my mother had only one eye i hated her ... she was such an embarassment she cooked for the students and teachers to support the family there was one day during elementry school where my mom came to say hello to me .
i was so embarassed how could she do this to me?
i ignored her . threw her a hateful look and ran out
the next day in school one of my classmate said . EEEE your mother only has one eye
i wanted to bury my self . i just wanted my mom just to disappear
so i confronted her that day and said " if you're only gonna make me laughing stock . why dont you just die ?!!! "
my mom didnt respond!!!
i didnt even stop to think for a second about what i had said, because i was full of anger.
i was oblivious to her feelings...
i wanted out of that house so i studied real hard. got a chanceto go to singapore to study.
i got married i bought a house of my own i had kids of my own . i was happy with this .
then one day my mother came to visit me she hadnt see me in years and she didnt meet her grandchildren!
when she stood at the door . my children laughed at her .
i screamed at her. " how dare you come to my house and scare my children!"
get out of here now!!
and to this my mother quietly answered. "oh i'm sorry i may have gotten the wrong address" and she disappeared out of sight .
one day . a letter regarding a school reunion came to my house.
so i lied to my wife that i was going on business trip.
after the reunion. i went to the old house for curiousity only.
the neighbors said your mom passed away .
i didnt shed a single tear!
they handed me a letter she had wanted me to have.

" my dearest son, i think of you all the time.. i'm sorry that i came to singapore and scared your children. i was so glad when i heard you were coming for the reunion . but i may not able to even get out of bed to see you .
i'm sorry that i was constant embarassment to you when you were growing up.
you see...when you were very little . you got into accident, and lost your eye.
as a mother i couldnt stand watching you having to grow up with one eye.

Well i hate to agree with Uncia...but it DOES sound like something a muslim would do.
I met many muslims during uni and grad school..now some of those were nice (usually the ones that weren't hitting on me)but those were few and far in between. Most of them treated women with utter contempt and scorn.

OTOH Unica, i have to tell you that having met with many american christian men, right now where i live ..many of them were not much better.
I get very tired of the underhanded superiority of alot of these guys assuming they somehow are so much better than me a "mere" woman.

My wonderful christian brother when climbing the social ladder broke all contact with our parents, being embarrassed by his council house back ground. We managed to contact him as mum was dying, he was to busy to speak to her then and would ring later, ofcourse he never did. He was her first born and she died on his birthday. The bastard is now in the priesthood, he found God in later life.

Get out and experience your life and judge your own existence. Can I ask do you have a passport? I bet not. Do you actually meet different people? Do you travel? I have relatives who are Muslims and they were the nicest people I have ever met. They are the most hospitality people I've ever met on my travels. I am close friends with two muslims and they are loving people who are happily married here in Ireland. People do good an bad things, it is nothing to do with religion. It's called being a human being! The three divided of the same one god religion was purposely created so it would create a control and divide program between the biggest racial groups on the planet. Christianity, Islam and Judaism. They believe in the same god and pretty much have alot of the same principles. I will not dicuss as to the reason's there is an importance to the division. I have lived with Muslims and any ignorant muslim iIve met are the same I've witnessed in ignorant Christian people. I don't see what's special about judging Muslim people.

Having said that a lot of Muslims in unstable countries where war was is prevalent are very hostile and racist. One with common sense and logic would know there is plenty of reason's for this response in them. It is because they have witnessed totalitarism, war, bearevement, poverty and imprisonment of the west. The same can be said to people who have war going on in any country.


I am not saying every Christian is sweet or every Muslim is sweet. But it is really biased and futile to be first of judging people and secondly judging people's character based on religion. There are good and bad people in every aspect of society. So knock it off.
