simply it is
THE IDEA
THE INTENTION
THE INFLUENCE
the three I's. question them each
who's idea? what was their intention? what was there influence?
further questioning ensues
what influence gave them the idea? were they aware of the influence that their intention would give?
how much of everything is accidental?
what is my intention of posting this thread?

I don't care if a truth is spoken the the administrator of a midget porn site with the intention of attracting wee conspiracy theorists for sadistic pleasure because he is mind controlled by alien sex fiends. What he said is still true, isn't it?
It's the evidence that is all-important. Much more so than the three I's you speak of. More important than any conclusion (I would be skeptical of anything and everything whether it is spoken by the purveyor of diminutive smut or from an "expert" on the subject at hand.)

that's the point. my idea of 'the idea' may differ from your perception of 'the idea'.

just wanna say that this can be applied to anything
an example
1 individual may have the idea to do acid with the intention of exploring reality for the greater good of mankind. what's important though is the influence it has from the way it is spoken about
the fact is. the person may not neccessarily discover what they were expecting by any means (applicable in most cases of everything), so therefor the intention is already questionable.

We can put them in another order: intention, influence, idea.
An example:
Intention: Get power over people
Influence: What can be used to achieve the intention?
Idea: How can this be turned into a concrete plan?
Applied to money we get:
Intention: Get power/control over money
Influence: What mechanisms can be used to achieve this goal?
Idea: Fractional reserve banking
