I have been thinking, that the best way to fight a melevolent society, is to make one of love, that can combat it.

How it is set up:
There will be basic quidelines, that apply to everyone. EVERYONE. No matter status or House.

There will be 4 houses, encluding a concil, that desides, with everyone voting upon it, how the mission will come to be.



The Purpose of Exsistence:

Although many organisations and societies start of as a "Gentlemens Club" for men to get away from it all, or for it's own personal gain of the individual members. The purpose of the NOI is simple. (BTW, it should be known that whenever refering to the NOI, you must put "the" before it. We are not a god)
The purpose of the NOI, is to make sure of the following:
- that one day every human being can become apart of the NOI
- To teach balance through all things in life
- to find the purpose and origin of our exsistence and share it with every (non)living being in the universe
- to get humanity a seat in the Inter-Glactic/Inter-Dimensional Council. (From this point on, I will start calling it The IG/IDC)
- to someday, teach the great conscieness that it is not alone
These "Missions" are to never be changed or modified.


The Law:
Of course, we can not do this if we are not unified. Unity is always shown to be easier, if every individual is
to abide by certain rules of laws.
The Laws are constitiional. Only changeable if:
-They are changed by a 99% yes vote by all members for a change of a law
-If members are using the laws as "loop holes" to benefit their own agenda
-If the law is no longer needed

The Law are as follow:
- No member, is ever allowed to harm physically, or emotionally, anybody! Only if the person is to be
marked for death by reason of harming the cause.
Marked for Death for Harming the Cause Consist of:
- Harming Members or Non-Members of the NOI
- Mass Genocide
- Not allowing for other live to make it's own choice in what it wants
- Conspiering to destroy, or divide members of, or the NOI it's self
- Every Member and Non-member has the right to privacy. There are only explict reasons as to
why privacy shall ever be invaded. However, one may NEVER read any beings mind, or listen to any beings thoughts. EVER!
If a member or non-member is ever suspect of conspieracy, or any law breaking activities:
- Members shall be asked by the Council. If they deny, and the council feels they are not honest, the council has the right to ask Domus Os quod Sanus to step in and assist in finding the truth.
- Non-members will be investigated by Domus Os quod Sanus
- A member may never make more income of 100,000 currency. If one is, one must show that they are helping the cause with this income. It must be honest and fair.
- A member may never think themselves higher than anyone else. No matter status or House.
- When the day comes, the NOI, will no longer exist. It's naem shall just be "The Human Race"
- When a Member, you may tell anyone you please, and invite anyone you please to join. But, if part of a house, that must not be known to anyone outside the NOI.


Structer:
The when joining in, there are first 3 levels that members can advance to.
Level 1
Level 2
Level 3
You advancment in level is decided upon your help in the cause.

However, there are serveral "Houses" that will exist, and their purpose is important.
The houses are:
Domus Vigoratus
(House of Healers)
Domus Permoveo
(House of Movers) aka: "Telepaths"
Domus Os quod Sanus
(House of Eyes and Ears)
Domus Vestigium
(House of Assasins) (Literal Translation is: House of Marking)



I have to get back to work for now, but I will explain more later. Esspecially of the houses. What do you guys think? Any rules need to be made.. Esspecially membership! How does one become a member.

To join, one must meet the following requirements:

- They are of the HumanRace, or an evolved form
- They must have compassion, and a caring feeling, and a feeling of wellbeing for all living things
- One must not believe in dogmatic rules/religions
- One must be over 18
- You may not make more than 100,000 currency. If you do, you must prove that you give to charities. Ones that are honest and pure in purpose.
- One must keep an open mind. And must be a critical thinker.



The Houses:
The Houses are used for purposes to futher the cause of The NOI.
Domus Vigoratus
(House of Healers):
This House will consist of members that are capible of healing living things with either science and/or magik. They must only do their work for good. And must never create to destroy belovolent things. (Meaning, like killing cancer cells is alright, but make a disease to take out a murder is a NO-NO!)
They shall be represented by a voted "Head" each 2nd and 4th quarter of a Earthly Year.

Domus Permoveo
(House of Movers) aka: "Telepaths":
This House will consist of telepathic humans. If one is able to move all things with the power of thought alone, you will being trained to use this power to the higest extent. These members will have the purpose to protect, and help when needed. For example, one of the best things these members could do, is to help construct buildings with their powers.

Domus Os quod Sanus
(House of Eyes and Ears):
This house will consist of members that excelent at remote viewing. When combatting the enemies of the cause, they will be used to mentally stand in the meeting rooms of these enemies meetings. This way, we can alert anyone in real time. And this should also allow us to never have to hurt any enemy, because we already know what they will want to do. A telepath may never spy on another member or on a non-member, as it is an invasion of privacy. Only if the council has said that they believe that one is conspiering.

Domus Vestigium
(House of Assasins) (Literal Translation is: House of Marking)
These members are the last resort. When an enemy of the cause has broken the the First Law, then a member of Domus Vestigium will be called in. These members are to always train, but never to practice. And may NEVER harm anyone or anything other than their target! Doing so, you will have your membership revoked.



Council:

The Council will consist of a choosen member of Each House that was voted by the entire house(99% of the vote) to represent the house for 2 quarters of a year. A house member may not be voted back in until all members have had a chance.
The councile will decide how a solution to any problem that could harm the cause. But, before it is put to practice. The councile must allow all member to decide if that is what should be done or not. The council may never take action without the will of all members.

What I meant by not harming anyone emotionally, is you must not intentionally do something to intentionally emotionally hurt someone. For example, no spreading rumors about anyone. Only facts, and jokes about things they may have done. But do not intentionally do something to hurt someone's feelings.

Governments and organizations have historically always been 'above' the people. I think a government or an organization should have the same rights as the people, or at least as far as it is possible. It's against the law in most, if not all, open societies for you or me to kill a person. The same law should apply to the government: It is against the law for the government to kill a person.

Members could sign an agreement that they cannot take any information with them when they cancel their membership. Members could leave and set up competing orders, but that is fine because if the order is good enough it will remain in business even in a fiercely competitive market.

It's true that society today has become almost blinded by the pursuit of profit. Company managers' mantra often is: "Our goal is to satisfy our shareholders demand for profit". That's so mindless, so hierarchical. Profit is important yes, but only as one link in the overall chain.

When it comes to a non-profit organization such as the order you describe, then the competition is not on the business market. The competition is then for membership. Still, that kind of competition can be as fierce at the money type competition.

I'm glad you would like to join. Just because you don't have "special abbilities", doesn't mean you can not be part of a house. As I said, you also have the house of healers.

These houses are not just there to have "the best of the best", but anybody willing to learn, can also be taught by the other members of the house.

Plus, there is absolutely nothing wrong with being in the first three levels. All members, including house members have to help out with charity or fund raisers or what not.

I also had an idea about something that would be nice.

At one point in time, we do alittle fund raiser for "Fun in the Ghetto" or whatever. And what we would do is, we would have a small carnival for kids. And a nice spot for parents to have a drink and a laugh or such. Just because you live on government well-fare, doesn't meanyou can't join. As I said, someday, I wish for this club to no longer exist, because everyone will be a member. You get what I'm saying?
