View Full Version : Strange experiences of late....is this ascension?

I'm posting this info on this forum as I wasn't sure where else to post. Basically I'm after some advice about a few experiences I have had of late which is freaking me out a bit.
Firstly, I am hearing a humming noise, this is happening an awful lot more recently , almost all the time now.
The second thing I have experienced is happening when I am at my most relaxed and I'm lying in bed. It feels as though my cat has jumped on the bed, but yet I know she is downstairs... I look at the bottom of the bed and there is nothing there, but I can still feel the pressure at the bottom of the bed. This has happened about 4 times now. I don't feel afraid, just confused by it.
The third thing is I am waking at the same time 4.44 a.m and I can't get back to sleep. Any advice please on what this is or if anyone else has had similar experiences?
many thanks

You have gotta be S**TING ME!! Sorry...I'm just very very amazed that you have mentioned 4:44 plus strange feelings and noises...
5 years ago before I became 'Aware' I had the most vivid dream of my life. A voice in my head kept repeating to me 444, 444, 444, 444, 444, 444 over and over and over again. For weeks afterwards I kept waking up at 4:44 am plus 444 has always caught my eye since then, much like 11:11 or 1111...is something trying to signal us??
In my opinion it was almost like something was nudging me towards where I find myself now 5 years on: totally aware of the global conspiracy etc etc.
Now, as for noises and strange feelings: sometimes when I'm alone (which is alot) lying in bed, not necessarily going to sleep, I will feel a breeze on my face (while no windows or doors are open) or a tap on the shoulder. Sometimes I here a buzzing and I have heard random words being whispered to me that make no sense.
At first I was freaking out about the whole thing, but now I find the whole thing quite amazing and also comforting. Almost like something is protecting me and making me aware of certain things perhaps. Who knows?
Try not to freak out to much. You're not alone :)

Is this humming just a 'humming' or a high-pitched tone around the ears?
All sentient beings leave 'energy signatures.' Maybe you are just feeling the after effect as some new sense you are developing. I don't know about the 4:44 am waking. If you meditate or know of your spirit guides you could ask them or ask them to lead you to the reason for it.

Hi,
this is almost exactly what I was experiencing when 'things' started happening to me in 2006.. first the humming, then the presence of someone's weight pressing on the bed, which eventually became so frequent and heavy that it was almost as if someone lifting up one side of mattress... and also, was woken every single night at exactly 2.22am for weeks, then it changed to 2am.
After this and a whole plethora of other weird and wonderful experiences, I evetually sought help/advice, and learned that it was in fact Spirit trying to contact me. I was skeptical at first, but soon discovered that the advice was indeed correct.
This was the start of a fascinating journey and of many 'happenings' for me.
although I don't get the " 'someone' s sat on the bed" thing anymore, I do know when there is 'someone' in the room, almost always at night and almost always the same time... regularly happens (the hum and 2am wake up).
Maybe you're being "nudged" to investigate or explore the realm of Spirit .... you might be being asked to open up to direct contact with a person/people on the other side, or possible guidance from a Higher source?!
:)

melinda, the humming noise is not a dull sound, it is quite high pitched. I get pressure in my head too with this.
I agree with you all that something is trying to give me a nudge. I've posted on bobbydiva's thread about other experiences I have also had. I have come to accept that these experiences are not going to go away, no matter how much I try to ignore them, so I think they are pushing me to learn how to access something? As I have never done any meditation classes etc I think this is the way to go.
I would really appreciate anyones advice about what I should do re: development, because this isn't going away.

I dont get the 4:44, but i have been swarmed by rampant time synchronisities scince april untill recent, my skin has been on fire it feels like a burning energy of some kind, my third eye area has been tense, my nose feelse strange like theres a lot of pressure there as if im about to have a nose bleed but i dont and my crown chakra has been tingling like crazy, i feel physically and spiritually exhausted by this reality and i keep getting strange moments where i just stop dead in my tracks as if i rememberd something, but then forget when i realise i just stopped dead. That in turn gives me a headache.
Dont worry about the wierdness though just experience it as it comes.

Up to you, but may I suggest contacting nearest Spiritualist Church.. you can also also look into meditation too. However, personally, meditation didn't lead anywhere... and the humming and 'waking up' and other 'symtpoms' (tingling like electricity/static in hands and head, heat in body, extreme sudden exhaustion requiring immediate bed rest/sleep, and more.. ) just got stronger and stronger until I plucked up courage to go to Spiritualists for advice.
Whatever path you decide to take to explore this, I wish you a happy journey discovering! :)

Ergh, while i dont disagree entirely, if you decide to go to a spiritualist church like beyond suggested, please be weary, not all of them are good and pure, some are delusional and cultist-like, i've seen my friends get hurt from that kind of place.

Well, I can only go on what I've experienced at my local one, which is very very clearly not cultist or dangerous in any way....
but I do understand that every Spiritualist church is different/run by different people of course.. so I'd say use your discretion.. and if you ever feel even a tiny bit uncomfortable or unsure at one, don't go back there and find another.
Also, many run 'circles' or groups to learn awareness, development and Spirit contact etc, as well as healing and services with various visiting Mediums.. lots to choose from!
I've found many truly wise, warm and wonderful folk at mine, very down to earth people, with no ego or agenda, who are happy to share there experiences and knowledge. Have met only one or two who seem to be on an ego trip and seemingly less than Spiritual !
There are some very good ones in Sussex, but I don't know which area you are in. But you can check the SNU website for more info (Spiritualists National Union).
Of course, it's entirely up to you, am just offering the info as what you;ve been experiencing sounds SO familiar! If anyone had told me 4 years ago I'd be going into a church regularly, let alone a Spiritualist one, I'd have laughed my head off at them!

I've been getting that a lot over the years. Hearing a high-pitched tone around the ears when all logical, physical explanations have been debunked, is connected with the activation and changing of your DNA! There are those in the higher spiritual realms who can see you and have linked in with you. The high-pitched tone is them downloading coded information into your DNA for you to evolve into a being who can continue to exist in the coming 5D realm. It is a good sign spiritually. I know that you've been advised to go to a spiritualist church and if you can find a good one where members are able to perceive this and give you an explanation, then good. Just be aware that just because a person has psychic abilities it doesn't automatically mean they are channelling from a higher plane! There are many psychics who channel from low vibrations and will not able to help you and may look to do those harm whom they believe are above them in development. Beware of these. My mother and her friend have been around such people in the past.

Congratulations!
That will be your higher self or spirit guides making contact with you.
The synchronicity of the 444 reinforces my viewpoint as i have experienced
both that(usually 11.11)and the weight when i am in bed on more than 1
occasion.
Do not worry, you must be "awake" enough otherwise you would not
get the contact at all.
It also sounds like your third eye is awakening from a deep sleep!
Yes it is your first step towards ascension.
Say HI to your higher self!!

Turner, when I read your post I smiled. I felt incredibly positive which I must thankyou for, because for some time now I have felt very negative, tired, drained and emotionally saddened by the world I am living in.
Thankyou everyone for the advice, I am going to find a spiritual church which I hope will be able to help me to channel things better.

Dont be freaking out or sh*t(as I hope I'm wrong with this), but thats classic symptons of "Incubus" or "Succubus". Spirits that hang around with the intent of intercourse with those they've set sights on. Can be pretty harmless but I've also heard of them becoming quite violent even to the point of rape.
Any other physical sensations while this is going on?
Appologies is I've rained on the parade, but either way its worth knowing.

