Contact/Experiences from Spirit realms.....

Hi :)

apart from NDE's, have any of you experienced contact with Spirit, as in direct (not via a Medium or other 'middle-man' etc)? Be they visions, physical manifestations, auditory, automatic-writing, Spirit-travels, items being moved/appearing/disappearing... or whatever else you may have had happen.

I mean Spirit (as in earth's departed souls or Spiritual Guardians etc, as in, REAL people who are in the Spiritual Dimension.... as opposed to 'Alien' or Intergalactic Channelings etc (.. though they may be equally as real.. who knows... but that isn't really what I experience nor what interests me here).

Have started this thread for people to discuss their experiences, be they one-offs, or regular happenings.

I'm no expert on the subject, and am still learning a lot about the things which happen to me.. and still have many unanswered questions. So thought would be good to have a space where everyone could share, so perhaps we can all learn a bit more together?

Quite a bit of my types of experiences are written in the NDE thread, on this sub-forum. So I won't repeat them here. Though I may add several others in time.

I'm also especially interested if any of you experience any physical symptoms, be they temporary and fleeting, or more long term, since/when having any contact from Spirit?

I ery much hope this can be a non-judgemental space, where people can share and feel supported by each other to open up a bit.. and perhaps learn some more.. especially as these things seem to be increasingly happening to more and more people.

I have not had any direct contact but I have had paranormal activity. Yesterday my psychic friend who is a medium asked the universes to help me with money problems and few hours later I found a ten pound note in a old pair of jeans, Now I know its not extraordinary but something made me look there, I never check pockets either and I felt at the time it was spiritually guided

Its the same feeling as when I forgot to fill up with petrol and my motorbike came rolling to a stop right outside the only petrol station on the way ;) I wonder is it just luck? But More Recently I have seen small white balls of light that move very fast across my vision I don't know what that is but its strange anyone else had that?

Thanks for sharing your experiences.. all Spirit experiences are interesting and valuable.. they don't have to be "extraordinary" or dramatic .. sometimes it's the little things which can have most value or impact in our lives!

Objects (including money) appearing or disappearing is more common than I realised.. someone told me that sometimes Spirit will "borrow" an object of sentimental value for a short while, then return it.. or use this as a way to get a person on earth to pay attention to something.

Orbs are something which interest me a lot as I've heard/read that some UFO followers/groups see these too, and call them UFO's or even Alien beings.. whereas Spiritualists see exactly same thing, and call them Spirit! :confused:?!

I've seen absolutely genuine photos, taken with different cameras, all different times (including polaroids done live in front of me) of orbs appearing 'en masse' at one Spiritual Church whenever there is a healing service or a very good medium visiting... literally hundreds of them.. above the heads of the congregation.

I have a friend in her 70's who sees what she calls "the sparkles".. lots of tiny mulitcoloured bright lights dancing around her bedroom most evenings (before she goes to sleep)...she's been having this past 2 years.. sounds lovely!

I’m not religious therefore I know little about the subject however I’ve been dreaming about God and Jesus as well as other things pertaining to spiritual concerns for quite some years now…The God dreams basically began around 1981 and every other type of dream followed on after that.

The dreams were often pleasant although the Jesus character did annoy me a couple of times as I’ve unconsciously observed that personality as being possessed with a slightly sarcastic but polite and friendly kind of manner? The end time dreams were also confusing.

However! As realistic as the characters in my dreams are, I have normally considered them to be just dreams.

Although the past few of years has forced me to question some of my dreams…A couple in particular where-upon I was given information which I later learned to be true.

In a dream last year I was told about the very date which a family member was going to pass away on and that event happened in the manner that I had dreamed it…Date and all!

With another dream in 2008 I was introduced to the Angel Gabriel and the experience felt like a bizarre family get together where everyone was having a gathering of sorts.

During the same month as the Gabriel dream I had another dream concerning a certain type of Orb and the connection to Angels. In other such dreams I’ve been given information about very bizarre things which will be deemed as unbelievable to the point of being laughable so it’s really not worth a mention but it’s enough to have me feeling that something very strange is looming?

I have had a lot of changes this year and I have been very ill, I have felt one of my grandparents with me a great deal around the time of my operation, while drifting off to sleep and fully awake.

