I live in Sydney, every night for 2 weeks I've been woken up by helicopters flying right over my house really low to the ground between midnight ans 2am.
At this point i wish they would just fuck off and get it over with. Bad enough yesterday they had a squad of police motorcycles whoring around the beaches stopping traffic and steering a bus through the whole of the beach suburbs and in through the city, with aforementioned helicopters hovering above.
These pricks are so keen to let us know how big and powerful they are in the run in to apec. Its a fucking joke, locking down the whole city, and moving all the animals in the zoo onto an island in the harbour so all the 'leaders' wives can faun over them and feed them shite.

Yeah I lived at Buderim on the Sunshine Coast when the CHOGM conference was at the Hyatt Coolum, 5 years ago. Same thing with the helicopters. Every night!!!
The APEC finance ministers are meeting there next week so they will get it again.

So do the right thing....
Get the towns people together and protest this bullshit. It's a hazard on YOUR lives. They are not protecting you. They are bothering you, and you'd wish them to stop. Simple as that. If they start off anything about "terrorist", just tell them that the kind of "police state" bullshit that they are doing will only help cause terrorism in the future. Not in a threat, but it's a natural fact that when you oppress people, retaliation is a sure thing. Anybody not capable of understanding that has got to have mental issues. (Retardation, for example)

Sydney has a polulation of over 4,000,000 and you would be hard pushed to get the people in your street to unite. Like any big city, everyone is too caught up in their own lives.
