I have listened to both and either it is my ears or my speakers, but they do not seem to be on the same frequency.

I found post #3 easier to listen to compared to post #1. Post #1 seemed intense. Nontheless fascinating and I thank OP for this thread.

I checked into the youtube for post #3 and linked into the company that sells the CD's. May have to look into a purchase in the near future. I wouldn't mind trying meditation with it.

I am holding in my hand - not really, I'm keying at the moment - a CD called "Sacred Healing Frequencies, the Solfeggio Tones'. It contains 7 tracks featuring various frequencies.

Because it's worse than very slow at the office today as it has been all week, I decided to pop it in the player and give a brief listen.

Track one is called, 'UT - Liberation of Guilt and Fear (396Hz)'

I don't think I could click off that track fast enough as it gave me the serious spooks in my chest and I can't describe how much I hate that. Perhaps I'm just not accustomed to it?

Damn, I still can feel it in the chest, between the breasts, where I generally feel things when I feel things. I hate that, I really, really hate that.

I'm going to try a second listen. Surely I'm just a silly.

EDIT: Tried listening to track one again. Forget it. Liberation of Fear, my eye. I can see myself meditating this evening to track one and watching the junk march in. It also makes me feel pressure in my head - and I'm listening to it on a single speaker that I'm holding to my ear.

The other tracks are higher Hz and they're no bother at all. I'm just weird.