I also went to view a house recently, before I found out that the old ladies husband had passed away fairly recently I was standing in the garden and a picture of a man standing by us popped in to my minds eye, he was checking us out, he was also with us when we were looking at the bedroom. I concluded that it is his choice as to whether we end up buying that house :)

Tbh I get these kind of things happening all the time and more so since doing my Reiki 1 attunement. Since then it has gone in to ovedrive.

I have had two very profound life changing spiritual connections.

The first was when I had finished university, I was feeling incredibly dissillusioned, no job, no money, lots of rejection letters and at the time I was staying/crashing in friends houses, so no home either:( I was beginning to spiral into depression, which I have suffered with on and off throughout my life, and was searching for the answers in alcohol and drugs. A few months earlier my uncle had died from alcoholic related condition. Whilst lying on the sofa in an alcoholic stupor I heard the voice of my uncle say to me "Don't go down the same road I walked down", the strange thing about hearing this was that the voice did not sound like my uncles voice, but I knew it was him. The upshot of this was that within a week I made a phonecall to my parents (who I had lost contact with in my despairs and feelings of uselessness) within a week asking if I could return home, they collected me, I no longer turned to drugs and alcohol and found a very nice flat and job within a year.

The second major spiritual event strangely enough connects to the first, and stranger still I have only just realised the connection this second! The friends house where I was crashing at in my first experience was a very dear friend, I now believe he was a soulmate. Sadly, like my uncle he also died much to early and was also in his 30's, like my uncle. He died from diabetes related heart failure, made worse by alcohol. I have some very good memories of Vic, in particular certain songs will always remind me of him. One such song is a very obscure song by Suede called Shipbuilding. I used to always ask Vic to play this, to which he would grimace, not again, but would put it on with a smile anyway, vinyl of course!
Anyway, last year my son had to have open heart surgery. While in theatre I was beside my self, distraught and unable to relax, or think about anything other than willing my son to get through everything. The nurses suggested we go out of the hospital for a coffee. We went to Borders, and while browsing through the bookstands, with tears streaming down my face sick with worry, lo and behold Shipbuilding plays over the tannoy. It wasn't Suede, but I knew it was Vic letting me know everything was going to be fine. I immediately broke out smiling in the bookshop, almost fell to the floor in relief/happiness, I hadn't heard this song since Vic's death until that moment. My son did get through the surgery and the next morning I heard the glorious chirp of birds on the window ledge as the day broke and another of our favourite songs came to mind, Bob Marley "Three Little Birds" "Don't worry, about a thing, cos every little thing, is gonna be alright".
I was calm and so thankful for the reassurance I had received, it was a beautiful moment.

I was going to create a new thread about this but will put the experience here, as it is relevant (I think).

As you can see by the time, (5.00 a.m UK time) I am having difficulty sleeping at the mo. I have been laid in bed all night unable to switch off, the high pitch hum which I have mentioned before in other threads is really intense and generally I am unable to switch off. While lying in bed earlier tonight I saw a column of dark spinning things, they began looking like windmills intertwining then sort of morphed into 3 dimensional spinning windmills, then they looked like one interconnected spinning rotating image (like the DNA illustration). This was a very dark grey in colour. Prior to this I had been meditating to try to help me sleep. Just wondered if anyone has seen anything similar or knows what this is?

when i was younger i used to have dreams which came true. i also have the deja vu feeling when they do so its like a confirmation. one dream specifically was when i was taken into care. i dremt of a poster and a car.the poster was on the fostercarers wall and it happens that the car was one they used to own when they were younger and had just got married.i still occasionally have them but they are few and far between.

the other dreams im dreaming at the moment are full technicolour epic film like dreams of the end of the world like ones.we are in a war with something and we have to fight with guns ect..and hide and store food. they seem very real and they seem to go on all night. these have been happening for the past 2 or 3 years.and not connected to the fact i have been researching the nwo. this is a new research for me.i knew that something has not been right thats why i went this way.

the other ones i have which i have intermittently are quite horrific and concerning demons or devil worship which i never have got myself into. these have happened since i was very young 5+ and have included bits where i am being sacrificed or commited rites on. they are very unsettling and i am litterally scared shitless and have to recite the lords prayer to get myself awake.i feel if i dont im dead and it feels like theres a battle against the deamons to make sure i cant recite it properly.

