This formation appeared near a town in southern Holland called Goes, on the 8th of August 2009.

It is an incredibly large butterfly with Da Vinci's 'Vitruvian Man' in the center.

Don't know, but who said they did it overnight anyway? Maybe they did it in some days.
Who was there to really control such things? It's just a darn field nobody takes any notice of. People can play around and later make an aerial photo and let people speculate.

Yes i am well aware of crops produced for meat cattle but was this particular crop for that purpose and are you saying that the amount of crop revenue lost here, regardless of animal or human consumption , is NOT financial waste.Did this farmer considered this when as you say he possibly agreed on the aiding and abetting the planksters?? .

nope....IMO these are 100% printed onto a field with advanced microwave technology.... it works the same way our printers do, line by line breaking the stalks just like pixels on a screen.:)

that's how they're so perfect, an image is no doubt super imposed over a lens of some sort & then burnt into the field from a few hundred meters up..

Like it or not, that's the word from WITHIN the crop circle community. Andy Thomas is a seasoned and open-minded researcher, who certainly doesn't support the theory that all crop circles are made by plankers. I don't know what proof exists that it was manmade, but it's not the first time I've heard that it was a collective effort of a great number of people and done with the approval of the farmer.

Even if it is proved to be manmade, then it really has no bearing on the rest of the crop circle mystery, as if all were made in this way, there would be no mystery