:)Hi Crystalline, what you are describing, first began for me in the mid '90's. I did not understand then, but now after being on my path of spiritual evolution for a while, I have learned that this is all a product of our awakening and ascension process. [/I]I'm posting this info on this forum as I wasn't sure where else to post. Basically I'm after some advice about a few experiences I have had of late which is freaking me out a bit.
Firstly, I am hearing a humming noise, this is happening an awful lot more recently, almost all the time now.I have read and heard on many internet interviews that a humming or ringing sound is an indication of DNA activation downloads from the new energies coming in from the central sun and/or higher multidimensional beings or angels.
Any advice please on what this is or if anyone else has had similar experiences?Again, waking up at a particular time every night is an indication of receiving downloads and or traveling astraly in your sleep. You should also keep pen and paper next to your bed and just jot down key words describing any images or thoughts that come to your mind at the time. In the morning when you are completely awake you can fill in the spaces. Your not alone I've been waking up for years at the same time in the middle of the night. Try a short meditation bringing in light from the higher realms and attaching it like a light cord to the center of the earth. This should calm and ground you and send love to the earth as well.
many thanks
I have also had the symptom of feeling something sitting on my bed. In fact in the past it got so far as to sit on me and press me down. It was terrifying to say the least. This phenomenon is usually due to negative thought forms that have accumulated in our aura or surrounding physical space. One way to cleanse our auras is to visualize a golden whirlwind or spinning cone (spinning clockwise in the northern hemisphere or anti clockwise in the southern) engulfing or body and cleaning these negative vibes that we have collected via our own thoughts or the thoughts of others if we have been in public areas. Then imagine this whirlwind full of this psychic debris flying off into space and the higher realms where it will be recycled and cleansed. You can also use this visualization to cleanse rooms other living spaces. You must also consider that as we evolve, negative thoughts that we still hold in our subconscious will resurface so that we can work on them by forgiving others and especially ourselves. Encompass these thoughts and feelings into a pink ball and send them out with love and forgiveness to the higher realms. You can also psychically cleanse your space by burning incense such as white sage or frankincense. We are very fortunate to be awake and aware on the earth at this time. Explore, stay centered and Love.
Peace, Love and Light

Your spirit, body and mind are starting to catch up to "something" but to you it makes no sense. You need to figure it out, it is like learning to walk.
Synchronities, and repeating patterns is something you should be on the look out constantly.
Your mind is becoming aware that there are no coincidences, and it is trying to jam this information to you, by repeating stuff that seems to coincide.
You are becoming more aware of the process of creation, how our subconscious minds direct the reality and life around us in subtle manner, only seen by those who have seen it, it can not be explained.
You will get in touch with your subconscious mind/higher self, w/e you want to call it. Eventually you will be more aware, that is all, and more in control.
This is my interpretation,

The way you have described this is 100% right. This is exactly how I feel. I no longer feel anything in common with everyone who is around me. This really saddens me because at the same time, as I am changing, I am feeling so much more, if that makes sense. I pass by people and I can sense those who are filled with deep sadness and I feel it. for so long I have ignored or not trusted my intuition, this has always been the wrong choice. I have looked for local spiritual groups and intuitively I am not being led there. I know that I do have to cope with the many changes happening now, I feel sick with food I once used to love, including alcohol, it's like the human vices make me ill 100 times more than usual. I feel very priveleged to have received advice from everyone here, thankyou.

Strange thing is that I am always meeting people out of my circle of friends who are also truthers/spiritual/psychic/evolved? I just don't think that this can all be coincidence? I drop my kids off at school, get chatting with another parent, and they happen to be a truther. I take my pc in for repair and chat to the guy next to me, the conversion turns to Icke? Incidently I am not directing things this way. It's like magnetism. Another thing that happens a lot is that people stare. I don't know if others have experienced this, but it is a stare that has meaning. Maybe they know I am losing it or something?!!

Hi
I don't think you're losing it at all! I can really relate to a lot of what you are experiencing, as I've been going through this past 3-4 years. Including feeling no connection to people I was once close to, and people (strangers on street etc) staring.. feel weird when it happens.
Just trust the process, trust yourself, and keep yourself open to the Light/Highest Purpose.. which I'm sure you already are! It matters not whether you go to a Spiritualist Church or a Meditation Group or wherever.. you will surely be guided to what is right for you... just keep noticing/observing everything around and within.. you're on an incredible, fascinating and exciting journey! :)

Hi Worlds Beyond. The staring really does feel weird, it's like a knowing staring, like I know these people and yet I don't. I agree that this is a massive journey that has only just started. I just feel so alone in all this. My nanna is very wise and guides me well but she lives some distance away, she is the only one who understands and knows about what is happening, she keeps telling me that I must make the journey alone without trying to take others with me. I feel comforted to know though that someone else has experienced the staring, as I find it very unsettling.

13-09-2009, 01:19 AM
Yes, it is very weird. I've sometimes walked along street and felt several people looking at me, or more like, they somehow knew me or were looking "into" me... very peculiar experience which has been repeated quite often recent years. It's also very interesting how many former friends somehow fade or fall away.. no particular event to prompt it, they just drift further and further!
I really do understand how lonely it can feel. I was totally isolated when all this started for me, having just moved to new area for work, then soon after lost job due to sudden and serious illness, and pretty much everything in my life got turned upseide-down in the space of a few months.. including all these weird and wonderful (and sometimes a littel disconcerting!) experiences happening.
It's really good you've got your Nanna to confide in and get some support and guidance.. I didn't have anyone around me at the time who was aware or interested in such things, let alone even listen for longer than 5 minutes about these subjects.. hence I was "led" to the Spiritual Church.. (I mean literally led one day while out shopping!) .. but I'm not some Sp.Church convert or fundamentalist or anything, nor an active member or anything, or even a regular visitor... I've no interest developing as a Medium or anything like that. I just found many of the Members there incredibly helpful and supportive in explaining a lot of what was happening to me (some of which did freak me out a lot at first.. I even thought at several points when things were starting to happen that maybe I was going mad!).
I think it's very interesting how once these things start to happen, life starts to change, in my case quite rapidly and dramatically.. its almost like I was literally bumped off the path I was heading along in life (not that it was negative or anything, but just not right for me perhaps?) by some unseen force or seemingly unavoidable/unforeseeable set of events.. I never believed anything happens "By Accident"... everything happens for a reason, even if we can;t see it at the time!
Anyway, your Nanna is right, it's your own journey and path, but sometimes it's good to know there's others on similar paths and to stop and compare notes once in a while! At least, it has helped me! Just knowing others going through or have been through same or similar is a blessing at times!
Take care and keep 'observing' ! :)
p.s. feel free to PM me if you'd like to chat more anytime.

The way people view you is, I don't know any legitimate explanation. But something is changing in you, and other can sense it. You are tapping the higher potential, to read people, feel their emotions, etc.
They are just afraid, or curious. Don't let anyone bring you down by trying to say that there is something wrong with you.
I mean how could it be wrong to be more sensitive to others and have a better awareness. People with herd mentality always pick out the "black sheep" and if they cannot change it to their liking they try to destroy it or bring it down. Because they are weaker and don't like your presence, because it is stronger now than theirs.
Observe, learn, go beyond. The journey will never end, it is amazing.
Good luck!

Hmmm I know of someone who is experiencing the same symptoms, or at least one of them.
Don't accept any answers as to why this is happening.
You don't know if it's your higher self making contact with you, you don't know if it's your consciousness trying to expand beyond your head, at least not if someone just tells you.
People will often tell you why things are happening with good intentions but the truth is they don't know what they're talking about. This is your individual experience.
Best thing you could have done is talk about it happening and to have others corroborate, them feeling the same thing. Looks like that's happened :).

I started feeling these symtpoms a couple years ago. Vibrations in my feet and elsewhere on my body, buzzing/ringing in my ears, twitching/tingling in my third eye and crown chakra areas, seeing shadows and blurry things out of the corner of my eye...other physical symptoms like headaches, bloating, backaches, many symptoms that could be attributed to other causes, but some believe are due to ascension. Depression, anxiety...a feeling of not belonging or fitting in, being invisible and treated badly by people around you for no reason, finding your relationships don't work anymore with family and friends or significant others...
I subscribe to Karen Bishop's alerts. This is her "area of expertise."

I don't know if ascension is real or not 100%. It feels right, but I don't know how it's going to happen. We probably can raise our frequencies here. Maybe it'll happen when/if the earth is destroyed. Maybe it happens when we die. I have no idea. Not a whole lot here makes sense to me these days.
But I can relate. :)

This sounds like some sort of astral wildlife, or stray spirit wandering your house.
Theres one in my flat, it sometimes lays on top of me, holds my hand or tries to attack me, and always... ALWAYS it will make the same bleating cry any time i contront it, before scuttling away like a monkey who succefully stole a banana.
Your most likely to see/feel it in the borderline awake/sleep state.

