Gamma Ray is a power metal band from Germany. Obviously they know about the Illuminati and New World Order. Feel free to post any other artists that are awake and sing about stuff like this.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mOS0ax8RBrw&feature=player_embedded
1. Introduction
[Music/Lyrics: Hansen]
Illuminati
You've come to take control
You can take my heartbeat
But you can't break my soul
We all shall be free
Illuminati
You'll never take control
Your new world order
Will lead to none at all
We all stand before you as one
Heaven is for everyone
To be free from the dark
2. Dethrone Tyranny
[Music/Lyrics: Zimmermann]
Someone is out there he's watching what I do
From far in the distance, his eyes everywhere
I look around me, there's no one that I see
But still I feel someone's controlling my mind
Save your breath and run
You can't escape the one
Time has come, the world lies dying
Our faith has gone, our souls are crying
Resurrecting paradise, cry for freedom
Killing pain, a million lies,
Dethrone tyranny
Forces of evil, they never surrender
Sooner or later the dark era comes
Crying man on the run
He's searching for freedom but there will be none
Time has come, the world lies dying
Our faith has gone, our souls are crying
Resurrecting paradise, cry for freedom
Killing pain, a million lies,
Dethrone tyranny
And as the world is dying slowly in our hands
We'll ask for reasons until the bitter end
Who brings us all the sadness
Who brings us all the fear
Who spreads disease and misery
And steals our destiny
A poisoned heart of anger
Sowing the seeds of pain
All see the darkened skyline
And feel the deadly reign
Time has come, the world lies dying
Our faith has gone, our souls are crying
Resurrecting paradise, cry for freedom
Killing pain, a million lies,
To hell with tyranny

There's a punk rock band called Pennywise that's awake. If you look at the lyrics to all their songs, it's absolutely replete with all this anti-NWO stuff. They have songs like NWO, Fox TV, Killing Time, Fuck Authority, Social Suicide, among many, many others.
Here's the lyrics to one of their songs: "Stand Up"
Is there a reason for all your lies?
Your hatred and deceit
Reflected in your eyes
All the things you said
All the hate you bred
It's all trapped inside your feeble head
One thing that you should know
There's strength in numbers
And we're starting to grow
Face off tempers grow short
The noose is getting tighter
And you better abort
Mayhem is our middle name we're
getting sick and tired
of society's game
Vengeance is ours to know
We're taking to the streets
Gonna take control
They say they won't listen to me
All these years I struggled to be free
They say they don't like my ways
Now's the time for retribution
It starts today
Stand up today last chance
Don't try to turn your back on me
Are you the keepers of all our lives?
You prey and mistreat
We wait for your demise
Dishonest path you've led
Through all the blood you've shed
Excuses that you state
Will help us seal your fate
We're getting sick and tired
of all your lies
When the fuck will you realize
That things are destined for change
You've been fucking long enough with our brains
Now it's time to feel our pain
Your retribution it starts today

Nice! I grew up listening to Pennywise. I don't listen to them that much anymore, but they're definitely a good band and stayed true to their roots.

I think witchcraft is dominant in the mainstream music industry and many artists start out on the lighter side of the occult but either join the darkside or are bullied or manipulated by it.

Immortal Technique- Bin Laden.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mMKTNXXD9-g
[Mos Def - talking]
Man, you hear this bullshit they be talkin'
Every day, man
It's like these motherfuckers is just like professional liars
YouknowwhatI'msayin? It's wild
Listen
[Hook - Mos Def]
Bin Laden didn't blow up the projects
It was you, nigga
Tell the truth, nigga
(Bush knocked down the towers)--[Jadakiss]
Tell the truth, nigga
(Bush knocked down the towers)--[Jadakiss]
Tell the truth, nigga
Bin Laden didn't blow up the projects
It was you, nigga
Tell the truth, nigga
(Bush knocked down the towers)--[Jadakiss]
Tell the truth, nigga
(Bush knocked down the towers)--[Jadakiss]
[Verse 1 - Immortal Technique]
I pledge no allegiance, nigga fuck the president's speeches
I'm baptized by America and covered in leeches
The dirty water that bleaches your soul and your facial features
Drownin' you in propaganda that they spit through the speakers
And if you speak about the evil that the government does
The Patriot Act'll track you to the type of your blood
They try to frame you, and say you was tryna sell drugs
And throw a federal indictment on niggaz to show you love
This shit is run by fake Christians, fake politicians
Look at they mansions, then look at the conditions you live in
All they talk about is terrorism on television
They tell you to listen, but they don't really tell you they mission
They funded Al-Qaeda, and now they blame the Muslim religion
Even though Bin Laden, was a CIA tactician
They gave him billions of dollars, and they funded his purpose
Fahrenheit 9/11, that's just scratchin' the surface
[Hook]
[Verse 2 - Immortal Technique]
They say the rebels in Iraq still fight for Saddam
But that's bullshit, I'll show you why it's totally wrong
Cuz if another country invaded the hood tonight
It'd be warfare through Harlem, and Washington Heights
I wouldn't be fightin' for Bush or White America's dream
I'd be fightin' for my people's survival and self-esteem
I wouldn't fight for racist churches from the south, my nigga
I'd be fightin' to keep the occupation out, my nigga
You ever clock someone who talk shit, or look at you wrong?
Imagine if they shot at you, and was rapin' your moms
And of course Saddam Hussein had chemical weapons
We sold him that shit, after Ronald Reagan's election
Mercenary contractors fightin' a new era
Corporate military bankin' off the war on terror
They controllin' the ghetto, with the failed attack
Tryna distract the fact that they engineerin' the crack
So I'm strapped like Lee Malvo holdin' a sniper rifle
These bullets'll touch your kids, and I don't mean like Michael
Your body be sent to the morgue, stripped down and recycled
I fire on house niggaz that support you and like you
Cuz innocent people get murdered in the struggle daily
And poor people never get shit and struggle daily
This ain't no alien conspiracy theory, this shit is real
Written on the dollar underneath the Masonic seal
(I don't rap for dead presidents
I'd rather see the president dead
It's never been said but I set precedents)--[Eminem]
[Hook]
(Shady Records was 80 seconds away from the towers
Some cowards fucked with the wrong building, they meant to hit ours)-- [Eminem]

