I have tried many diets, vegan, vegitarian, ketogenic, raw food.
I started eating instinctually a while back. Tow days ago I bought some liver because I had been craving it for a few days, I ate it and it really hit the spot. Sometimes I get cravings for mushrooms, cheese, broccoli, olives, anchovies, avacado, bell pepper, fish - so I now eat them, I no longer subscribe to any one diet, I believe my body tells me what it needs through cravings.
Maybe I am craving odd foods because I am exercising a lot more - I dunno.
Does anyone else do this or am I simply misguided?
