i don't mean to sound like an asshole here, but this post, like the woman in the video, is a most naive one.
why does anyone think that by auditing the Fed it will be a clear, concise, thorough and HONEST audit?
look at the former "investigations" the US government has performed. they were all shit; especially the 9/11 commission.
this is all for show. even if somehow they "end the fed", they will just replace it with the world bank. after all, isn't this part of the precursor to creating the world bank? you have to close the federal reserve, first;)
nowadays, reverting back to having the country print and issue their own money is not even an option - why? well, we all know the answer to that:)

but seriously, i can't help but to keep those past lackluster efforts in mind when talks of "investigating" involving the us government (specifically the IRS, god help us!) DOING the investigating come up. despite ron paul being the leader of this particular movement.
this whole auditing the fed is merely problem-reaction-solution. and what is the solution, you ask? to get rid of the Fed, and issue in the new world central bank.
like i said before, ron paul may be talking about it, but those in power will not be mentioning having the us print and issue its own money. there is really only one option in their eyes. has the government even suggested an alternative to borrowing money from the fed?

the govt printing money would be worse then 100feds.
ppl dont realize ending a fed would crash the worlds economy at worst,only americas economy at best.