After having regular paralysis occurring as I wake up in the night or even before I fall asleep I started getting the strong hands on my chest or shoulders, then one night, as I was getting comfortable laying on the sofa but still awake them same thing happened then I was physically raped. It was a terrifying experience. When it ended I heard heavy footsteps running up the stairs, I got up and went to the bottom of the stairs and saw the bathroom door close and the light switched on. I ran up and opened the door and the light went off, no one there.
I guess that because I had already experienced the worst the following time it began (hands pressing me down), I let go of my fear and told this spirit so. I told it (in no uncertain terms) I have all the power and it must leave immediately and never return. I did and never came back.
I kinda get the sense the heavy feeling at the bottom of the bed is it testing you, then it will go further and hold you down, again testing you. It only has power over you through fear. You are more powerful than you can ever imagine, fear is its only tool, once it can not longer use it it has no purpose being around you and will eventually leave.

As you begin to vibrate on a higher frequency, others around you will pick up on this (in particular the more energy sensitive ones) and it may even repel them from you. No one likes to feel left behind! You will begin to notice more and more that your intuition and awareness is becoming 'fine tuned', and you may also have moments when your mind feels like its gone into hyper-drive, as if your having hundreds of thoughts all at once, an explosion of over-lapping thought processes. Waves of euphoria and other powerful emotions or more subtle ones may also occur. Seeing walls or objects become wave like, fluid or 'loose'. It can be confusing at times but exciting as well. Whatever you will experience from here on in, let it happen, no need to get anxious, your on a ride and this is meant to happen.
Meditation seems to help you recognize much better you (intuition from your higher self) and the ego trying to trick you. It can help you to understand with clear clarity that you (body/thoughts/feelings) are not you. It helps you move into the 'observer status' and read/understand the 'game' or matrix better. It's not a requirement and takes patience and practice to just to stop thinking, so it might not be for you, but worth trying if only for a 'recharge'.
Enjoy the ride!! :D

You are not losing it. Be at peace.
Things happen for a reason. You know in your heart you have a purpose.
Perhaps what is happening is a result of your awakening and gaining more light, and outside astral entities do not want you to fully awaken. They want to keep you supressed.
I say this because what you've described has also happened to me and it seems like something is trying to put the kabosh on you becoming a full light being or person full of light. They are trying to steal what you've gained in the spiritual, in other words...hope that makes sense.
Whether anyone wants to admit it or not, there are spiritual entities around us that are not our friends.
But the power of LOVE and LIGHT is GREATER than any other "power", and always will be.
God is pure LOVE.

I think this is called the light in you recognizing the light in others but as someone else said, the light can also repel because some can't handle the light....it's too strong for them at the place that they are at, and they almost want to run away from it.....but light connections are being made on the planet right now.....this is a very good thing, a positive thing.

don't worry about it, you are as sane as i am.
The worlds resonant frequency is all over the place, this makes things feel a bit weird. And the universe is ascending resulting in the creation of a new universe. That might make things feel a bit weird too.

For the link to Karen Bishop's site. I got up this morning and went on the DI forum with that sort of itchy feeling that it was time for the next batch of significant information to come through. I desultorily kept paging through, made a few posts, then there is this thread ( thanks, very good thread all) and your link. Spent some time exploring Karen's site, registered for updates and will most likely get her books. Fits me to a tee! Love, angel :D
This is her "area of expertise."
http://www.emergingearthangels.com/
I don't know if ascension is real or not 100%. It feels right, but I don't know how it's going to happen. We probably can raise our frequencies here. Maybe it'll happen when/if the earth is destroyed. Maybe it happens when we die. I have no idea. Not a whole lot here makes sense to me these days.
But I can relate. :)
I used to get 333 (# of Choronzon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Choronzon)!) all of the time, to the point where I would just  whenever it happened. Then I started always avoiding the number, seeing 332 or 334; then for a while it switched to 444.
I think that the vibrations have to do with activating blocked energy centers; like your subtle bodies are being jolted into action. That would just be my experience; I'm no guru.
I have also had the symptom of feeling something sitting on my bed. In fact in the past it got so far as to sit on me and press me down. It was terrifying to say the least. This phenomenon is usually due to negative thought forms that have accumulated in our aura or surrounding physical space.
This seems to be very true as well.

These are the things that have been happening to me the last year or so:
* A high pitched tone, always the same pitch, in one or both ears ranging from once a week to once every few months to even daily.
* Seeing blurry forms in the corner of my vision which almost every time I perceive as intelligent somehow. This happens at least 3 times daily and always leaves me feeling disconcerted. I always brush it off as imagination though never in my life has this happened until this past year.
* Drifting away from my once closest friends and even having trouble being around my family sometimes.
* About 1 year ago I realized literally out of the blue that I had completely stopped drinking alcohol, it was not even a conscious decision, I just noticed one day that I had an INTENSE dislike for drinking and everything associated with it. To this day I am disgusted by the thought of pubs, by the sight of beer bottles on the sidewalk and by the 'drunk culture' I seem to be surrounded by on this planet.
* A strange 'force/urge' to buy and read certain books that I hear mentioned by spiritual people I admire. Often I'll have heard about a book then suddenly 6 months later I'll remember it and go buy it, like I wasn't ready for it 6 months back but am now.
* In the last year I have suffered greatly with stomach ailments, terrible cramps and diarrhea which are always accompanied by a feeling almost of dread, and anxiety. Depression also.
These are all things which have intensified over the last year, there are other things I've had my whole life which I am used to, these things I am not.
Reading the experiences described in this topic has been very therapeutic for me! But what does it all mean?

Your basicallu awakening. I know that sounds corny. As we all awakened at different levels and by different means. But the fact that you now realise that your acknowledging many things in the past not fitting into the new present self, means exactly that. Your aware.
I too have had these experiences like you had last year. The main one was, I couldn't get my head around the fact that I used to put toxins in my body and go out and get drunk every second weekend. It's not something I was fond of originally. But we are tend to just carry on doing "stuff" My whole thinking process has literally changed. Now that I'm in this transition I too, have to constantly re check myself and go " your doing it again, or calm yourself, or take a deep breath". The aware that I'm aware is a very potent phrase to learn and apply to oneself. It changes your whole perspective on yourself as you live in this world here and now.
It is important you do this not just because you are awakening, but you have to realise many are not yet. This can be a frustrating transition. But this transition was never going to be easy! :D When you become more aware, so does others naturally.
I look back and go never again, am I been this stupid or never again am I living like I was. Falling around drunk is an absaloute disgrace of being. I was never drunk and disorderly type at all. I was always sensible but still had to be a hypocrite in order to fit in with the people around me.
But a few times I have drank to much where I had no self control or awareness as to who and where I was. I remember earlier this year a relative of mine told me that I fell asleep outside in a smoking area in the nightclub, she told me this a few days later. I had no recolllection of doing so. I was in horrors that this was me. When I remebered it. I was so guilt ridden and ashamed of myself. It was a really upsetting experience to me personally. It may not be for someone else. But that's just me.
I swore this would not be me. I used to get put off and upset when people used to love the fact that they got pissed the night before like it was a great topic to talk about. This was a wake up call for me.
We are abusing ourselves by doing this and not just to other people. This is waking up. Yet it seems like so insignificant. But this is what awakening means. Your aware of yourself and how you carry yourself in existence. 95% of us were not in the past.
I look back and go OMG did I do that etc. This is coming terms with your past and not so aware self. In the present, this gives you the opportunity to change.
I made the decision 3 weeks ago and swore I would never drink alchohol again. I seldomly drink alchohol anyway. Probably once a month is all. But now I made the decision not to drink at all. it's a very hard thing to do in Ireland since every single event is around drinking. I can go out and socalise but having to sit with people who are so drunk isn't something all pleasant. So I am now doing different things with my life. Bringing harmony into reality. Growing food, planting flowers and building a sacred santuary where my grandparents died tragically. I'm only 24 and people would be thinking I'm weird.
But I know what it means to be awakened. It means you know who you truly are and you live by who you really are. When your awakened, you realise all your dreams can be made a reality.
Anyway I hope this helps you in some way.