Whoohoohoo yeah
I heard you saying it wont' make a difference
It's only you and it's just this once yeah
It's only this time
Don't you think that it all adds up
There's a reaction for each action many drips fill the cup
Where do you draw the line
Know thyself and to thine own self be true
Any other way is gonna make you feel blue yeah
Ya gotta reason to be here
Hey maybe if we focus and we get it together
We could raise the human consciousness and make things better yeah
I know you think I'm a dreamer
But I know that you're also seeking peace of mind
Wonderin' why you feel so tired why your third eye's blind
I know that you're also trying to find your place
Somewhere out in time and somewhere out in space
Get so exhausted from all the exhaust
From living in fear , from living in a box hey
How come we always have to drive
I keep wishing corporations, and the politicians
Would make tighter restrictions on our fossil fuel emissions and meanwhile
Why don't we walk
If we all did a little then a lot would be done
We could clean up the mess and try to have some fun yeah
I'm off to plant a tree now
Cause if everybody takes and nobody gives
There'll soon be no air to breathe and no where to live
But you can't stop mother nature
But I know that you're also seeking peace of mind
Wonderin why you feel so tired why your third eye's blind
I know that you're also trying to find your place
Somewhere out in time and somewhere out in space
Did you remember to give thanks for the food
The earth air the water and everything good
The fire's still burnin'
Talk to yourself cause no one knows you better
Even take the time to write yourself a letter
To know the wheels are still turnin'
There's no better time than now to stand up straight
Take a deep breath Lord it's never too late to
Exhale your confusion
They say its all been done and there's no sense trying
But they don't really know you and they're probably lying
You got to see for yourself yeah
But I know that you're also seeking peace of mind
Wonderin why you feel so tired why your third eye's blind
I know that you're also trying to find your place
Somewhere out in time and somewhere out in space

Released nearly 15 years ago, Goodie Mob's "Cell Therapy" was one of the first rap songs that mentioned the NWO. I was just reaching my teenage years when it was released and it effected me so in a way, that I began to enlighten myself about what and who really controls the world.

Eminem, not a big fan of his...but he seems to use certain 'words' in his songs, such as loose yourself - he mentions NWO.
Pink Floyd, one immediately springs to mind is 'another brick in the wall'
Pretty hard hitting video too, kids being stuffed into a meat grinder, albeit a cartoon.
"Another Brick In The Wall (Part II)"
We don't need no education
We don't need no thought control
No dark sarcasm in the classroom
Teachers leave them kids alone
Hey teacher leave them kids alone
All in all it's just another brick in the wall
All in all you're just another brick in the wall
Of course when this came out, we still got canned in schools!! boy, would i like to meet the headmaster now, the bastard always seemed to jump off the floor to get 'extra impact' and had a knack of hitting your finger tips....Fookin hurt!

As soon as your born they make you feel small,
By giving you no time instead of it all,
Till the pain is so big you feel nothing at all,
A working class hero is something to be,
A working class hero is something to be.
They hurt you at home and they hit you at school,
They hate you if you're clever and they despise a fool,
Till you're so fucking crazy you can't follow their rules,
A working class hero is something to be,
A working class hero is something to be.
When they've tortured and scared you for twenty odd years,
Then they expect you to pick a career,
When you can't really function you're so full of fear,
A working class hero is something to be,
A working class hero is something to be.
Keep you doped with religion and sex and TV,
And you think you're so clever and classless and free,
But you're still fucking peasents as far as I can see,
A working class hero is something to be,
A working class hero is something to be.
There's room at the top they are telling you still,
But first you must learn how to smile as you kill,
If you want to be like the folks on the hill,
A working class hero is something to be.
A working class hero is something to be.
If you want to be a hero well just follow me,
If you want to be a hero well just follow me.

