Empathatic Pain

Anyone experienced empathatic pain when someone you know is hurt or unwell? I knew when someone had broken their arm last year, I even knew how they did it. So I made arrangements to take them to the hospital. Also I have recently been getting these other short bursts of pain. I thought that it was me having health problems. Turns out that someone I know, but have not seen in years is unwell in hospital. I've had this feeling before in the past and not asigned it to a telepathic knowing of anothers distress. I might have to start keeping a diary of when I sense these things and write down any thoughts that pop into my head. Has anyone else had any success in developing this? Has it led onto other ability's awakening inside of you?

I have a strong empathy, even towards people I don't know, but I don't feel any physical pain with that.
But as I just wrote that, I do remember having strange pains in my chest and other parts of the body as well (but especially the chest/heart/lungs) that I could not explain. It would spontaneously emerge for no obvious reason, and go away after a few minutes, but sometimes longer.
I don't think it's "a telepathic knowing of anothers distress" unless the pain and the feeling of empathy goes together, which has never happened to me.

Empathy & empathic abilities are totally different!

Having empathy is basically what ever's going around your going to get it because you want to get it, inside you have chosen to believe that you have what others have to not be different, not miss out.

Having & using empathic abilities means to take another's pain/illness upon yourself to not only share their pain but to take some of it away from them all together, yes this means becoming ill but as it's in a good cause this won't last long.

Empathic ability is the most powerful of healing abilities when mastered! :)

Yes, I also got my sister's morning sickness. My mum gets empathic/sympathetic symptoms more strongly than me.