i have lived in a haunted house and saw spirts.one confirmation i had was that when i was 8 we lived in a house where the spirit used to talk to my brother. there were shadows and unexplained goings on.now im a tidy girl and i always have been.one night i awoke to find out the whole of my room had been trashed and there was a ghost of a dead man on the floor.of course i freaked.my parents being the low lives they were just shouted at me which made we worse.(alcolholic)well i still saw my dad every week (i was in care)and when i was 18 he said he had met a woman near him and she claimed she was a white witch.he had only met her once or twice but she said she wanted to see me as she had a message for me.so me dad being open minded told me and i agreed.i thought it was all a joke as being a teenager.well we went to her flat and all over there were books on the occult and herbs.she made me a cup of tea and said right down to buisness.it was all very too the point.dad was a bit perplexed.she said she had been on the ouji board and had a message for me.the ghost i saw in the house when i was 8 was of a man who died in a fire away from the home.he did not mean to scare me its just he was worried about the boy who needed looking after and he enjoyed telling him stories at night.well the boy was my brother and that room was always freezing even during the summer.not long after we moved as there was other stuff going on like permanant paralasis of my step mum and also the plaster of one room could never be put right even though the council came out time and time again.just one patch in the shape of a circle.it was just a bad vibe.ive come to the conclusion our family circumstances didnt help as we were very disfunctual.ever since then i am totally OPPOSED to any form of witchcraft.there is no way she would have known about that,even my dad didnt know the whole story cause like he said he was an alcoholic and his memory is crap.it did trigger a stage where i had to reasearch witchcraft and the occult just to confirm to myself i wasnt going mad.my views now if you dont mess then you cant get yourself into something you cant get out of.this includes ouji/white/pentagrams.i wont even allow my kids to bring pentagram jewrely in my house.

i have seen shapes from the side of my eyes of animal and people.this happens when im relaxed and its very rarly it frightens me,there has only been once or twice and ive had a smell of dead mice.and a gut feeling of badness.when we moved in our present house i had the smell of lavender and it was like a good sign.even though it was a dump it felt right to be here.this was 12 years ago.

i had a miscarrage.which is traumatic to anywoman.it was a planned pregnancy and both me and hubby we devestated.now in the same year my nan who i loved dearly and had a very strong bond with and my grandad her husband died.it was only a few months before this miscarrage.i had to take diazapam as i was so traumatized as i also had to have a d and c which went bad.the baby had died 2 weeks before and was still in me and then i bled so bad i nearly croaked it.so obviously i was so disstressed the gp gave me these.i did manage to sleep this one night.well i dreamt all night that my dead nan was sat with me and was talking to me.reassuring me and she said dont worry you will have another baby and it will be a girl and she will be healthy.the other baby is with me. well after that dream i recovered quite well and the next year the news my nan told me came true.i only ever spoke to her again and that was about 2 years ago when she said she was going and i wouldnt speak to her again. in my dreams i have been back to her house and she is not there.my hubby as had the same dreams of his stepdad when he told him of a missing credit card and to get a lottery ticket and the amount he would win.(£17).he has also been and told hubby that he would not be going to speak to him again.he did win the money and the credit card was in the place he said.

when i was younger me and my sister we playing in the park when we looked up and saw in the sky the figure of a large giant grey man with a halo of gold all around it and it was floating like a cloud.at first we thought it was a cloud.but there was no way it was.we looked for about 10 min then it just dissapeared.it had to be as big as two buses.and you could see the whole body but no face.neither of us were asleep we were in the park and had been playing on the swings and messing about with stones.

i have told loads of people about these experiences. my views is there is deffinitely something out there.

That would be what's known as the Flyers, 4th dimensional reptilians come to lick your lollipop (you) to get some LifeForce energy. You just happened to perceive this happening, and didn't recognize what it was. I've seen them too. Quite insidious. They will appear straight into the 3rd dimension, and you will think they are part of it. They are not: It is your subtle energy perception that enables this vision.

