Stimulate your brain to increase creativity intellect and energy etc .simple exercises .

http://www.mondovista.com/amygdala/index.html
I want you to think of the best time you have ever had in your life........Got it?

Now, multiply that experience, that feeling, times ten. Multiply it times a hundred, or a thousand. Or ten thousand. Or even more.

You can turn on increased creativity, intelligence, pleasure, even ESP and other paranormal abilities as easily as clicking on a light switch. You can have "the best day of your life" over and over, each time better than the last. You may even be able to move clouds and change the weather using the incredible power of your own human infinity machine- your brain.

That is exactly what you will experience- no exaggeration in the least- when you learn how to self-stimulate a part of your brain know as the amygdala. This is not wishful thinking or new-age hocus-pocus. This is what the latest brain and behavior research is now showing us is possible........for anyone. The method for amygdala self-stimulation is easy, and has been learned by persons ages 6 to 86. The basic method can be learned and taught by anyone, for free. It is democratic in the extreme. You are getting started by reading this article. Results are often immediate, and are accumulative- it gets better the more you do it. Unlike stage magic, this is no illusion. This is real brain magic.

anyone got a copy of this show ?

Art Bell's Coast to Coast radio show elicited thousands of responses from persons "clicking" their amygdala forward as brain basics and directions were given over the air, including the simple "feather tickling" visualization. or any info on this programme or technique ? :D

"Reality is a reflection..."

Mirror is a very special girl who seemingly and unexplainably fixes things and creates things from nothing and from useless junk and trash. She wears a mysterious pendant around her neck, her Ah-Mig Doll-Ah, named after the actual little master click switch in the human brain, the amygdala. This switch turns on either primitive reptilian reactive non-thinking fight or flight core brain behaviors or allows advanced creative-cooperative frontal lobes processes to occur. And in Mirror’s case, perhaps quite a bit more…

This all-ages movie comes from an original story written over twenty years ago, long before the fad of kids doing magic became a pop phenomenon.

I like Neil Slade and Dr lingo. Neil made an article about the nwo a while back...

I've found the amygdala to be a bit too strong, when I click forward sometimes I am already trying my hardest to go back because its too fast. However when I simply meditate I can go forward (in his terminology) and stay there longer and feel it come over much nicer.

It certainly works though, I tell ye that much.

do you have any more info on the technique other than ordering the cds dvds etc would be very interested i have come across that word amygdala a lot lately especially when i was recieving healing i associated it with amygdalin, the Laetrile vitamin B17 i take in apricot seed form at first because the healer i was working with was strugling to say a word i thought at the time was magdelene and i thought surley she know of mary magdelene as i had not long come back from renne le baine renne le chatuea area so i assumed she was refering to her .Then i saw this article and was struck by the similarity of the word and thought maybe it is that she was trying to convey strange how both are similar in sound spelling ? Any info you can give me would be gratefully appreciated thanks :D

No, I just did what it says on his site. It is a very simple technique, however I found to not try too hard, just imagine your fingers in the right place and they seem to release a lot of stress built up from that day. Soemtimes I see weird colours and I have on the occasion broke on through and literally felt like being tossed out a plane with no parachute backwards.

I use it as a destress but not as a main technique...It is very good mind you, they are certainly onto something.

Nothing can substitute a perfect diet, sex fasts (to retain the nutrition and not expell it) and zen meditation (with full on relaxation throughout). These are literally pillars to build off of.

When the amygdala's connections to the R-complex (or "reptile brain", Dr. Paul McLean) are activated, fight or flight and basic reactionary survival processes occur in brain/body. The slang for this is "clicking backward". It is primary and basic, and automatic.

When cortex and frontal lobes processes overcome the limitations of the reactive reptile brain, the slang is "clicking the amygdala forward". The brain rewards certain enhanced survival behaviors with pleasure, and this patterning of learned positive behavior involves the amygdala and its connections to the forward pre-frontal cortex. This can be done consciously and deliberately.

isn't this just another justified form of self-hypnosis?

i just read about it myself and thought it interesting especially the bit about the reptilian brain response i nthe negative as oppoed to the positive creative uses of the process . lots of info to read thru and then ill make my mind up , thought it was worth sharing see what others make of it :D

it's not a bad thing by any means. it's what you take from it which is important (in any case)