Today (Watch Me Shine) lyrics
Yesterday is just a dream I don't remember
Tomorrow, still a hope I've yet to endure
I'm out of time
I'm out of rhyme
I'm out of reason
Season's change and leave me out in the cold
The story's old
The tale been told by many a scholar
Got a fistful of dollar
And pocketful of love
God above if you hear me cryin'
I've tried to sell my soul
But no one's buyin'
Lord, strike me down now if I'm lyin'
[Bronx Style Bob:] Lord strike me down
[X3]
It's gettin' cold
It's time for dyin'
[CHORUS]
Come on and watch me shine
Like the world is mine (check it out) today
Come on and watch me shine (check it out)
Like the world is mine today
Watch me shine (check it out)
Then the man was free from sin
[Bronx Style Bob:] free from sin
Cast the first stone then began the violence
[Bronx Style Bob:] began the violence
Let the man whose words ring true
Speak on up till his voice breaks through the silence
[Bronx Style Bob:] through the silence
Let the ones who lose their way
Live to see just one more day in the sunshine
[Bronx Style Bob:] La-la-la-la-la-la-laaa
Let the one's who choose to stray
Recognize the price they'll pay
In their lifetime
[Bronx Style Bob:] in their lifetime
[X2]
[CHORUS]
Sit in the way and wait for my roads to cross
You nail me down and you watch me bleed
[Bronx Style Bob:] watch me bleed
So lay my head against the earth
Plant my body like a seed
[Bronx Style Bob:] plant my body like a seed
You can't always get the things you want, love (check it out)
[Bronx Style Bob:] tell me what you want
You get what you deserve
Or maybe what you need
[Bronx Style Bob:] tell me what you need
So fill my hole with precious dirt, love
Till the soil and part the weed
[CHORUS]

our leaders prefer to deceive
as our oceans they rise, they rise
still now they choose to deny
Pockets Of Peace
------Xavier Rudd
Here and now our choices here are growing thin,
As children grow they grow with what they see
And in these times where paranioa closes in
Power and hate a rampaging disease
In our minds we build the blocks to what we need
In our minds we're reaching out for peace
In our hearts we know of such the hills to climb
In our hearts a sense of mass defeat
Shame shame these games that they play with you and me
Shame for these games our children will keep
Shame shame these games that they play with you and me
Shame for these games that they play our children will keep
These are our times this problem much to big to hold
For you and I far too high to reach
We can begin by holding close the things we know
And valuing our pockets of peace
These are the earth the sun the moon the sea the sky
These are the gifts to which we all agree
Through these things and those we love we can unite
And sink into our pockets of peace

Played upon our fears
Spreading accusations
Of radical ideas
The brotherhood of wisdom
Strength and dignity
Its rituals and secrets
Remain a mystery
Beneath an ever watchful eye
The angels of the temple fly
Turn the key
Walk through the gate
The great ascent
To reach a higher state
A rite of passage
The final stage
A sacred home
Unlock the door
And lay the corner stone
A rite of passage
Men of wealth and power
Influence and fame
Philosophers and leaders
All members of the trade
Bound by oath and honor

The Doors - Stoned Immaculate Lyrics
I'll tell you this...
No eternal reward will forgive us now
For wasting the dawn.
Back in those days everything was simpler and more confused
One summer night, going to the pier
I ran into two young girls
The blonde one was called Freedom
The dark one, Enterprise
We talked and they told me this story
Now listen to this...
I'll tell you about Texas radio and the big beat
Soft driven, slow and mad
Like some new language
Reaching your head with the cold, sudden fury of a divine messenger
Let me tell you about heartache and the loss of god
Wandering, wandering in hopless night
Out here in the perimeter there are no stars
Out here we IS stoned
Immaculate.
Five to One
the doors
Yeah, cmon
Love my girl
She lookin good
Cmon
One more
Five to one, baby
One in five
No one here gets out alive, now
You get yours, baby
Ill get mine
Gonna make it, baby
If we try
The old get old
And the young get stronger
May take a week
And it may take longer
They got the guns
But we got the numbers
Gonna win, yeah
Were takin over
Come on!Yeah!
Your ballroom days are over, baby
Night is drawing near
Shadows of the evening crawl across the years
Ya walk across the floor with a flower in your hand
Trying to tell me no one understands
Trade in your hours for a handful dimes
Gonna make it, baby, in our prime
Come together one more time
Get together one more time
Get together one more time
Get together, aha
:D