They do seem to like a party. :D

I've had some pretty unpleasant lucid dreams where I have seen cities being destroyed by balls of fire. I certainly hope they don't come true. :(

Most time the info comes so fast it's hard to follow it. I don't hear it, I "know" it inside my head. I contacted my maternal grandmother once or twice; she'd died before I was born. I was newly in a psychic school on the Mainland. She was nice; she said I..." should listen to your mother, she loves you so much". I deduced over time that her agenda, as was Mom's, was to get me to do what she felt was right and safe for me. A little controlling. But it was nice to contact her. Another time I tuned into a friend who had died in her late 30's of kidney failure. She'd been a sunny character, and she positively beamed at me and let me know that she was fine and having a great time on the other side! I passed this on to another mutual friend in hopes that it would make her feel better. I've been talking out loud to all my pets and some of the house geckos and other insects. If I stop to listen I can "hear" my horse. Oh yes, and last week i asked a tree if it had anything to share with me. It said, "You should get out of your ego and stop thinking you're on a mission". I thanked it, and it said, "You're on the right road". Just saying "i'm going public" as a personal reminder, I'd like to do this more. Love, angel

It would be pretty near impossible to list all my experiences as i've been having "spirtual" experiences my entire life, some of which happened when I was so young I have no memory of them, I only know they happened from the stories of parents/grandparents who had me down as a rather freaky child :p Interesting to hear about someone referring to "sparkles" it sounds pretty similar to something I see regularly, thousands of tiny light forms, and when you watch them closely you can see that they are interacting with one another, they look like they are dancing. My spirit companion has been there as long as I can remember, I refer to him as being seperate from me, however I am willing to entertain the thought that it's just an element of myself that I choose to view as seperate. When I was a small child I called him "smokey" lol but when I reached adulthood I came to know him as John. What other people class as "psychic phenomena" was so much a part of everyday life for me that it took several people to explain to me when i was about 20-21 that what I could do/perceive/see/know was not "normal" I started "reading" for others around the same time, up until that point I thought everbody else could do it lol.

I don't really know where to start really there's too many to post in one go. The reason I relate to David Icke is because the first time I heard him being interviewed he spoke of an experience that was identical to something I experience regularly, he used the same sort of language to attempt to articulate it, it's very hard to describe but i'll try explaining one of those experiences. I have a thing that I refer to as "sleepy sickness" it usually comes in clusters. It's not sleep paralysis as i have experienced this also. This is completely different. I don't choose to go to sleep, sleep comes to get me, I feel the need to lie down although i'm not tired, something just makes me lie down wherever I may be at the time. I hear a whooshing noise, it's across between a noise and a sensation, it's like a pressure around my ears/head, it's sometimes accompanied with slight panic, when i feel myself "going" There's no way to describe it other than a felling that I'm being "switched off". I don't travel anywhere, I have no recollection of a "tunnelling" or anything like that, one minute i'm lying on my bed, the next minute my awareness is somewhere else. The most profound of these experiences (though i realise it may not sound very profound) happened a couple of years ago. I suddenly realised I was "there", I cannot explain in a five sense way what I perceived, as it's perceived "wholy" and I can't find the words, I knew the answer, a revelation of enormous proportions.... it was so obvious and so simple and I don't know if my mind kinda switched back on slightly at this point but I remember saying to myself "I'm not supposed to be here , I'm not meant to know this, I shouldn't have saw that" Just as I was thinking this, a woman (who was wearing an amazing golden suit) said "She remembers...she's waking up....she's coming back to us" sounds really lovely but upon hearing this i'm thinking "shit....fuck....shit" :p I then started to get the whooshing sensations again as I struggled back into normality, when I opened my eyes I heard a male voice clear as day saying "Where the clouds gather....you may end prayer" When i got up out the bed I realised it was daylight outside and thought i'd slept in, the next thought was why haven't the kids woke me up, it took me a full five minutes to recall I had got up got dressed, fed and dressed the kids, walked them to school, walked the dog, went to the shops and paid my bills and had been doing my housework when i decided to lie down, and when i looked at the clock, it had only been 20 minutes since i'd last looked at it. Thats the same state I end up in after any of these "sleeps", I don't know where I am or who I am, and if anybody was to come into my room and say "Just lie back down luv, don't worry .....you're a plate of sausages" I would genuinely believe I was a plate of sausages lol. I feel the need to eat massive amounts of heavy food, I feel disgusting, heavy and I feel like shit for the rest of the day. That particular experience, if i was pushed to say what I thought it was, i would say it was a progress meeting of some description.

