I have seen many people advocate the use of colloidal silver as a means of treatment for a possible H1N1 killer flu pandemic.

However, I have seen plenty of evidence that colloidal silver works as a broad spectrum antibiotic. As flu is a virus what good will colloidal silver do? I don't understand.

I have just started taking it as a candida remedy, I just wondered who else is using this remedy, what for and if they have experienced any benefits or side effects, thanks :)

Viruses contain the same charge as bacteria do, hence silver ions are able to oxidize them.

Colloidal silver will hit bacteria, viruses, fungal cells and tumour cells. It can only effect the virus RNA when in transit out of the human cells, as it cannot effect human cells. You need to get a high level of serum silver to effect viruses such as H1N1
It wont deal well with the many adjuvants and preservatives in the vaccine
