The smaller one would look better once the t-shirt is on, remember that the t.shirt is flat on that picture, not 3D as it would on a body. I'd shrink the writing by a 3rd and place it under the logo too. The big logo will go around the persons side once its on their body, its too big, plus large logos look like crap (imo!).
