I used to have a rottweiler and it was the dumbest and most characterless dog I ever had....it eventually left me to go live with the 2 woman at the back of my house, cos they used to feed it loads of pancakes and would fan him for hours on end....he ended up so fat that it died of a heart attack about 3 years later.....i dont think it could have been more than 5 years old when it died.
Pit bulls and mastiffs seem to be quite clever though
