I dont think the path is anything to do with what job you take but is more a matter of how you live your life.
If you need money do any job that doesn't offend your sense of morality.

I'm no psychic, at least i have no experience of talking to spirits or predicting a future. But my advise is this, go with the flow within. There is a flow of energy that eliminates from the heart chakra. Talk to this flow and see what responses you get in mind. Both Icke and tolle said they found a rush from the heart that healed them (well in tolles case) and even spoke to them, in ickes case. The heart has intelligence. It will guide you once you open up to it. If you exist only in the mind, you will be given responses that only serve to massage your ego. Hope this makes sense.