Having re-read what I have wrote I am dismayed at how crap it sounds in comparison, it really is near impossible to convey the magnitude of it. Imagine trying to describe a tree to someone who had never seen or heard of a tree, they don't know what a branch or a leave is and they have never heard of the colours brown or green, and you'll experience what it is like trying to explain something beyond "here" in "heres" terms. The only person i've ever heard speaking of something similar is Mr Icke. I would never have read any of his work otherwise. Describing the feeling of being there (before the mind kicked back in) is also near impossible, to say it is peaceful wouldn't quite cut it, because peace must have a memory of something "unpeaceful" in order for you to experience peace as peace :confused: when you experience peace it's really a relief from something, so it's closer to nothingness than peace, but then that would suggest a void and it's not that either. Bloody hell lol there's no point even attempting it...........it feels like (insert word here) but I cannot find a word magnificent enough.

It's been a huge pain in the butt when I used to work a regular job because I had to override it. I used to pass out during staff meetings, very embarrassing! :o As for wanting to eat a bunch of heavy food, I've learned that eating, especially protein and "heavy" stuff, helps the body to be grounded to the Earth and to feel safe. The body experiences the leaving of the spirit as a possible precursor to death, so it gets frightened. Give yourself credit for all your explorations, this stuff takes courage. Love, angel

:) Thank you to everyone who has shared on the thread so far... I am going to take some proper time tomorrow/weekend to read through all your posts and add some more myself too.

Zenith/Azureangel - I'm very interested to hear about your experiences, especially the "sleepy sickness".. sounds quite similar to what I've had past 3 years or so... my sleep has been so drastically affected (since I started having these "spirit" experiences a few years ago), I get random overwhelming sudden sleepiness.. I mean sudden in that I can be perfectly well and feeling ok and in the middle of doing something mundane like making a brew, or chatting on phone, or sitting reading a book, and I have to literally stop and go and immediately lie down.. and will be fast asleep within seconds and stay like that for usually around 3 to 4 hours. Sometimes on waking I have absolutely NO recollection of where I am, none at all, nor where I've been, what's happened, what day or even month it is, nothing. I don't dream when this happens, it's not like 'normal' sleep. Yet I do sometimes hear people talking to me when in this deep sleep state, but can never remeber what they have said. And I feel totally exhausted on waking, and my body feels ultra heavy and tired and achey to point of pain. This has been happening almost daily for 3 years now.

A couple of times I was aware I was about to wake soon, but I was actually still asleep, and had the strangest and most uncomfortable sensation that I was somehow trapped inside my body, as if in a coma, like my eyes were just a few mms behind my physical eyes, looking at the back of my eyelids, and my body was a few mms within my real body... it is so difficult to describe, but I felt like I was a separate entity within my physical body, like I had a double body.. my inner one trapped in the outer one, my conscious body being the inner one, which was looking out through the outer 'casing' of my external physical body which was a few mms infront of my face, like I was stuck behind some kind of mask or "double" body as I was lying there asleep. It felt extremely clausraphobic and horrible.

I get this 'Sudden Sleep' thing along with whole range of other physical symptoms, including vertigo, humming ears & also temporary deafness, vibrating/tingles and also sometimes numbness in body and head, intense and quite 'violent' "electric shock" sensations to lower spine and legs and head, white lights which I see quite often in broad daylight, and more).

In short, along with my other illnesses/symptoms which all began 4 years ago, I've been put through endless rounds of Medical appts and tests, from bloods, nuclear scans, MRI, electrical nerve tests, EEG, ECG, and been sent for even more tests to Prof. Neurology in London. No eplilepsy, no narcolepsy. No diagnosis. Except many tests showing "changes" and evidence of "something happening" with both my DNA and nervous systems. The medics are all puzzled. Especially the one who I trusted enough to tell about seeing an 8ft tall silvery white Angel in my sitting room one afternoon when I was very very ill in 2007 .. should have seen the look on Doc's face :D !

