lol I think the guy in blue is hilarious. Personally I reckon he stepped aside to allow the black guy his moment to disrupt the news reporter.
What is odd about the video is that the guy in blue seems to appear from nowhere. I assume he was perfectly positioned behind the reporter the moment the clip starts.
