I started going to the gym often a couple of months ago and completely changed my diet. I was around 16.5 st when I started going in late July, and weigh around 14st 10 at the moment. I never used to have constipation before, but I now have it often. I also have deep pressure above the eyes (like a bruised feeling) and I feel a bit dizzy and sick. I also get sinus pressure in my nose when exercising. I have an uncomfortable cough, which could be due to the fact that I'm a smoker and I'm working my lungs like I've never worked before.

Any advice from people who've experienced similar problems or who know about this? Thanks.

On the first problem, if you dont already, try adding some olive oil to your diet. Cutting back on oily greasy processed foods can cause this change to occur, but of course you wouldnt want to go back to that, so just add a little olive oil every day to a salad for example or have 1 tablespoon per day.

On the sinus, try cutting back on bread especially processed white bread, if indeed you do consume bread. Some of these feelings/pressure i also get when exercising, if i havent eaten enough.

Im not a smoker so i cant say if some of the problem is from smoking.

Sounds like its breathing and diet related, as most problems are. Read up on when to eat in relation to exercise, how to breath properly (abdominal, nose), and improve your diet (more alkaline, fruit, veg.)
