It would be great to have a concise brochure that sums up all the material with references against taking the flu vaccine.
When someone asks me why I'm not taking it or giving it to my child I would love to be able to just hand them a brochure with all the research summed up with references.
I am busy and tend to scan a lot of info quickly. If I was a full-time researcher I'd want to put together this sort of brochure myself. However I feel that there are many in the forum with better access to the breadth of material than myself.
If there's a thread with a concise summary of the most important points, could someone point me in the right direction? If not, is there any way we could compile the pertinent excerpts and sources here? Then maybe someone with time and skills could put together a brochure we could all use when asked the difficult questions by mainstreamers in our friends and family? It would really help because if I can't clearly state my reasons for not taking the vaccine, they think I am foolhardy or irresponsible.
Some of the points I've skimmed across that I've seen in some other threads:
-there is no such thing as a vaccination against flu
-studies show that the flu shot at most only shortens the duration of the illness by a day or so
-in the past, people who took the vaccinations are the people who got sick, unvaccinated people did not catch the bugs!!!
And I'm sure there's much more ...
Can anyone help???