A rite of passage is a ritual that marks a change in a person's social status. It is a universal phenomenon which can show anthropologists what social hierarchies, values and beliefs are important in specific cultures. Rites of passage are often ceremonies surrounding events such as childbirth, menarche or other milestones within puberty, coming of age, marriage, weddings, and death. Initiation ceremonies such as baptism, confirmation and bar or bat Mitzvah are considered important rites of passage for persons of their respective religions. . .
I mean this could be referring to marriage as seen by the black ring or the red hooded geeks burning a book (hope it's religious beliefs or even solomon texts) or a ritual is seen like in Islam that mutilates a female child early on cutting out half the vagina and sewing it up. . .for marriage later by some ego sadistic masochism who wants her to bleed like a stuck pig on a wedding nite. I mean really what kind of message is this song? ritual you say? Are rituals good?
You say a brotherhood of wisdom of strength and dignity. . .but I don't see it playing out on the world stage yet with true enlightenment. . .unfold. *I believe in my brothers*

[lyrics]
Baby you're all that I want.
When you're lying here in my arms
I'm finding it hard to believe
We're in heaven.
Oh, thinking about all our younger years,
There was only you and me,
We were young and wild and free.
Now nothing can take you away from me.
Weve been down that road before,
But that's over now.
You keep me coming back for more.
Baby you're all that I want.
When you're lying here in my arms
I'm finding it hard to believe
We're in heaven.
And love is all that I need
And I found it there in your heart.
It isn't too hard to see
We're in heaven.
Now, nothing could change what you mean to me.
There's a lot that I could say
But just hold me now,
Cause our love will light the way.
Baby you're all that I want.
When you're lying here in my arms
I'm finding it hard to believe
We're in heaven.
And love is all that I need
And I found it there in your heart.
It isn't too hard to see
We're in heaven.
Now our dreams are coming true.
Through the good times and the bad
I'll be standing there by you.
(Were in heaven.)
And love is all that I need
And I found it there in your heart.
It isn't too hard to see
We're in heaven.

This music - another pop/rave/techno type track - fits perfect with this video but I don't think they wrote the music to go with it.

Subhumans- Big Brother/New Age
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8gKkBtb0VCA
Here we are in a new age
Wishing we were dead
There's a TV in my front room
And it's screwing up my head
There's a scanner in the toilet
To watch you take a bath
And there's a picture of Hiroshima
To make sure you never laugh
[Chorus:]
And somebody told me
"Big Brother's watching you"
And somebody else said
"You know it's not true"
Who do you believe?
Well the police have all gone crazy
You never had it so bad
They take away the dignity
That you never really had
They know all about you
They even know what you drink
And if they thought you were worth it
They could sus out what you think
And think your crazy
[Chorus]
Well they asked me how to prove it
And there was nothing I could say
I said "Watch out for Big Brother"
And then they put me away
They said I was paranoid
Because I wrote this song
But they didn't need to read it
Because they knew it all along
[Chorus]

There are so many great Black Sabbath songs here are just a few...
"Cornucopia"
Too much in the truth they say
Keep it 'till another day
Let them have their little game
Illusion helps to keep them sane
Let them have their little toys
Fast sports cars and motor noise
Exciting in their plastic place
Frozen food in a concrete maze
You're gonna go insane
I'm trying to save your brain
I don't know what's happening
My head's all torn inside
People say I'm heavy
They don't know what I hide
Take a life, it's going cheap
Kill someone, no one will weep
Freedom's yours, just pay your dues
We just want your soul to use
You're gonna go insane
I'm trying to save your brain
"Sabbath Bloody Sabbath"
You've seen life through distorted eyes
You know you had to learn
The execution of your mind
You really had to turn
The race is run the book is read
The end begins to show
The truth is out, the lies are old
But you don't want to know
Nobody will ever let you know
When you ask the reasons why
They just tell you that you're on your own
Fill your head all full of lies
The people who have crippled you
You want to see them burn
The gates of life have closed on you
And now there's just no return
You're wishing that the hands of doom
Could take your mind away
And you don't care if you don't see again
The light of day
Nobody will ever let you know
When you ask the reasons why
They just tell you that you're on your own
Fill your head all full of lies
Where can you run to
What more can you do
No more tomorrow
Life is killing you
Dreams turn to nightmares
Heaven turns to hell
Burned out confusion
Nothing more to tell
Everything around you
What's it coming to
God knows as your dog knows
Bog blast all of you
Sabbath Bloody Sabbath
Nothing more to do
Living just for dying
Dying just for you
"Under The Sun / Every Day Comes & Goes"
Well I don't want no Jesus freak to tell me what it's all about
No black magician telling me to get my soul out
Don't believe in violence, I don't even believe in peace
I've opened the door and my mind has been released
Well I don't want no preacher telling me about the god in the sky
No I don't want no one to tell me where I'm gonna go when I die
I wanna live my life, I don't want people telling me what to do
I just believe in myself, 'cause no one else is true
Every day just comes and goes
Life is one big overdose
People try to ruin me
And I can't see through their frustration
People riding their real pace
Keep on running their rat race
The ante is risen once a week
In their world of make-believe
So believe what I tell you, it's the only way to fight in the end
Just believe in yourself, you know you really shouldn't have to pretend
Don't let those empty people try and interfere with your mind
Just live your life and leave them all behind

Please note: the logo contains these words in Latin:
“Et plumbum mundus per lumen”
This translates to:
“And lead the world by light”.
Wonder what THAT is a reference to...