Just read your post mind1 and a lot of what you say i can relate to.
I gave up drinking completely 8 months ago, and have never felt better- physically and spiritually. I drive taxis for a living and I see people-young people mostly -drinking to excess every weekend.
Its not nice to see and I wish some folk would realise its not the be all and end all to life.
I have learned so much "lurking" for want of a better word! on these forums about spirituality and finding ones inner self. I have read books people have recommended, meditated to music, binurual beats, etc.
And of course reading peoples posts!
By the way cant believe you are only 24, an old head on young shoulders!:)

Really good that part of your process is the abstention from alcohol. For sensitive people especially, alcohol can put you as spirit right out of your physical body, leaving you open to all kinds of influences. I know this from personal experience. Blackouts, or times you don't remember, as particularly significant. Good work, keep evolving! Love, angel

This is a dream, everything is One, it is all you (your highest self that is)
You are not your body or your mind.
Everything you see is a representation of yourself (both conscious and subconscious).
The universe is fractal by nature. Your conscious +subconscious is an exact match for every other seemingly separate things conscious+subconscious. Everything is the same pattern, difference is only perceived due to different parts of the whole being conscious in any particular apparently separate being. Left and right hemispheres will be more or less conscious/subconscious in each apparently separate individual. Consciousness "expansion" is a recalibrating of the balance between left and right.
As more of the subconscious becomes uncovered (discovered), difference and separation start to melt away and the pattern of self becomes more apparent. This is what is happening rather rapidly at the moment. Rumbling in the body is recalibration, ringing in the ear is the senses becoming attuned after recalibration, synchronicities are the pattern of self becoming more evident.
The divine is INSIDE you. If you want to know more about the TRUTH of who/what you are all you need to do is find a dark room in the quiet of night, look into your third eye and ask with all of your heart that you are shown the truth.
This can be scary at first but if like me your desire to live in truth is greater than your fear (in fact if you are just plain sick of living in fear) you will soon get past the fear (you will actually feel the fear leaving your body like bubbles of gas leaving a bottle of coke) and every day new revelations and inspirations will be shown to you.
It's up to you - challenge yourself - you won't regret it :-)
These symptoms you are experiencing are coming to you for a reason, and that reason is that you want to know the truth and be free to live-in-joy.

Thanks mind1, azureangel, hogster_01 and infinite tea for your replies :)
Already in 24 hours so much more makes sense, I love this forum!
Also this afternoon I employed one of the techniques I read I think in this topic where in meditation you visualize a golden white light spinning around you and sucking out all negativity..the results have been significant to say the least. It's sounds really corny, but since doing exactly that for a few minutes during a 15 minute meditation I feel.... joyous!! That's the only way to explain it, like I've shunned off all astral parasites or something! I feel I may have stumbled upon something extremely useful and important in this technique.
I'm 26 and just tonight I heard the news that a close friend of the same age who was a heavy drinker to say the least, has quit drinking. I was overjoyed!! I'll be going for the first time in a while to a bbq tomorrow night and we'll both surely be discussing the virtues of abstinence :D

I have had quite a few experiences that tally with what other people have said about.
I have always had things happen during childhood, I remember having an OBE when I was six due to being ill - I could clearly see myself laying in bed, another experience I have had occasionally, though very rarely as I have got older, is as if I have shrunk to a minute size and am in my head. It feels as if I am in a 300 foot statue of my body and I am in the head part, it feels wonderful and totally peaceful, but if I move even the smallest joint in my little finger, it stops and I come out of it. During my teenage years, I experimented with astral travel but my left brain kept calling bullshit on what I was seeing and I couldn't tell if what I was seeing was really happening or just my imagination.
I have had various coincidences over the years too numerous to mention, it is in the last decade that things began to take off for me and in the last few years experiences have gone haywire. I began to look at the Icke vids on You-tube and in the one labeled 'The Freedom Road' he states about making intentions and what we get back is the challenge we have to face to get to our desired intention. In early 2008, I put out to the universe my intent that I would like more spiritual experiences, shortly after this I began to keep notes on what happened, dreams that I have, I also looked into runes and began to put down results. The first major experience was in March of that year. Me and a bunch of friends were supposed to meet up on the Easter Bank Holiday Monday, we did minus one person, that person didn't respond to phone calls on that Monday, we were in a cafe wondering where he was. I suddenly got a poke in my side, looking round to see who or what it was, I found there was nobody there, although I put it to the back of my mind, I remembered it. We didn't hear about our missing friend till the following Thursday when I was phoned to say he had been found in his flat dead. Apart from being grief stricken and shocked, my mind went back to the incident in the cafe - but I put it to the back of my mind (again) until the following Tuesday when I was walking down the main road near where I live. Again I was poked, but this time I was near pushed along, I then became more stronger in my belief that it may have been my friend coming back to make contact with me, the reason for which I don't know, although I have been to various places and have to this day not received an explanation. I was led a little while after this to a site about dowsing and using rods, it showed on the site how to make them out of coat hangers and so I made a pair and very sceptically walked around my room expecting nothing, much to my surprise, the rods swung to a closed position over a water pipe which I found out later was there. This then took me to look into earth energy lines, and I found out how to dowse for them, I also found out I can dowse without rods or a pendulum. I still feel a tingling feeling in my feet and hands if I go over one of these lines. Shortly after this I began to feel as some other people have said as if I was 'downloading information', the content of which, I cannot say, but it was such a powerful feeling, I felt compelled to ask the universe again to stop this as I couldn't deal with it.
I still use the book to note down dreams I have and any coincidences along with anything that I think may link in with this area of interest. I kept on seeing three things in my mind during 2008, one was a face, a bald headed man, his head heavily tattooed like a Maori. I also kept on getting an image of a snake shedding its skin, I now think this was me changing my life, shedding the old skin, and emerging anew. The third image was of me on my hands and knees being violently sick, I didn't feel this image was a bad one, on the contrary; have since been changing my diet and trying to clean my system out as best I can, for what reason I cannot tell. These are what you might call the highlights of what's happened to me, some of it makes sense to me, some doesn't.
I am sorry for this long-winded post, but I feel as if I have been waiting to contribute something to this forum for a long time as well as tell someone what happened to me without people side-stepping me lol.

Great post, thanks :-)

Well, I didn't copy.
If people want to read my previous exchange with crystalline, they might dig through this thread (http://www.davidicke.com/forum/showthread.php?t=93040)... Otherwise, my post does not make much sense ;)
Crystalline, to answer your question, yes, I have memory blocks. I even remember some things, almost impossible, when I was just some day old  My mom, could not believe it, when I asked her some things. How do you know, she said.
I also have strange memory blocks from egypt and the crusades. The rest of them, I can't decode at present time.
When I was in egypt, I felt really weird, at bit like at home  , as if I had seen all this before it decayed.
I cannot rule out, that I am being chipped, but I don't think so.
Who knows, if the "reds" done this to me.

Your becoming aware of your self. You are perceiving othe incarnations of your (higher)self that are simultaneous to this one. When you return to your higher self all your life experience will become one with your self and the same for all others. When your final incarnation has become one with your higher self then you will graduate the game and move on to the ultimate life experience that will leave this tadpole life and this will seem like a teardrop compared to the ocean of possibility that lies in store for us.
Any advice please on what this is or if anyone else has had similar experiences?
many thanks

