any tips or ideas regarding hydro power or wind power to power up lighting
and maybe a radio or re charge batteries ?

for lighting a shelter i think leds would be best , maybe a converted cycle dynamo ?
connected a fan for wind power or blades for hydro power ,
any other ideas or working projects ?

i think collecting the power generated in a battery would be usefull
i chose wind and hydro as after dark they should still be around
and of the two hydro seems the most reliable as rivers rarely fail to flow
and a small dam could be constructed to maintain a source .