Megadeth- Endgame
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HdqyTmfDwk0
Attention! Attention!
All citizens are ordered to report to their District detention centers!
Do not return to your homes;
Do not contact anyone!
Do not use any cellular or GPS devices!
Surrender all weapons at once!
Attention! This way to the camps!
I woke up in a black FEMA box
Darkness was all around me, in my coffin
My dreams are all nightmares anymore
And this is what I dream every night
The Leader of the New World Order, the President of the United States
Has declared anyone now residing inside the US of A
Without the RFID chip, you're just an illegal alien
An enemy combatant of America, welcome to the New World Order
This is the end of the road; this is the end of the line
This is the end of your life; this is the...
A society in a society, inside the fence life as you know it stops
They got their rules of conduct and we got ours
Be quick or be dead, you crumble up and die, the clock is
Ticking so slowly and so much can happen in an hour
I learned my lessons the hard way, every scar I earned
I had to bleed, inside the day yard
A system of controlled movement, like a giant ant farm
Any time is long time, now you're not in charge of your time anymore
The Ex-President signed a secret bill that can
Land a legal US Citizen in jail and the
Patriot act stripped away our constitutional rights
They say a Concentration camp just popped up, yeah, right!
Refuse the chip? Ha! Get persecute and beat by the
Tyranny of Mind control, for the mark of the beast
All rights removed, you're punished, captured, and enslaved
Believe me when I say, this is the endgame!

My favorite songs/lyrics about this:
Howard Jones
Hide and seek (1980s)
There was a time when there was nothing at all
Nothing at all, just a distant hum
There was a being and he lived on his own
He had no one to talk to, and nothing to do
He drew up the plans, learnt to work with his hands
A million years passed by and his work was done
And his words were these...
Hope you find it in everything, everything that you see
Hope you find it in everything, everything that you see
Hope you find it, hope you find it
Hope you find me in you
So she had built her elaborate home
With it's ups and it's downs, its rains and its sun
She decided that her work was done, time to have fun
and she found a game to play
Then as part of the game
She completely forgot where she'd hidden herself
And she spent the rest of her time
Trying to find the parts
Hope you find it in everything, everything that you see
Hope you find it in everything, everything that you see
Hope you find it, hope you find it
Hope you find me in you
There was a time when there was nothing at all, nothing at all
Just a distant hum
Kim Wilde
Stone (1980s, B-side single)
Most people wake
From a nightmare to find
Everything's great
It was all in their mind
So am I still sleeping
Or is this all real
If I keep on pinching myself
Will the fear disappear, oh no
It's like a stone hanging over our heads
Ready to blow
Cos this is our time
You've got to believe
That it's yours and it's mine
You can't close your eyes to the lies
Perpetrated by dangerous fools
Cos they're handing out rules
Like a prophecy chiselled in stone
Stone
They're carving out our fate
Why can't they leave us alone
Stone, stone
And messing up the world
They've got to leave it alone
They've signed on some paper
To end all the fear
But this propaganda
Is perfectly clear
They're still building and testing
But what can we do
Condemning the seas
And the land and the trees to a tomb
Oh no
It's like a stone hanging over your heads
Where do we go
Cos this is your time
You've got to believe
That it's yours and it's mine
You can't close your eyes to the lies
Perpetrated by dangerous fools
Cos they're handing out rules
Like a prophecy chiselled in stone

man, there was a time, God bless the 70's, when you could hear THIS on the radio! Penned by a blind genius named Stevie Wonder!!!
You Haven't Done Nothin'
We are amazed but not amused
By all the things you say that you'll do
Though much concerned but not involved
With decisions that are made by you
But we are sick and tired of hearing your song
Telling how you are gonna change right from wrong
'Cause if you really want to hear our views
"You haven't done nothing"!
It's not too cool to be ridiculed
But you brought this upon yourself
The world is tired of pacifiers
We want the truth and nothing else
And we are sick and tired of hearing your song
Telling how you are gonna change right from wrong
'Cause if you really want to hear our views
"You haven't done nothing"!
Jackson 5 join along with me say
Doo doo wop - hey hey hey
Doo doo wop - wow wow wow
Doo doo wop - co co co
Doo doo wop - naw naw naw
Doo doo wop - bum bum bum
Doo doo wop
We would not care to wake up to the nightmare
That's becoming real life
But when mislead who knows a person's mind
Can turn as cold as ice, mmmm hmmmm
Why do you keep on making us hear your song
Telling us how you are changing right from wrong
'Cause if you really want to hear our views
"You haven't done nothing"!
Yeah
if you haven't heard it, CHECK IT OUT...if for no other reason than the FUNKY badass intro! Love you STEVIE!!

