Hallo Gentlemen,
this is my first here. I am familiar to David Ickes viewpoint on Swineflu and now have to decide which opinion to follow. I am in Taiwan right now with my Taiwanese Girlfriend and after she felt ill for 3 days (light fever, sore throat, coughing) she went to the hospital today.
Apperently the doctor put some stick with cotton on it in her mouth and made some kind of test with it. When he came back, he announced that my girlfriend has the "New Flu", the H1N1 virus.

He gave her a medication TAMIFLU, a capsula and told her to take it twice a day. She said her best friend also had the Swineflu and said she felt alot of better fast after starting to take the medication.

From reading on here and elsewhere, I know that the allededgly dangerous vaccination is also TAMIFLU. So is this the same stuff in another form or what is Tamiflu in capsula form?

I try to convince my girlfriend now to not take the medication, but try to heal herself naturally.

Any good links to scientific sites/believable sources that show that Tamiflu is ineffective and dangerous?

What should she do? She is 22, not super healthy, but its ok. She gets a cold pretty easily, has problems with allergies and neurodermitis/eczima.

Which is the best NATURAL treatment for the flu? Any supplements that are recommended to take? Something to strenghen her immune system fast? Or will the immune system just kill it with proper rest/hydration and good food?

Should I be concerned about contermination?

I am really thankful for this forum. If you know what you talk about, please give me advice.

Tamiflu is not the same as the vaccine although it does have some nasty side effects the effects should wear of in a few days. I'm not a fan of tamiflu but it's not as worrying as the vaccine. I've had swine flu and recovered without taking the tamiflu. Get vitamin D into her, plenty fluids and lots of rest. Fresh orange juice, and get her to eat some fish if she can stomach it. Just treat it like the normal flu.

Hope she makes a speedy recovery, most people are fine with this flu, just the same as the normal flu.

It's just the flu! Get lot's of rest and drink plenty of water. Unless she has a comprimised imune system she'll be fine.

Welcome to the forums alpha :D

When my youngest came home from school with a cough and sore throat etc, i decided to keep her off school for a few weeks and got her some paracetamol and cough mixture from the chemist. Lots of water, paracetamol a few times a day and the cough mix and she was fine in a week. And then of course i got it too, and man i have allergies and all that going on, but i drank a bottle of that cough mix and took paracetamol and broke its back no problem.

Also get lots of garlic into your system, vitamin C, vitamin D and magnesium, bhelps the body to build up its defence mechanisms. Lots of garlic, that is important.

A friend of mine has been taking Chlorela, he has just been through the whole vaccine thing as he has been working in Q8 for the military, he says the Chlorela has helped get all the poison out of his system :D

Good luck with it mate.

And, please, please, please rememeber:

it is just the flu.

Do not give into the fear.

Thanks for all the advice we will use it! :)

My girlfriend unfortunatly already took one of this Tamiflu capsulas tonight with the fucking doctor. I told her to stop it immidatily, but she thinks if she already took one to better continue taking it.

I am kind of relieved that it is apprently not as harmful as the vaccination, but she still should better stop talking it, is that right?

If she starts suffering side effects, hallucinations, vomitting etc then you should advise her to stop taking it, she could return to the doctor and ask for a different anti-viral if she reacts badly to it. Please don't be too worried about it she will probably be as good as new by the middle of next week. :)

I got some sort of flu in the summer, and I have allergies/eczema like your girlfriend. I took Sudafed Dual Action (with no lactose) every four to six hours and it worked really well. I certainly noticed the difference when I forgot a dose!

I find that I only catch nasty bugs when I have accidentally consumed dairy and I think that eczema/asthma are symptoms of dairy allergy. If your girlfriend is anything like me then she might be better off switching to rice/oat/almond milk and dairy-free margerine.

I hope she feels much better soon. :)

Take lots of vitamin d (about 5000 ui/day if she gets no sun exposure). Here's a good article on vitamin d. http://www.lewrockwell.com/miller/miller25.html

I would be very suspicious that a test for swine flu can show an instant result on a cotton swab like that. I think she will recover OK with good food, clean water and rest plus a positive environment free of stress. Even IF it is the swine flu reports are that it is becoming less virulent with each case.

Natural Antioxidants and Polyphenols buddy. Thats my tip. But do your own research.

Lycopene (tomatoes) organic if possible.

Fresh berries, strawberries raspberries and so on.

Good extra virgin olive oil

And so on.

Try get good quality and incorporate into the diet, if you havent already.