http://www.susanblackmore.co.uk/journalism/ns94.html
For the first ten minutes or so nothing seemed to happen .To tell the truth I felt rather daft. Instructed to describe aloud anything that happened I did not know what to say and felt under pressure to say something - anything. Then suddenly all my doubts were gone. "I’m swaying. It’s like being on a hammock." Then it felt for all the world as though two hands had grabbed my shoulders and were bodily yanking me upright. I knew I was still lying in the reclining chair, but someone, or something, was pulling me up.
Something seemed to get hold of my leg and pull it, distort it, and drag it up the wall. I felt as though I had been stretched half way up to the ceiling.
Then came the emotions. Totally out of the blue, but intensely and vividly, I felt suddenly angry - not just mildly cross but that sort of determinedly clear-minded anger out of which you act - only there was nothing and no one to act on. After perhaps ten seconds it was gone but later was replaced by an equally sudden fit of fear. I was just suddenly terrified - of nothing in particular. Never in my life have I had such powerful sensations coupled with the total lack of anything to blame them on. I was almost looking around the little room to find who was doing it.
Of course, I knew that it was all caused by the magnetic field changes but what, I wondered, would I feel if such things happened spontaneously. What if I woke in the middle of the night with all those feelings? I knew I would want, above all, to find an explanation, to find out who had been doing it to me. To have such powerful feelings and no reason for them is horrible. You feel as if you are going mad. If someone told me an alien was responsible and invited me to join an abductees’ support group, I might well prefer to believe the idea; rather than accept I was going mad.
An explanation in terms of brain events would be better still. So, until we understand the brain better, and until we learn to accept that things that seem real need not be, we cannot blame people for interpreting their weird experiences as abductions.
One last thought. Persinger applied a silent and invisible force to my brain and so created a specific experience for me. He claimed he was imitating the basic sequences of the processes of memory and perception and that, by varying those sequences, he could control my experience. Could he have done it from a distance? Could it be done on a wider scale? Suddenly prospects of magnetic mind control seem an awful lot worse than the idea of being abducted by imaginary aliens.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microwave_auditory_effect
The microwave auditory effect, also known as the microwave hearing effect or the Frey effect, consists of audible clicks induced by pulsed/modulated microwave frequencies. The clicks are generated directly inside the human head without the need of any receiving electronic device. The effect was first reported by persons working in the vicinity of radar transponders during World War II. These induced sounds are not audible to other people nearby. The microwave auditory effect was later discovered to be inducible with shorter-wavelength portions of the electromagnetic spectrum. During the Cold War era, the American neuroscientist Allan H. Frey studied this phenomenon and was the first to publish (Journal of Applied Physiology, Vol. 17, pages 689-692, 1962) information on the nature of the microwave auditory effect; this effect is therefore also known as the Frey effect.

Secret radar technology research that will allow the biggest-ever extension of 'Big Brother'-style surveillance in the UK is being funded by the Government.
The radical new system, which has outraged civil liberties groups, uses mobile phone masts to allow security authorities to watch vehicles and individuals 'in real time' almost anywhere in Britain.
The technology 'sees' the shapes made when radio waves emitted by mobile phone masts meet an obstruction. Signals bounced back by immobile objects, such as walls or trees, are filtered out by the receiver. This allows anything moving, such as cars or people, to be tracked. Previously, radar needed massive fixed equipment to work and transmissions from mobile phone masts were thought too weak to be useful.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electromagnetic_radiation_and_health
Biological hazards
The best understood biological effect of electromagnetic fields is to cause dielectric heating. For example, touching or standing around an antenna while a high-power transmitter is in operation can cause severe burns. These are exactly the kind of burns that would be caused inside a microwave oven.
This heating effect varies with the power and the frequency of the electromagnetic energy. A measure of the heating effect is the specific absorption rate or SAR, which has units of watts per kilogram (W/kg). The IEEE[3] and many national governments have established safety limits for exposure to various frequencies of electromagnetic energy based on SAR, mainly based on ICNIRP Guidelines[4], which guard against thermal damage.
There are publications which support the existence of complex biological effects of weaker non-thermal electromagnetic fields (see Bioelectromagnetics), including weak ELF magnetic fields[5][6] and modulated RF and microwave fields[7][8]. Fundamental mechanisms of the interaction between biological material and electromagnetic fields at non-thermal levels are not fully understood[9].

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/God_helmet
God Helmet refers to a experimental apparatus in neurotheology. The apparatus is placed on the head of an experimental subject and stimulates the brain with fluctuating magnetic fields. The device, built by Michael Persinger, the leading researcher in this area, uses a modified snowmobile helmet containing solenoids placed over the temporal lobes. These solenoids stimulate the temporal lobes with a relatively weak, varying magnetic field. Persinger reports that at least 80 percent of his participants experience a presence beside them in the room, which ranges from a simple 'sensed presence' to God. About one percent experienced God, while many more had less evocative, but still significant experiences of 'another being'.
Persinger's apparatus does not rely on standard TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation), a clinical technique that employs magnetic fields much stronger than the Helmet and which uses pulsed 'trained' magnetic fields instead of the 'complex magnetic fields' used in Persinger's research.
There is controversy as to whether Persinger measured an actual effect or whether his subjects only believed they experienced an electronically-induced epiphany. In December 2004 Nature [1] reported that a group of Swedish researchers, attempting to replicate the experiment under double-blind conditions, were not able to verify the effect. However, Persinger criticizes the Swedish attempts to replicate his work. He argues that the Swedish group did not expose the subjects to magnetic fields for long enough to produce an effect. He also stresses that many of his studies were indeed double blinded.
A report of an experiment on Richard Dawkins in 2003 said:
The experiment is based on the recent finding that some patients with temporal lobe epilepsy, a neurological disorder caused by chaotic electrical discharges in the temporal lobes of the brain, seem to experience devout hallucinations that bear a striking resemblance to the mystical experiences of holy figures such as St Paul and Moses. Such associations have been noted by researchers for over a century, including Dr. Wilder Penfield's work, published in the 1950s.
Dawkins was reported not to have experienced a religious feeling. The report said:
Dr Persinger explained his lack of effects. Before donning the helmet, Prof Dawkins had scored low on a psychological scale measuring temporal lobe sensitivity.

Miscellaneous Articles - EMF (electro-magnetic field)
Written by Bob
A paranormal presence is thought to generate an EMF which can be detected by a hand-held meter. One theory put forward as to why this could be the case is - at the point of death, the brain's electrical activity (the personality and memory or, depending on your beliefs, the "soul or spirit") departs the physical body as electrical energy.
Some laboratory research has offered up an alternative explanation for why "hauntings" are often associated with EMFs by showing that certain EMFs can, in some cases, affect the human mind and produce paranormal-type hallucinations.
It is thought that an individual's susceptibility to this type of hallucination varies from person to person. One person could be affected by low EMFs whilst another would have to be exposed to higher levels. Duration of exposure and personal beliefs could also have a bearing on any resulting hallucinations.
So it could be the case that EMFs present at a location, which have no connection to the paranormal are causing hallucinations which witnesses are perceiving as paranormal.
A counter-argument to this explanation, accepting that the EMF is not of paranormal origin, is the EMF does affect the mind but rather than causing hallucinations, it actually opens the mind and makes it susceptible to genuine paranormal events.
From a scientific standpoint, detection of EMFs by a hand-held meter is far from an indication of a paranormal presence. There are too many other possible origins of EMFs which, to eliminate, would require large amounts of sophisticated and expensive monitoring equipment, even then the proof would be far from conclusive.