Remembered this track which was recorded in 2001, the lyrics are amazing -
THE SHIZIT / DEAR GOVERNMENT
April 2nd, 2001
Dear Government,
I thought it would interest you to know that I have completely lost faith in your ability to represent my interests. It is apparent to me that the only interests you represent are those of large corporations and that you have totally alienated yourself from the majority of the populace.
Now, I realize that you have heard this sort of criticism before, so I'll spare you the dissident rhetoric and direct your attention to a more pressing point: my former faith in your abilities to get your act together were the only things that were keeping you safe.
You see, all your various attempts to sedate my frustration and misdirect my attention have failed. The only thing that was keeping me in line was the hope that one day you would have a paradigmatic shift in your attitudes towards the people who look to you for representation and actually start doing your half of the social compact this country was founded on. My hope for and faith in the system was, if you will, a kind of political "Soma", keeping me forever dreaming of a savior, a great man who would fight for the people.
Now I've woken up and I see around me a sleeping giant lying restlessly
under the skin of the nation.
So when it comes down to you staring into the barrel of whatever assault rifle I get my grubby little proletariat hands on and you find yourself asking "What are you? A communist insurgent? A Muslim terrorist?" you will be faced with a most chilling answer: "No sir, I am the fruit of your labors." I guess hope is a hard habit to break, because I'm finding myself hoping that this letter will be a wake up call for you. But I also know oppression, imperialism and plutocracy are hard habits to break too, so I'm not
getting my hopes up too high. See ya 'round.
Sincerely,
A revolution waiting to happen
P.S.
I am the fruit of your labors
Let's bring the plutocracy down!
Let's bring it down!
I don't care any more, I want fuckin' war
Taste of blood in mouth and I'm left wanting more
I'm tired of being the political prophylactic king
It's time for some real fucking
Revolution, fuck the sight seeing
It's time to stop wanting and time to start being
Strong
How long, not long
I say fuck the right, it's time to be wrong
THIS COUNTRY'S HIT BOTTOM!!!

The original:
Rush 2112
'I lie awake, staring out at the bleakness of Megadon. City and sky become one, merging
into a single plane, a vast sea of unbroken grey. The Twin Moons, just two pale orbs as
they trace their way across the steely sky. I used to think I had a pretty good life here,
just plugging into my machine for the day, then watching Templevision or reading a Temple
Paper in the evening.
'My friend Jon always said it was nicer here than under the atmospheric domes of the Outer
Planets. We have had peace since 2062, when the surviving planets were banded together under
the Red Star of the Solar Federation. The less fortunate gave us a few new moons.
I believed what I was told. I thought it was a good life, I thought I was happy. Then I found
something that changed it all...'
[I. Overture]
And the meek shall inherit the earth...
[II. Temples of Syrinx]
...'The massive grey walls of the Temples rise from the heart of every Federation city. I
have always been awed by them, to think that every single facet of every life is regulated
and directed from within! Our books, our music, our work and play are all looked after by
the benevolent wisdom of the priests...'
We've taken care of everything
The words you hear, the songs you sing
The pictures that give pleasure to your eyes
It's one for all and all for one
We work together, common sons
Never need to wonder how or why
We are the Priests of the Temples of Syrinx
Our great computers fill the hallowed halls
We are the Priests, of the Temples of Syrinx
All the gifts of life are held within our walls
Look around at this world we've made
Equality our stock in trade
Come and join the Brotherhood of Man
Oh, what a nice, contented world
Let the banners be unfurled
Hold the Red Star proudly high in hand
We are the Priests of the Temples of Syrinx
Our great computers fill the hallowed halls
We are the Priests, of the Temples of Syrinx
All the gifts of life are held within our walls
[III. Discovery]
'...Behind my beloved waterfall, in the little room that was hidden beneath the cave, I
found it. I brushed away the dust of the years, and picked it up, holding it reverently in
my hands. I had no idea what it might be, but it was beautiful...'
'...I learned to lay my fingers across the wires, and to turn the keys to make them sound
differently. As I struck the wires with my other hand, I produced my first harmonious sounds
and soon my own music! How different it could be from the music of the Temples! I can't wait
to tell the priests about it!...'
What can this strange device be?
When I touch it, it gives forth a sound
It's got wires that vibrate and give music
What can this thing be that I found?
See how it sings like a sad heart
And joyously screams out its pain
Sounds that build high like a mountain
Or notes that fall gently like rain
I can't wait to share this new wonder
The people will all see its light
Let them all make their own music
The Priests praise my name on this night
[IV. Presentation]
'...In the sudden silence as I finished playing, I looked up to a circle of grim,
expressionless faces. Father Brown rose to his feet, and his somnolent voice echoed
throughout the silent Temple Hall...'
'...Instead of the grateful joy that I expected, they were words of quiet rejection!
Instead of praise, sullen dismissal. I watched in shock and horror as Father Brown ground
my precious instrument to splinters beneath his feet...'
I know it's most unusual
To come before you so
But I've found an ancient miracle
I thought that you should know
Listen to my music
And hear what it can do
There's something here as strong as life
I know that it will reach you
Yes, we know, it's nothing new
It's just a waste of time
We have no need for ancient ways
The world is doing fine
Another toy will help destroy
The elder race of man
Forget about your silly whim
It doesn't fit the plan
I can't believe you're saying
These things just can't be true
Our world could use this beauty
Just think what we might do
Listen to my music
And hear what it can do
There's something here as strong as life
I know that it will reach you
Don't annoy us further!
We have our work to do
Just think about the average
What use have they for you?
Another toy will help destroy
The elder race of man
Forget about your silly whim
It doesn't fit the Plan!
[V. Oracle: The Dream]
'...I guess it was a dream, but even now it all seems so vivid to me. Clearly yet I see
the beckoning hand of the oracle as he stood at the summit of the staircase...'
'...I see still the incredible beauty of the sculptured cities and the pure spirit of man
revealed in the lives and works of this world. I was overwhelmed by both wonder and
understanding as I saw a completely different way to life, a way that had been crushed
by the Federation long ago. I saw now how meaningless life had become with the loss of
all these things...'
I wandered home though the silent streets
And fell into a fitful sleep
Escape to realms beyond the night
Dream can't you show me the light?
I stand atop a spiral stair
An oracle confronts me there
He leads me on light years away
Through astral nights, galactic days
I see the works of gifted hands
That grace this strange and wondrous land
I see the hand of man arise
With hungry mind and open eyes
They left the planet long ago
The elder race still learn and grow
Their power grows with purpose strong
To claim the home where they belong
Home to tear the Temples down...
Home to change!
[VI. Soliloquy]
'...I have not left this cave for days now, it has become my last refuge in my total
despair. I have only the music of the waterfall to comfort me now. I can no longer live
under the control of the Federation, but there is no other place to go. My last hope is
that with my death I may pass into the world of my dream, and know peace at last.'
The sleep is still in my eyes
The dream is still in my head
I heave a sigh and sadly smile
And lie a while in bed
I wish that it might come to pass
Not fade like all my dreams...
Just think of what my life might be
In a world like I have seen!
I don't think I can carry on
Carry on this cold and empty life
My spirits are low in the depths of despair
My lifeblood...
...Spills over...
[VII. The Grand Finale]