Anyway.. I will come back and read through all the posts again in the next few days..

I've had all sorts of astral experiences, this one and other ones like it are different, because there is no distance or travelling involved, it's instant, I don't experience any seperation at all. The one i've described would be one of the one's i'd refer to as "pure" because there is no projection to speak of if you know what I mean? Ive been to all sorts of beautiful places, including what I can only desribe as an emerald city, but all of these places have visual and sensory perception within them, they are still projections or creations, where-as the ones with no travel involved don't have anything in them that I can describe as visual or sensory even though i mentioned a woman wearing a gold suit, I did not "see" her visually, the information just comes in directly, it's really hard to put that across in text. You've mentioned these things happening to you but you are not aware of having went anywhere, I'd say that the key word there is "aware" you may not have any conscious recollection of the events but I'm pretty certain you will have taken it in on a higher level. One of the reasons I no longer give readings (well at least not in the way I did) is because of these experiences, they make me pull into questions things I once believed in, and make me dispute the works and words of even the most respected sources. In a non-suicidal way I cannot wait till i'm clinically "dead" lol, but i've much to do beforehand. Thanks for the add

Zenith/Azureangel - I'm very interested to hear about your experiences, especially the "sleepy sickness".. sounds quite similar to what I've had past 3 years or so... my sleep has been so drastically affected (since I started having these "spirit" experiences a few years ago), I get random overwhelming sudden sleepiness.. I mean sudden in that I can be perfectly well and feeling ok and in the middle of doing something mundane like making a brew, or chatting on phone, or sitting reading a book, and I have to literally stop and go and immediately lie down.. and will be fast asleep within seconds and stay like that for usually around 3 to 4 hours. Sometimes on waking I have absolutely NO recollection of where I am, none at all, nor where I've been, what's happened, what day or even month it is, nothing. I don't dream when this happens, it's not like 'normal' sleep. Yet I do sometimes hear people talking to me when in this deep sleep state, but can never remeber what they have said. And I feel totally exhausted on waking, and my body feels ultra heavy and tired and achey to point of pain. This has been happening almost daily for 3 years now.

A couple of times I was aware I was about to wake soon, but I was actually still asleep, and had the strangest and most uncomfortable sensation that I was somehow trapped inside my body, as if in a coma, like my eyes were just a few mms behind my physical eyes, looking at the back of my eyelids, and my body was a few mms within my real body... it is so difficult to describe, but I felt like I was a separate entity within my physical body, like I had a double body.. my inner one trapped in the outer one, my conscious body being the inner one, which was looking out through the outer 'casing' of my external physical body which was a few mms infront of my face, like I was stuck behind some kind of mask or "double" body as I was lying there asleep. It felt extremely clausraphobic and horrible.

I get this 'Sudden Sleep' thing along with whole range of other physical symptoms, including vertigo, humming ears & also temporary deafness, vibrating/tingles and also sometimes numbness in body and head, intense and quite 'violent' "electric shock" sensations to lower spine and legs and head, white lights which I see quite often in broad daylight, and more).

In short, along with my other illnesses/symptoms which all began 4 years ago, I've been put through endless rounds of Medical appts and tests, from bloods, nuclear scans, MRI, electrical nerve tests, EEG, ECG, and been sent for even more tests to Prof. Neurology in London. No eplilepsy, no narcolepsy. No diagnosis. Except many tests showing "changes" and evidence of "something happening" with both my DNA and nervous systems. The medics are all puzzled. Especially the one who I trusted enough to tell about seeing an 8ft tall silvery white Angel in my sitting room one afternoon when I was very very ill in 2007 .. should have seen the look on Doc's face :D !

Anyway.. I will come back and read through all the posts again in the next few days..

