Hi Mike, it's great to see you on the forum welcome.
I am recovering from having part of my lung removed due to empyema, which is a severe complication of pneumonia.
Do you have any good recommendations regarding pain relief? I am down to just two 10milligram tablets of morphine a day from a horrendus amount of drugs.
It has been 13 weeks since my surgery but breathing is still painful.
Any tips would be great.
Thankyou so much, Nichola.:)

Hello Nicola. You certainly have have had a tough time, and I and very sorry to hear that you are still in pain. To carry out the kind of surgery that you have undergone without stating the obvious, there will be muscle and scar issues. However, nobody wants to be in pain, particularly ongoing pain.
There may be something that can help, but without seeing you it is difficult.
Which part of the UK (assuming you are in the UK) do you live?

best wishes Mike
