Show me any better motion picture evidence for the existence of a 'cryptid' than the original Gable Film.
Criteria:
- Must be vision shot (or claimed to have been shot) on film - not video!
- Must have an identifiable original source who brought it into the public eye
The Patterson Bigfoot Film (which I also consider to be authentic) is the only other footage I know of that comes close, and yet in my view, even it doesn't match the Gable Film, which only suffers by comparison in having been released just 2 years ago.
This isn't a place to argue the merits of either of the above, and nor it is a place to lambast anyone who posts other clips that don't stack up, but if anyone thinks they know of some footage that is more important in the field of cryptozoology - and meets the above criteria - I'd love to see it.
Thanks.

Not too many people have film cameras anymore. Why not include video, sol?

Ok - I'll take the challenge...Just give me some time to poop in a sandwich bag and get it on video...

Thanks.

Well, seeing as the Gable film is officially a hoax, that's not going to be hard.
Even a long blurry shot of a cow would now have more mystery.

'Officially' a hoax yes.
Officialdom has labelled it a hoax.
Be wary of that.

Briefly fill me in on that, if you can gr8. I've been avoiding all blogs and press releases on this for the last couple of days since once our hoaxer buddy Marc Alfonso's story collapses everything else will go with it.

Smugness doenst come into it . I'm quite happy to admit when I'm wrong. Unlike, it seems, some people because I'm more interested in what actually DID happen, than either my own ideas, or other peoples' fantasies.

Why were you wrong about the mirror composite?
Are you saying you were?
Can you explain this to me?
