I keep dreaming about UFO's..

Ever since I was like 10 I've had reoccuring dreams about seeing UFO's in the sky. They're nearly always in the sky as I look out of my bedroom.
They're always HUGE in size and hover just above my garden and I was wondering if anyone knows anything into why I keep having them?

I write this as I had a very big dream last night where I saw a very strange UFO flying above my house, it was HUGE again and made alot of noise as two massive engines by the side of the craft rotated. Weird!
One thing's for sure, I was terrified. Even when I woke up!

Am I really seeing these things in an semi-concious dream state..or do i have some subconcious fixation with wanting to believe these things?

Here is an explanation, according to a VERY good dream-interpretation book I have:

" Can depict being 'spaced-out', adventure, mystique,astral travel, untried concepts,of the unknown. May signify fear,new adventures or new worlds to conquer.
Many people experience UFO vehicles of various kinds in their dreams. Often, these seem to be teaching tools or experiences that expand the mind. Sometimes they seem to be a resuce operation. Be reminded here, that we not only learn lessons during sleep time, but also serve on other planes of existence.
This could be a memory of such an experience, or the UFO may represent the unknown & untried, new dimensions of mind "

PS: the book is Wilda B Tanner's ' The Mystical, Magical, Marvellous World of Dreams'. Not as 'airy-fairy' as it sounds; a serious work with a bias towards true spirituality.

In order to answer you or provide my opinion, I would need much more information. Recurring dreams usually mean you are a missing something or failing to recognize something important, hence the recurrance. Perhaps when you are awake and outside you should pay some attention to the skies?

Maybe someone is trying to get your attention?

Have you had dreams with aliens as well? Or just the UFO's?

I offer counsel to abductees, and have talked to many abductees and contactees in person as well as over the internet. So far as I can tell with what you said, it appears that you might have a preoccupation with the subject that is manifesting repeatedly in your dreams. In short, nothing to worry about. But like I said, this is based on very little info so don't put much into what I have just said. It is pure speculation.

I do have experiences of Sleep paralysis? I have also since a young age.
I always have the feeling that something is in my room when I'm frozen. One time I heard a conversation taking place when having it. If that helps?
