well
