hello folks , what im about to tell you you already know but i bet you have forgotten ,maybe you did this when you were a kid to make yourself dizzy or maybe when you were older or when you were pregnant . have you guest what it is yet ? . dont be put off from trying this because im pretty sure you whont regret it if you are stressed and even if you are not you can wipe out a problem thats on your mind and become very relaxed and be in a peacefull place in your mind .
this is a simple breathing exsersize with visualization .
just sit comfortably and put your hands on your stumach , now i do you remember how the doc in the hospital tells a pregnant lady to breath , in and out very fast ? sure you remember so rite we are ready to roll . i whant you to shut your eyes and think of something that is bothering you , it can be a physical problem or emotional and now you have it fixed in your mind i whant you to imagine you are in a comfortable chair many thousands of feet up in the sky and you are in this chair wich is a special chair and this chair is sitting on top of a cloud with you in it . now go for it , do the rapid breathing for ten secconds then stop . now wait another 10 secconds and do the rapid breathing again for 20 secconds and then stop and as soon as you have stopped imagine that you inhaled lotts of buitifull life force energy and you have become to heavy for the cloud and you gently fall through the cloud in your chair but you are safe because your special chair has a parachute installed and it will open just at the rite time . you are now falling down down down with the wind wistling past you and you feel so relaxed , now imagine the problem or problems that were bothering you are now flowing out of your body and this is a dark energy and you are being purified and the dark energy and all of your cares are being left behind and shooting up into the atmosphere and disapating and becoming nothing and you are feeling amaizing and lite and you have not a care in the world .
the longer you do the rapid breathing the better you will feel , try to do 30 to 40 secconds , do 30 first with a 20 seccond break and then a 40 seccond rapid breath before you become heavy and fall through the cloud . its realy up to you how many secconds you breath for , experiment and see what you feel most comfortable with . but please dont think that this is just dumb and a waist of time withought trying it first . i feel like crap a lot and have much pain and this relaxes me rite away and i feel the pan melt away . if you have a head ache for instance or tired aching shoulders and joints then this can help a lot .
i notice a lot of you guys get down in the dumps because of one thing or another and you feel tired of it all and lonely because you are not around others who think like you , thn try this and see if it can help , the effects can last a couple of hours or more . you can imagine anything you like when you do this , the abouve is just something i made up and i like it but you can if you whant remember that special place you used to go to that was peacefull and serene like standing on the beach watching the tide roll back n forth or a buitifull medow full of buitifull flowers with the sun beaming onto your back .
