Like I've said before, I'm willing to teach freerunning to any people based in the UK. I feel that it would be very useful for survival in hostile urban situations.

Absolutely terrific. I remember so many hours my daughter spent in gymnastics with no real end result but competition. Free Running on the other had is much more relaxed, exciting, more creative movement, problem solving and thus has a real survival aspect to it. Wonderful work developing the movement potential of the human body. Let's where it goes. :)

Hmmm just wondering how much it will cost, i would also like one of those urbanfree tops they look so cool, does it make one a better free runner.