I've lay asleep listening to a voice, it's like hearing a train of thought or listening to someone monologuing on a radio, at the time I enjoy what they are saying but when i wake i can only remember that i was listening to someone but cannot for the life of me tell you what was said, apart from one occassion that was seriously bizzarre, because as soon as I realised I was listening to these two voices one of the voices said " Quiet... she can hear us" then the two voices proceeded to debate whether or not I could hear them before they finally agreed and stopped talking. I know that makes me sound schitzophrenic lol I can assure you I'm not. As for your very tall angel.....John is also incredibly tall. I don't get the temporary deafness thing, I wish I did, my hearing is ridiculously sensitive it really interferes with my day to day life. I do have physical symptoms but they are not particularly unpleasant, it sounds like yours are causing you discomfort. Do you have any crystals? I can recommend some if you haven't bougt any before. Might be a good idea especially since you have seen/been to a "crystal city" Certain people can get more out of crystals than others.

I'm still not sure about that kundalini; I get little ripples up my spine once in awhile, they feel really pleasurable but I just read a book by Gopi Krishna called, Living With Kundalini. It was his autobiography. A lot of new age people strive for this energy but Gopi Krishna lived for months in terrible pain and said he saw "demons" before he found a way to balance the energy. My latest investigation (sort of a question I'm intending to find answers for) is, how much are the extradimensionals "using" us and what aspects of these connections are mutually beneficial and what aspects may be mostly benefitting them? Like, I just read someones' theory that our chakra system was installed by the "bad" extradimensionals just to plug into us. I rarely throw out a theory entirely, I like to let it sit there, sleep on it and see how it feels. I'm aware that I've allowed "aliens" to see through my eyes to observe mechanical operations and other things. I've also been used as a doorway to pass information while not having access to my own information. These were years ago but I can't say I know what's going on in my space nowadays. Right now none of us has full access, yet. I've been living with chronic back pain since 2000, when I entered a psychic school. I'm aware that in some ways this is a battle for my information. I intend to keep learning and opening those doorways. Because it's MY Information. Yep, I too have come close to leaving this body. Now that I know what DI says, I want to stay in this body and see how awake and capable I can become. I am dreaming of a new Earth, a loving community and for us to have all our capabilities again. I had 2 experiences last night not sure if I was dreaming or not. I was shattered from a heavy weekend so last night pretty much fell asleep straight after work. I woke up the back of 7 and not wanting to be up all night again, went straight to bed rather than staying up. I had a pretty restless sleep and got up again around 2am for a drink then back to bed. Took me a while to get back to sleep but during that period from 2 til 7 this morning I had 2 experiences which I have never had before. The first felt like i was wide awake, i could see my room albeit in the dark but I felt awake. I could feel a coldness on my back and felt like someone was walking by my bed. then it felt like someone sat on my bed behind me....i could feel the depression of my mattress, then someone (thing) whispered in my ear something like, '[name]why do you hate me [name]' I tried to talk, well shout really but i couldn't. Thats why I think it was a dream although my eyes were seeing the exact scene I was in at the time.

A while later it happened again only this time I could hear my door creaking open, my eyes were open and I could see it. Not as dark this time as it was later in the morning but it freaked me out and I tried to shout...again i couldn't, at first, then i eventually got out 'Fuck off' whilst sitting in an upright position. Seriously weird. Felt like sleep paralysis a bit with the not being able to shout, although, when I had the paralysis I felt like I couldn't breathe.

Were these dreams or was there something in my room? Any thoughts?

that must have been really weird to hear the voices and realise they were observing/discussing you !

Interesting you say John is also really tall... I never found out who the 8ft being of light was, as they appeared only once very clearly, in middle of day. Other times I just got sense of a tall column of light out of corner of eye but when turned to look, nothing there.

The temporary deafness thing happens immediately after I get the whooshing/high pitch hum or buzz, and can last from a few minutes to an hour or so. Usually my hearing is ultra sensitive... I mean really.. I have a reputation for being able to "hear a conversation in the next house" lol and can hear the slightest sound (at certain pitches). But it doesn't bother me, so I'm wondering how that interferes with your life? Do you mean things like difficulty relaxing or sleeping as you can hear everything around you (inside and outside) etc?

I think my physical symptoms might be (?) a mix of physical illness and something to do with the Spirit experiences. None of the Spirit sensations are painful or unpleasant, but some are definitely strange, like the electrical charges/shocks I get. I get a variety of physical symptoms whenever Spirit are around.. including tingling hands and skin, a strong feeling that someone is holding both my hands; the feeling someone is stroking my face or head; a very real feeling of very warm hands being placed on my lower back at night (this usually precedes the Electric surges I get).

