The 'All Seeing Eye' of Horus plainly visible on the Clock Tower - but only when the video is in negative (which I did for effect)
Am I being paranoid here or is that what I'm seeing??

It looks to me like some sort of archway or belltower.

Ooops silly me, I misread your original post. :o
It may only be a clock tower, but it's definitely built in a suspicious way. Lots of phallic and pyramid symbolism.