Attention all Planets of the Solar Federation
Attention all Planets of the Solar Federation

of course there is also Maynard from Tool.
He roasts everyone. Scientology, vatican, government etc.
Apparently, he was in the OTO at one time which would explain some of his lyrics.

(You Don't Have To) Play Me Backwards by Joan Baez
You don't have to play me backwards to get the meaning of my verse
You don't have to die and go to hell to feel the devil's curse
Well, I thought my life was a photograph on a family Christmas card
Kids all dressed in buttons and bows and lined up in the yard
Were the golden days of childhood so lyrical and warm
Or did the picture start to fade on the day that I was born?
I've seen them light the candles and I've heard them bang the drum
And I've cried, Mama Mama I'm cold as ice and I got no place to run
Let the night begin, there's a pop of skin and the sudden rush of scarlet
There's a little boy riding on a goat's head and a little girl playing the
harlot
There's a sacrifice in an empty church of sweet li'l baby Rose
And a man in a mask from Mexico is peeling off my clothes
I've seen them light the candles and I've heard them bang the drum
And I've cried, Mama Mama I'm cold as ice and I got no place to run
So I'm paying for protection, smoking out the truth
Chasing recollections, nailing down the proof
You don't have to play me backwards to get the meaning of my verse
You don't have to die and go to hell to feel the devil's curse
I'll stand before your altar and tell everything I know
I've come to claim my childhood at the chapel of baby Rose.
I've seen them light the candles and I've heard them bang the drum
And I've cried, Mama Mama I'm cold as ice and I got no place to run

I've come to claim my childhood at the chapel of baby Rose.
I've seen them light the candles and I've heard them bang the drum
And I've cried, Mama Mama I'm cold as ice and I got no place to run
Thats actually quite disturbing and sad :( I wonder if it reflects her own life?

It is, isn't it? I just ran across it oh, about 6 months or more back when reading up on cult things. It blew my mind. I'm thinking, you can only write like that if you know.
I've never been able to find anything in her own words about it - but found this reference to her being a 'self admitted satanic abuse survivor":
Richard Farina: Folk singer and novelist, a close friend of Thomas Pynchon. Married Mimi Baez, sister of Joan Baez - to the national security state born. Joan Baez wrote in her autobiography, And a Voice to Sing With (Signet, 1987), that when she was a young girl, "most of the bright young Stanford scientists went off to Los Alamos, New Mexico, where the atomic bomb was being developed. My father recognized the potential destructive power of the unleashed atom even in those early days. So he took a job as a research physicist at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York." Cornell was the home base of the CIA's mind control experiments, and Joan Baez a self-described survivor of ritual child abuse, which employs a form of mind control, trauma-based programming. "Soon my father was invited to become Head of Operations Research at Cornell. Exactly what the job entailed was classified information, but he was offered a three-week cruise on an aircraft carrier as an introduction to the project and promised a huge salary. As it turned out, he would be overseeing Project Portrex, a vast amphibious exercise which among other things involved testing fighter jets, then a relatively new phenomenon. Millions of dollars would be poured into the project, about which he was to know little and say less." Farina, who had married into a national security family, was killed in a motorcycle crash.