Emotions
Waves below 6 cycles per second caused the subjects to become very emotionally upset, and even disrupted bodily functions. At 8.2 cycles, they felt very high... an elevated feeling, as though they had been in masterful meditation, learned over a period of years. Eleven to 11.3 cycles induced waves of depressed agitation leading to riotous behavior. The Battle for Your Mind: Brainwashing Techniques Being Used On The Public By Dick Sutphen
More disturbing is that the low frequencies that characterise the GSM/TETRA pulsing are close to those at which it is known that human mood and behaviour can be influenced in a number of ways (ranging from depression/docility to rage), depending on the kind/ frequency of modulation used [7], it being actually possible to induce sounds, and even words, intercranially by appropriate modulations of the microwave signal [8]. How Exposure to GSM & TETRA Base-station Radiation can Adversely Affect Humans by G J Hyland
According to literature by Silent Sounds, Inc., it is now possible, using supercomputers, to analyse human emotional EEG patterns and replicate them, then store these "emotion signature clusters" on another computer and, at will, "silently induce and change the emotional state in a human being". MIND CONTROL WITH SILENT SOUNDS AND SUPER COMPUTERS By Judy Wall
Human behaviour and reactions can be entirely controlled by using pulse modulated microwave EM radiation. Pulse modulated microwaves are useful as the carrier for the mind control signals as they are able to pass through the skull, which is rather resistant to low level EM. The massive number of microwave antennae that dot the country, some of which are used for the microwave phone network, all use pulse modulated microwaves, which makes their use for a strategic mind control device against the civilian population in times of trouble, or rioting, crucial to modifying the behaviour of the general population MICROWAVE MIND CONTROL by Tim Rifat
In 1977, the CIA contacted Margaret Thatcher and gave her all the details, elf frequencies, to induce cancer, paranoia (4.5 Hz), depression (6.66 Hz), manic rage (11.3 Hz) [2001] The Secret Uses Of Microwave Mind Control By The British----Tim Rifat
The TETRA system pulses at 17.6 Hz broadcast at 400 MHz which is essentially the Pandora Project funded by the CIA in the late '60s and early '70s. Dr Ross Adey, the chief researcher on the Pandora Project has released a video to leading UK researchers which proves that not only does the TETRA system cause ELF zombification by massive release of calcium ions in the cerebral cortex and the nervous system, but the activated calcium ions also cause massive hormonal disturbances which lead to frenzied imbalances, emotional and physical states......
Use of the TETRA system by the police will lead to psychotronicaly controlled officers who may be totally controlled in any situation and are very useful for states of economic or social chaos where extreme and violent behaviour is needed without any conscious or moral compunction - so-called police robots. [2001] The TETRA System: Mass UK Mind Control Technology and the Zombification Of Britain's Police is Now A Reality by Tim Rifat
By use of my microwave detector, I have found that mobile phones of the newer type, give off a pulse modulated microwave signal of around 0.75mW/cm2 at the earpiece. This may be coincidence, but it is exactly the intensity required form behavioural control as found by Dr Ross Adey, the pioneer of microwave mind control. So in theory, an ELF signal could be added to the microwave network to feed a precise behavioural pattern into every mobile phone user in the UK. If their were widespread riots, the ability to broadcast behavioural stimuli to mollify all the mobile phone users in the country would prove useful. Since mobile phone users are generally middle class, it means authority has a useful method of controlling the behaviour of the key voters. Microwave carrier beams are perfect for transmitting the excitation potential of docility to the phone user to keep them servile in times of trouble. When no ELF signal is broadcast the phone acts in a completely different manner on behaviour in humans. In this case the microwave phones causes the neurones to release calcium ions which makes the user tired irritable and when stresses likely to emotional outbursts such as road rage. MICROWAVE MIND CONTROL by Tim Rifat
My research has found that microwave weapons are targeted on middle class troublemakers and researchers who cause problems for the establishment. Russian and American research has found that pulse modulated microwaves (as used for mobile phones) can, when modulated with ELF which mimics specific brain patterns change the behaviour of the victim at the flick of a switch. It has been found that UK security police, such as MI5 use the 450 MHz frequency used for this research (legally allowed to be used by the police) for behavioural control. A vast catalogue of mind control frequencies in the MHz range, FM radio, TV and mobile phone frequencies, have been measured, which are used in the UK for mind control and killing or disabling victims: 147, 153, 197, 199, 447, 453, 456, 466, 853, 883, 884, 887... Symptoms can be depression, befuddled thinking, loss of memory, stress, not being able to cope, manic behaviour, schizophrenia, nervous breakdowns, physical collapse, brain and nervous system damage, heart attacks, cancer.....Readings I have taken show that the 750-1000 MHz range is used by the intelligence services for inducing nervous and physical collapse. Microwave ovens give off 1000 MHz. MICROWAVE MIND CONTROL by Tim Rifat
Brief cases, stereo speakers and boxes are some of the disguises that the CIA has been caught using to hide their ELF microwave emitters that plant thoughts in people. Thoughts
Dr Persinger wrote an article a few years ago, titled "On the Possibility of Directly Accessing Every Human Brain by Electromagnetic Induction of Fundamental Algorithms". The abstract reads:
"Contemporary neuroscience suggests the existence of fundamental algorithms by which all sensory transduction is translated into an intrinsic, brain-specific code. Direct stimulation of these codes within the human temporal or limbic cortices by applied electromagnetic patterns may require energy levels which are within the range of both geomagnetic activity and contemporary communication networks. A process which is coupled to the narrow band of brain temperature could allow all normal human brains to be affected by a subharmonic whose frequency range at about 10 Hz would only vary by 0. 1 Hz."
He concludes the article with this:
"Within the last two decades a potential has emerged which was improbable, but which is now marginally feasible. This potential is the technical capability to influence directly the major portion of the approximately six billion brains of the human species, without mediation through classical sensory modalities, by generating neural information within a physical medium within which all members of the species are immersed.
"The historical emergence of such possibilities, which have ranged from gunpowder to atomic fission, have resulted in major changes in the social evolution that occurred inordinately quickly after the implementation. Reduction of the risk of the inappropriate application of these technologies requires the continued and open discussion of their realistic feasibility and implications within the scientific and public domain."
It doesn't get any plainer than that. And we do not have open discussion because the US Government has totally denied the existence of this technology. MIND CONTROL WITH SILENT SOUNDS AND SUPER COMPUTERS By Judy Wall
Dr. Sharp, himself, was the subject of an experiment in which pulsed microwave audiograms, or the microwave analog of the sound vibrations of spoken words, were delivered to his brain in such a way that he was able to understand the words that were spoken. Military and undercover uses of such a device might include driving a subject crazy with inner voices in order to discredit him, or conveying undetectable instructions to a programmed assassin. Mind Control By Harry V. Martin and David Caul
In a recent telephone conversation with the author (34), Janet Morris confirmed John Alexander's involvement in mind control and psychotronic projects in the Los Alamos National Laboratories. Alexander and his team have recently been working with Dr Igor Smirnov, a psychologist from the Moscow Insitute of Psychocorrelations. They were invited to the U.S. after Janet Morris' visit to Russia in 1991. There she was shown the technique which was pioneered by the Russian Department of Psycho-Correction at Moscow Medical Academy. The Russians employ a technique to electronically analyse the human mind in order to influence it. They input subliminal command messages, using key words transmitted in "white noise" or music (35). Using an infrasound very low frequency-type transmission, the acoustic psycho-correction message is transmitted via bone conduction - ear plugs would not restrict the message. To do that would require an entire body protection system. According to the Russians the subliminal messages by-pass the conscious level and are effective almost immediately. Non-Lethality: John B. Alexander, the Pentagon's Penguin by Armen Victorian
To conclude this introduction to the science of biophysical RMCT, a technique known as sleep-wake hypnosis can enable a hypnotist to transfer hypnotic commands telepathically to a subject, whether a few feet or even a thousand miles away. A Ukrainian, Albert Ignatenko, demonstrated on the TV show, The Paranormal World of Paul McKenna, that he could raise or lower the pulse rate of people who were at a remote location. This was a dramatic demonstration of remote-influencing (RI), which is the basis of hypnosis. My research would seem to indicate that the psi-able operator is capable of affecting the neuronal calcium efflux of another person through remote-viewing, rather like the US National Security Agency's electronic microwave mind-control machines. [1996 Nexus] REMOTE VIEWING: THE STORY OF THE REAL X FILES By Turan Rifat
Relates Dick Sutphen: "In one of his recent tests, Pat conducted two identical seminars for a military audience. When the first group proved to be very cool and unwilling to respond, Patrick spent the next day making a special tape to play at the second seminar. The tape instructed the audience to be extremely warm and responsive and for their hands to become tingly. The tape was played through the neurophone, which was connected to a wire he placed along the ceiling of the room. There were no speakers, so no sound could be heard, yet the message was successfully transmitted from that wire directly into the brains of the audience. They were warm and receptive, their hands tingled and they responded according to programming." Is Someone Doing Devious Things With Your Mind?--by Robert McGarvey

Well wikipedia and generally, no offense, msm source, I consider not very credible. The only credibility comes from within.
I am pretty sure, I am not mind controlled. My surrounding does not easily allow that :)
Then, thx for your concern, but there are much more worrisome things going on.
What contradicts your theories is, that this tech have not always been around, though many people reported spiritual experiences throughout history.
Btw, anybody knows, why certain people cannot be hypnotized? I heard of about 15% of earth population.
so you are immune from mind control:rolleyes:

I am not saying that people can`t get one with them self or with the things around them......what I am saying you got to be aware of this EMF bullshit
the earth has its own magnetic field...
http://www.valdostamuseum.org/hamsmith/Schumann.html
Just as a tuning fork has natural frequencies for sound,
the planet Earth has natural frequencies,
called Schumann resonances,
for electromagnetic radiation.
The Human Brain also has natural frequencies
for electromagnetic radiation.
It turns out that the Earth's Schumann resonances are
"in tune" with the Human Brains's Alpha States and Theta States.