I do think it's weird how my illness and the Spirit happenings came along at almost exactly the same time. a couple of the Mediums from the Church I sometimes visit tell me that it's not unusual for people to start having Spirit experiences during or after severe illness or accident.

Thanks for the suggestion, I've got a small collection of crystals, mostly on the blue or violet spectrum, as these were recommended for my various health consitions. I also keep a piece of clear quartz and also rose quartz always by my bed too.

I'd really like to hear some more about your experiences, and some more about John.. if you feel like writing!

thanks for reply... yes, it has been suggested before about Kundalini.. and it is a possibility I guess... I know a bit about chakras and kundalini, but it's never been something I've really got into to be honest... maybe I need to re-investigate/read up more and see if it resonates more than last time I checked it out! It sounds like it could be related to your back pain though?!


Re: your experiences about alien things.. interesting theory.. though I must admit I don't really get the sense that anything involving ET's is what's involved for me personally... though I don't rule out any possibility, as who am I to say I know for sure what's happening?! I'm not totally sure what's been going on to be honest. Except I do know that I have been regularly contacted and visited by Spirit/People I knew in this life who have since passed over. That's the only tangible evidence I have to go on.... so I do tend to think along the lines of my experiences being Spirit events/meanings, rather than Alien or physical (Chakras/Kunalini etc).

I've had quite a few folk tell me they think my symptoms are all to do with "Being opened up" to Spirit or to do Spiritual work... but am not sure I feel totally sure of that either, as I never ever imagined myself being in any way a "spirit" type, being a very down to earth and practical type of person.

I also had (notice past tense!) a few friends who seemed to think (when I started having all these voices and weird happenings at same time as being quite seriously ill) that I was somehow 'posessed' or "need to see a shrink", both of which failed to yield any results (yes, I did get myself checked out, professionally, on both counts !)... I did even start to question my own sanity a few times when this all started, especially the voices, visions and things being moved around inside my home.


Just want to ask you.. what is psychic school? Is that the same as "sitting in circle" or something? Or an actual course/school to become a psychic? Is this a Spiritual Medium type training?

Anyway.. like you say, none of us has full access yet.. but one day we will, in this world or another, and we will all realise our full Spirit capabilities and potential.

The more I go through life, I realise the LESS I actually know! I think a lot of people have all sorts of experiences but are too afraid / embarrassed to talk about them, for fear of ridicule or being thought "loony" etc... that's why I began this thread... so everyone who wants to can come and chat and share and hopefully get some support/answers/ideas as to what they experience.

thanks for writing.. yes, that sounds a bit scary.. how did you feel after event? Sleep paralysis is horrible, and can be terrifying. I've had experiences similar to above, where I could see room an thought I was awake etc, when something/someone has 'come in' etc, but I somehow 'know' after the event that I was dreaming.

The only thing that would make me think perhaps this was something more than dreaming, is the feeling of pressure on the bed... as I have only had this in REAL experiences, never in dreams. But that's not to say just becuase I experience that it has to be fact! There may be other folk here who can help more with this.. or have more insight/experience?


If you're at all concerned that this wasn't a dream, but a real experience, then I only suggest you ask nightly for protection from either God/Gaurdian Angel/a loved one who has passed over, or something along those lines.. and perhaps do an energy 'cleansing' of some sort, be it incense, candles, crystals or something... and perhaps wear or keep something near your bed which holds some protective or happy or loving significance for you.. ??

Somebody else may know more or be able to better help you. I'm fairly new to all this stuff too.. and have had a few frightening experiences along the journey too.. just ask for protection.. and try to focus on happy dream memories when going to sleep!

I felt pretty shook up after the 2nd event...with the door opening and trying to shout but not being able to. The door was closed in the morning so I would say it was just a dream but pretty vivid at that. The experience with the depression on the mattress and whispering in my ear felt so real. I could feel breath on my ear and the more I think of it I think it was a womans voice. It was the first thing I thought of in the morning. So vivid but again, if the door was shut and that 2nd experience felt vivid as well, they must both have been dreams. Been dreaming loads lately and started keeping a diary. Will post if anything else as strange happens.