Hi all, great thread! I don´t think Muse has been mentioned, but their latest album The Resistance is well worth a listen. Here are the lyrics to Uprising:
The paranoia is in bloom, the PR
The transmissions will resume
They'll try to push drugs
Keep us all dumbed down and hope that
We will never see the truth around
Another promise, another scene, another
A package not to keep us trapped in greed
With all the green belts wrapped around our minds
And endless red tape to keep the truth confined
They will not force us
They will stop degrading us
They will not control us
We will be victorious
Interchanging mind control
Come let the revolution take it's toll if you could
Flick the switch and open your third eye, you'd see that
We should never be afraid to die
Rise up and take the power back, it's time that
The fat cats had a heart attack, you know that
Their time is coming to an end
We have to unify and watch our flag ascend
They will not force us
They will stop degrading us
They will not control us
We will be victorious

Rage against the Machine as was previously mentioned is deffinetly in tune to whats going on. I would suggest to read the lyrics to "Bullet in ya Head" and also "Know your Enemy". I really enjoy listening to Delaroachs' messages.

Those Joan Baez lyrics were in one of David Icke's books. I think it was in one of the chapters about children who were used in satanic rituals. Great post!

personally I think a hell of a lot of the names that are being dropped in this thread are not what you would call people that are 'awake'. But then I would say being awake is a lot rarer than we realize, most of us probably think we are awake but we're not. How can you really be awake if you do not all individually have your own personal proof of what really is? then it's still called 'faith' and not 'being awake'. A lot of the artists names that are being dropped definitely knew/know that there is a 'problem' with the world and are fighting against it but aren't necessarily aware of the bigger picture or the true nature of the problem that they are fighting. Just my opinion anyway...

Great thread!
Word to that kennystetson! Agreement at highest degree...
KRS-ONE has been a truthseeker and speaker since his early days in the 80's. Originally a tag artist and bomber who roamed the streets. He got hook up with the hare krishna movement at that time which further culminated to one of first serious reality checks regarding this so called illuminati agenda (among others). Krs-One is a living legend who live and breath for people to wake up. This man is a servant for the good in people and society, which is a very hard task in this age of quarrel. KRS-ONE stands for Krishna is Number One. Another backronym for Krs-One is: Knowledge Reigns Supreme Over Nearly Everyone. He is also vegetarian. Know The Ledge!
Here are some lyrics from Cro Mags of their legendary album from 1986, Age of Quarrel. Cro Mags was one of the first hardcore punk/thrash metal bands associated with the hare krishna movement in the middle 80's.
Cro Mags - Age of Quarrel
In this iron age of hypocrisy
The war against the weak goes on continuously
Can't you smell the bodies burning
Taste of death in the air
Not for a cause but just for greed
Mad scientist experiment in torture and in pain
Murdering the helpless who's this meant to gain
Polluting creation the air the land and sea
Making this world a hell of toxic misery
For the benefit of man they interfere with nature's plan
Can you tell me what is going on
I look out my window and what do I see
Junkies, gangs and rape and poverty
Don't you see the signs things are out of hand
Don't you think it's time we gotta stop
This modern age so full of grief
I've turned away from it's belief
I watch society digress
And it just looks like one big mess
I can't believe the things I hear and see
In this world there's no remorse
Now's the time we must change our course
Those of us who've seen the way
Must stand and fight for a brighter day

Let peace be a ever flowing state of mind to you all.

artist: mishka
Hey sativa:)

The Hills Of Jericho
And we can march, march, march the hills of Jericho.
We’ll simply start and then away we’ll go.
And there we are, I’ll bet you’d never know
we’d march the hills of Jericho.
They tell us no, you cannot go there.
They tell us no, you must comply.
They tell us no, you’re much too young now.
They tell us no, but don’t say why.
And I once believed in all their stories.
And I once believed in all their lies
until I set out on this journey
to keep my heart and soul alive.
And we can march, march, march the hills of Jericho.
We’ll simply start and then away we’ll go.
And there we are, I’ll bet you’d never know
we’d march the hills of Jericho.
They say we need an education.
They say we need one to get by.
They say we need an occupation.
They say we need one to survive.
And I once believed in all their stories.
And I once believed in all their lies
until I found the path to glory
was in a still small voice inside.
And we can march, march, march the hills of Jericho.
We’ll simply start and then away we’ll go.
And there we are, I’ll bet you’d never know
we’d march the hills of Jericho.
They try to feed us entertainment.
500 channels numb our minds.
They try to make us be complacent.
Just sit at home and stay online.
And they believe in all their stories.
And they believe in all their lies
until they start to lose control of us
and can no longer run our lives.
And we can march, march, march the hills of Jericho.
We’ll simply start and then away we’ll go.
And there we are, I’ll bet you’d never know
we’d march the hills of Jericho.