The helmet creates a weak magnetic field, no stronger than that produced by a computer monitor. The field triggers bursts of electrical activity in the temporal lobes, Persinger finds, producing sensations that volunteers describe as supernatural or spiritual: an out-of-body experience, a sense of the divine. He suspects that religious experiences are evoked by mini electrical storms in the temporal lobes, and that such storms can be triggered by anxiety, personal crisis, lack of oxygen, low blood sugar and simple fatigue-suggesting a reason that some people "find God" in such moments. Why the temporal lobes? Persinger speculates that our left temporal lobe maintains our sense of self. When that region is stimulated but the right stays quiescent, the left interprets this as a sensed presence, as the self departing the body, or of God.
Those most open to mystical experience tend also to be open to new experiences generally. They are usually creative and innovative, with a breadth of interests and a tolerance for ambiguity (as determined by questionnaire).
They also tend toward fantasy, notes David Wulff ... I was alone upon the seashore ... I felt that I

Yes, since we decided to enter 'reality' to that conditions, ie reincarnate, we are here on our own and common purpose, I'd say.
Though I think, it has not been everything going as it is supposed to be for a big amount of time. However, I think, we all are finding back on track.

Those are assumptions and are loosely attributed. I know what is truth and how truth effects me and it not the same as what your suggesting with emf etc, I do get tricked at times but usually I become aware when this is happening and it is a daily sometimes hourly attacks through emotions and thoughts. My astral projections and mediatations and spiritual connections as well as my awareness of energy giving increased intuition are not because I am open minded and therefore more easy prey. Thats bs and I know it. You can tell the difference, if you have not been able to do that then perhaps your moving down the wrong river (not you personally).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Clockwork_Orange
A Clockwork Orange (1962) is a dystopian novel by Anthony Burgess.
The title is taken from an old Cockney expression, "as queer as a clockwork orange"¹, and alludes to the prevention of the main character's exercise of his free will through the use of a classical conditioning technique. With this technique, the subject’s emotional responses to violence are systematically paired with a negative stimulation in the form of nausea caused by an emetic medicine administered just before the presentation of films depicting "ultra-violent" situations. Written from the perspective of a seemingly biased and unapologetic protagonist, the novel also contains an experiment in language: Burgess creates a new speech that is the teenage slang of the not-too-distant future.
The novel has been adapted for cinema in a controversial movie by Stanley Kubrick, and also by Andy Warhol; adaptations have also been made for television, radio, and the stage. As well as inspiring a concept album, the novel and films are referred to in and have inspired a number of songs.

I have experienced the number patterns for years now with the intensity increasing of late. I am a spiritual person but avoid new age theories and philosophies as i believe a lot of the new age beliefs are put out as a way to passify and subdue people who would otherwise be fighting to the death for what they believed in. The same thing happened with the hippy movement, if they hadn't been so busy rolling about in dirt at festivals and talking about big balls of white shiny light they may actually have achieved something. Whenever people think outside the box, a bigger box is created to contain them, so i am careful with the current theories on ascension and light worker wake up calls etc, they could be there to subdue and control people who are supposed to be fighting for change.
So i can appreciate both points of view here. I do believe that the numbers etc are reminders and prompts (from ourselves) but i do not believe that they signal the coming of cellestial beings who will sort this mess out for us, it's supposed to drive us into action, and yet again, as with the hippies, the general consensus seems to be that we sit about talking about angels and love and light and the coming of the "new world" When really it's supposed to be US that's creating it by exposing the control and the lies that are currently holding down humanity. The "new age" was created as a net to trap all those who managed to get out the original box, it's happened before and it's happening again, in my opinion those of us experiencing these things are supposed to be fighting tooth and nail for change. So be careful of the theories that are flying around at the moment, you never know who put them out there and what there reasoning was behind it.
Bluffs, double bluffs and blind mans bluffs, just keep your mind open and never assume that a theory is correct just because you like the sound of it. Keep an open mind and keep your wits about you, and to coin a phrase "even satan masquerades as an angel of light"
Deca is making a very good point, and that's coming from someone who is also experiencing all the things you are discussing. You need to apply logic and reason to your intuition and perception, thats why we have two sides to our brain, you're supposed to use both :D It's getting near impossible to discern fact from fiction and truth from lies. Truth be told, i don't know what the fuck is going on anymore lol, so much for ascension into awareness :p All I know is i'm not planning on wasting time waiting on some higher beings doing what I should be doing myself. I feel compelled to kick some corrupt corperate ass, not very angelic is it? Maybe i should just throw some balls of white light at the bastards, but doubt it will have the same effect as a swift kick up the arse.

its it me or this forum getting full of people with their head up their own arse escaping into there own fantasy little world????
Let me make s.th. very clear.
I do not consider myself part of any movement, and I am highly suspicious on a lot the "New Age" stuff. I just started to share things I experienced and perceived. My main purpose on posting here is my concern with history, or what is told us to be history.
Posting on this topic is just a side effect.
Concerning the whole "I live only from light and love" will not change anything, I agree.
I also told you, that I am aware of very insane tech and programming techniques.
However, it is getting OT now, but there are much more darker techs around for about 60-70 years concerning anti-gravity and possibly time-manipulation--"The Bell". That is, what concerns me most. Have you ever thought about, that our timeline has been manipulated, and the folks posting on this experiences are only sensitive to such tech and effects instead of the esmog?
Just my approach. I am very aware, and I think I am walking with very open eyes through the journey.
As Zenith posted quite well, I do doubt almost everything we are told. Though I take any possibility into account, even spiritual things. I just make up some truth with me, and what resonates most with my understanding, as everybody else does.
I also want to see humanity free from any control.
We all share a common goal.
Unfortunately a lot of wisdom in the forums here is also very compartmentalized and scattered.
We could need a "Connecting the dots" thread, me thinks.
May I ask you, what you perceive as reality?
At least, we got a basis now for having a good exchange on ideas, since you stopped spamming. :)
I felt, you were pushing me into a corner, with only knowing the tip of the iceberg. I think, you made you assumptions too quick.
I am going to end it there
just wanted to say it sounded like you were suffering from EMF and weak complex EMF can cause a sense of presence (spiritual experience)
Plus there is other technology(mind control & electronic harassment) that is targeted EMF and abuse peoples belief and listening to some kind of awaking or "inner voice" under this technology influence is probably the worse thing you could do

Hannah Foster was lying in bed with her eyes open. She could see by the clock that it was 3am, but something was very wrong - she couldn’t move a muscle of her body. Even worse, she could sense something pressing down on her and she was struggling to breathe.
Consumed by panic, she tried to scream, but nothing happened.
It felt like a nightmare, but she knew that it wasn’t, because she was too alert and she recognised her green flowery duvet and the wooden floor of her room.
Hannah Foster has terrifying dreams
Unrest: Hannah Foster has terrifying dreams
Suddenly, she was able to move again and the feeling of pressure vanished. But she was left terrified, shaking and gasping for air.
‘It was like nothing I’d ever experienced before,’ recalls the 25-yearold from Brighton. ‘After a normal day at work, I went to bed around 11pm, as always, and the next thing I remember is waking up, basically paralysed.
‘It was terrifying. And the more I panicked, the more it felt like I couldn’t breathe properly.’
What happened to Hannah might sound like something from a gruesome horror film, but it is in fact very real - she was experiencing a fascinating phenomenon called Sleep Paralysis (SP).

