Baby Bush A Nazi Time Traveler?

I was recently watching secret space for about the dozenth or so time and everytime I watch it I'm amazed at how much this nazi or possibly russian officer resembles George W Bush? anyone out there ever notice this guy? or am i seeing things?

got it. it's right when they start talking about the radiation belts around earth and introduce Uri Gagarin - so he is indeed russian... about 25 - 30 minutes into the film... the clip itself is only about a second long...
