Dear Samcrow,

Please sent this to Amnesty International UK branch. They will investigate and send emails round the world.

I have been a judge for AI but only in the schools debating to raise the awareness to students about human rights. I can send 1 message, AI thousands.

Blessings
D

samcrow,

Have you heard anything about the tribal lawsuit cases that were against the oil companies filed in the United States? The courts of Ecuador voted there were violations by the Oil companies involved yet the oil companies refused to pay the sum total of $12.5 billion judgment for clean up cost of the water sources and pollution.

The indigenous pose a threat to treaties with governments and such, they are still the true owners of their land. The PTB know this and must tread carefully but lately Natives all over the Americas are uniting to take back the land because of how its been severely abused, polluted and disrespected.

Google Lakotah Nation or Russell Means :)

Exactly; that's what I was going to say!!!

Western countries are putting a lot of pressure on third world countries to freely exploit their natural resources; no matter if those areas are populated by local communities, indigenous people or endangered species.

Third world countries have no choice but to oppress their own people on behalf of the west; or else... well, you know what happens to those countries that don't "play ball".

thanks for your reply, i do totally agree on the reasons why they are doing this, but i just cannot comprehend how man can do this to it's own species! I really felt that david ickes new Q&A post today was very poinient. How do you really keep the joy in your life when you know whats really going on. especially when you have your own children, and you know what pain that can cause if it was affecting them ? Man it gets me soo outraged.
sorry I can't help it, what a planet and time i chose to have such precious souls that I need to protect!
It scares me shitless sometimes.