Just as surprising, it is very common, explains Chris French, Professor of Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London. Studies suggest that around 40 per cent of the general population experience SP at least once in their lifetime.
‘During an SP episode - which can last for anything between a few seconds and several minutes - a person is in a state where they are half awake and half asleep; sometimes they are able to open their eyes, but they’re aware they can’t move,’ he says.
An unlucky few can have repeated attacks in one night or several times a week. In extreme cases, people can find their lives heavily disrupted by SP.
‘Sufferers may be reluctant to talk of
their experiences, for fear of being shunned or ridiculed as “crazy”,’ he says. ‘This can lead to social isolation and even marital breakdown.’
Sleep paralysis occurs during the REM (rapid eye movement) period of sleep. There are five stages of sleep, during the first four your brain and heart rates slow down.
Then you enter a period of REM sleep - the fifth stage - where your brain is active and you experience-vivid dreams. ‘During this time the muscles are temporarily paralysed, probably as a protective mechanism to stop the sleeper acting out their dreams,’ says Professor French, who is the leading UK authority on the subject.
‘But with SP sufferers, for reasons we don’t understand, something goes awry with the process and the sleeper becomes consciously aware of that temporary paralysis.’
Being unable to move is disturbing enough in itself, but around 5 per cent of people can also experience horrific visual hallucinations of dark shadows, lights or monstrous figures; a sense of something or someone else in the room; a feeling of pressure on your chest; and difficulty breathing or hearing footsteps or voices.
Some suffers can have hallucinations about movement - such as being touched or dragged down the bed. It has even been suggested as a real cause, due to reports of alien abduction in the U.S.
Hannah sees a demon-like figure during some paralysis episodes
Hallucinations: Hannah sees a demon-like figure during some paralysis episodes
There are various possible causes. ‘Anything that disrupts the sleep cycle can make SP more likely to happen, for example shift work, jet lag and stress,’ says Professor French.
Alcohol and caffeine can also disrupt the sleep cycle - as can certain medications. Another risk factor is sleeping on one’s back, because this is associated with sleep apnoea (a condition which causes interruptions in breathing during sleep), which may be linked to SP.
Although it is not known why, SP typically starts in adolescence or young adulthood. And while many people just grow out of it, it can also last a lifetime.
‘Unfortunately, a lot of the public and many health professionals have never heard of or don’t understand the condition, which can lead to a real danger of misdiagnosis,’ says Professor French.
‘Sometimes people may be diagnosed with stress. In extreme cases, they may be diagnosed with psychological problems or even schizophrenia.
‘But I want people to know that if they experience this they’re not going crazy, nor are they being attacked by spirits or abducted by aliens.’
After Hannah experienced SP for the first time in 2005, she confided in her work colleagues. It transpired that one of them had a family member who also suffered from the phenomenon.
A month or two later, Hannah experienced her second episode while staying with her boyfriend Tom, 24. This time, she also experienced hallucinations.
‘The second time, I knew what was happening - but as well as the paralysis, I also saw a terrifying black figure.
‘It looked a bit like a demon - with a scrunched, ugly face, like a gargoyle. I tried to scream and move away from it.
‘Then, once again, the paralysis and hallucination suddenly went. I woke Tom, who knew I’d experienced SP before, and he helped me calm down. If it hasn’t happened to you, though, it’s hard to imagine just how scary it is. It was terrifying.’
Since then, Hannah has experienced an attack every couple of months, though there is no set pattern to the episodes.
‘Sometimes the demon-like figure is there and at other times I just experience the paralysis,’ she explains.
‘Sometimes I also feel like I’m being pushed down into the bed by the hallucinatory figure, which is awful.’
While there is no cure, the problem is treatable - so it’s worth going to see your GP. ‘Often, simply telling people what it is they’re experiencing can help,’ says Professor French.
‘But from a practical point of view, it’s important to exercise, eat well, avoid stress wherever possible, establish a regular sleep pattern and avoid disruptions to the sleep cycle.
‘Once an episode has stopped, it’s advisable to get up and walk around to wake up fully. This has been found to reduce the risk of going back into an episode, which can happen.
‘In severe cases, people may need counselling or psychotherapy to deal with stress - either that which could be triggering sleep paralysis or the worry of having an attack.’
Any drugs which suppress REM sleep (such as some antidepressants) will suppress-SP, too, but may well have other side effects - such as nausea or increased fatigue - so should be avoided if possible, says Professor French.
But there are more immediate techniques of dealing with the condition.
‘Most people try their hardest to move even a finger or toe, which can break the “spell”, as the small muscles of the body are not completely paralysed during REM sleep.
‘It is sometimes useful for people to contact other sufferers for advice and support, which is easily done via the internet.’
Hannah believes that her attacks were triggered by the stress of leaving university and starting work in PR.
She has developed her own technique for coping with it. ‘Each time it happens, I tell myself not to panic, that it’s not real.
‘But even though I know rationally what’s going on, it can still be pretty frightening.
‘I don’t know if the episodes will ever stop, but I won’t let myself get stressed about it - I’m sure that only makes it worse.
‘Knowing there are other people out there going through the same thing really helps.’

Demon try to strangle me

A COUPLE'S night-time terrors in new film Paranormal Activity are scaring the nation - but for one fan the fear is all too real.
Physics student Matthew Richards, 18, suffers from a terrifying but little understood condition called sleep paralysis.
It strikes as he is falling asleep or waking up, is accompanied by terrifying hallucinations, and leaves him unable to move any bit of his body.
Chilling ... scene from Paranormal Activity
Chilling ... scene from Paranormal Activity
The attacks can last for minutes and come with nightmare visions of DEMONS trying to strangle him. Matthew, from Manchester, says: "It might be a vision with twisted human faces.
"They can push down on your chest and you feel like you can't breathe."
"Now I'm at university, and just moved to a new bedroom in a hall of residence, the incidents come once a week. At home, it was about once a month."
Doctors and pyschologists have been unable to explain or help but some believe the condition has affected up to FOUR IN TEN Brits at some point - and Matthew has suffered since he was a boy.
He says: "I saw a doctor when I was little but they put it down to nightmares.
"I then saw a psychologist and they couldn't help because they knew nothing about the condition.
"Around my GCSEs I tried to get some help, but medics thought I was on drugs.
"That's how little understood it is. At uni, I went to a GP again and they had never heard of it."
Matthew is now pinning his hopes on a sleep clinic, where he will stay overnight to have his sleep pattern and brain activity studied.
Meanwhile, he visits an internet forum, the Sleep Paralysis Information Service, to share experiences with fellow sufferers.

I have had emf waves affect my sleep before and recently. Though it was only in certain areas that these waves were coming through, i can feel them so the effects of what may seem spiritual and what seems to be there are different between emf and the real experience, because all you get is a feeling of constant blowing in the ear and tense unrest of the body.

Any advice please on what this is or if anyone else has had similar experiences?
many thanks
This is one of the signs of interdimensional visitors. I do not KNOW that they are not from earth but I believe they are not. They are doing work on over a million people currently preparing them for something. I do not know what. My experiences started in mass in june. I was freaked out, frightened and I fought them with all I had. Now I am cooperating and have yes or no communication with them. If you have the following you are probably being worked on. It's NOT the same as abduction.
Bed shaking
Feeling like someone is sitting on you or the bed
Covers moving
Seeing lights behind your closed eye lids (or shadows)
Being frozen
Losing time
Have all kinds of physical issues
Seeing flecks of black or light during normal vision
and much more are signs of their intervention. It does not surprise me that many from this forum are involved.
I have my journey documented at the below address. no I don't make any money from it and I'm not selling anything. If you want to start some rudimantary communication let me know I may be able to help. My email is UFOchick@gmail.com
When David talks about the X factor I believe these Beings are part of that.

thanks zenith82 great post.......
its not funny the "nature of reality" is up for grabs these days....lets not let people steal it....
Well I have experienced these things and have scars, marks (there are pics on my blog) and others who have experienced them with me. There is another dimension and someone or something is accessing us from there. In my experience the military can do some dumb dog tricks but anyone who has any clue as to what is going on can differentiate the shadow Gov. from interdimensional Beings.
The gov. folks are wanna be's. People get all freaked out by them but they can do nothing to us that we don't allow. I have however received what I consider help and protection from the other dimensions.
Our lives may be intersected by either group by as long as we KNOW who and what we are and hold onto that nothing can change us except to help us evolve upwards. Create your own reality where none of this exists if you wish, that doesn't mean it isn't there.

Concerning the whole "I live only from light and love" will not change anything, I agree.
Yes it will, it will change YOUR reactions to situations that you are put in. It will create a base from which you cannot be moved. It will stop mind control technics from changing who you are. It will mean that you cannot be changed "downwards" only upwards into more understanding.
