The spiritual value of the herpes virus??

I've been wondering about this for quite a while, whether the herpes virus ( cold sore, chicken pox) is some sort of messenger.

It seems like an intelligent entity somehow, for it always shows up simultaneaously at myself and at my closest friend, who I never see by the way thus ruling out the option of cross contamination.

Besides from that I always feel as if there's an entity present, watching me and trying to warn me for something, right before it breaks out. Sometimes I can "will" it back into my nervous system, some other times there is no amount of l-lysine and avocado's enough and I just have to sit it out.

Does anyone have a clue or maybe a few related links? I remember that Contrastiktion had some info on the subject, to bad all the info from over there is lost..

all sickness is a vibration of living energy-its made from the same stuff (at a basic level) as us. it "wants" to be inside another living energy field. there may be a presence, i hve felt this when i have been sick before. not sure about warning-but y not?you see i don't think that the sickness is caused totally from a virus/backteria. if you make ur energy field strong/refined enough through chi kung (qi gong) then those viruses (which are energy fields themsevles) cannot penetrate ur's.....
it is interesting that u say about a warning. in star wars (yesi know i'm quoting a movie-but there's actually alot of truth in it) they explained the "force" as like thousands apon thousand of living things that the jedi communicate with. i have now understood that our body is made from Qi, so is sickness, sickness is the symptom of having a blocked area in ur body's energy system, and so i don't fully believe it's just the virus that is harmful (ifu get what i mean)-which is why i also believe some people carry-some people transmit-ppl's bodys's cope with blockage differently. what do u reckon?

I somehow feel it's related to a blockage in the throat chakra, and I feel that it occurs when I'm not communicating my true (spiritual) self. That however still does not explain why I get infected simultaneaously with my friend, it is as if the herpes connects us, eventhough we live totally separate lives.

I believe most diseases are best fought on a spiritual level. When they enter our body, they probably come in contact with our soul or spirit as well in some way. This is why healers look for other than "natural" causes for a person to have gotten a disease. Why is this person receptibel for the disease is more of the question to a true healer I think. A doctor on the other hand, is indoctrined ( I believe that is what it is called :) ) to look for what the disease is and what the best known methods are for curing the condition. The only "why" of the disease a doctor sees is that people get disease, and a persons immune system cannot hold off them all. Same goes for everything else.

As I see it, it is kind of excuses. I believe all diseases are kinds of illusions, that can be fought by having "high spirit". It is very hard to prove in practical tests, and a disease will not go away over night (or usually wont ;) ) due to a persons faith being strong.

I do think everyone have noticed this in part. Either on their own or by watching someone else having a disease. I even believe that some disease simply comes from our fear of the disease being there. That we let our defences in our immune system down, simply because we stop fighting it, when we give in to the belief that we already have this disease.

I do agree with what you have posted. I see a disease as an organism of its own. Something that can "infiltrate" us and probably in more ways that have been discovered so far.

If you actually got this disease, then I can only say, good luck with it and get well soon :) When I do get real sick, it I have a bad tendancy of being commited to a hospital for a week though, for something simply like infections that I tried to fight on my own :o I guess sometimes ought to have more faith in doctors than I do.

um well, smoking can cause blockages in ur throat chakra _especially if u smoke ice (not a good idea-not saying u do, just thought i would mention). is it possible yo shared a glass, or something, and have caught the same virus? because my understanding is at a certain level (he intrinsic level of existence-the God level) everything is connected-rather everything is within the same space and interconnected. so distance dosn't really matter, "space and time are truly illusions. it could be that u are both very close + highly psychic so u are connecting through a similar even that both of u remember-buti doubt it, i would go for option a...actaully i am a healer, if u want me to do some work on u just pm me.
