Vibrations or Pulses?

David and others speak of vibrations, everything is energy vibrating. Or.......is it pulsing? Is it like a giant pulse of energy like a heartbeat. Or is a pulse a vibration? or is there a differnence between the two. If the bodies a hologram and the universe is a hologram the heatbeat pulse of the body could be the same as the universes if it has one (gillette seem to think so! with there stealth razor)
Is it a wave or a pulse? if the universe has a pulse what is the source of this pulse? the matrix mind?
