I heard on the radio today that Gordon Brown plans to be more tough on crime. And quite frankly, the only solution to fight crime is to offer justice to the criminals.
Here is my poem, inspired by top politicians. It's my dedication to Gordon Brown. I'm very grateful to be inspired by Gordon Brown, and guys like him. Because I have seen crime and injustice, and that's our problem... It's the problem of humanity, because our humanity is only there when we follow the law.
I do not post this so much to get response on it. I actually started writing down a new thread mentioning the good news of Gordon Brown, but as I was writing down... Bingo! :) I got myself a new poem. ;)
Justice is the most universal gift of freedom and democracy,
but justice cannot be taken -
- it has to be given.
The first moment when criminals get their justice,
first then can they forgive themselves,
and live with themselves.
Because what they did
was not unforgivable, but they cannot forget it.
The law will be their ressurector,
it's the gift of justice,
freeing them from crime
and welcoming them back to the Earth.
Because,
verily it's been said,
that we are the good law-holders,
we that obeyeth the law.
Lest we never forget,
the law is the love.
