Hi everyone, I need help looking for a specific document that I can't find.
Its a FEMA disaster projection for the millenium, written in 97 or 96 (?)
Its three picks were in this order
1. WTC terrorist attack
2. Flooding of New Orleans
3. Earthquake Golden Gate Bridge
Last year, I believe in the fall, Prince Charles came to visit America and went to those three places, in that order.
I know some people in the Bay Area that are okay with this kind of stuff so they'd understand that my wanting to communicating this to them is not to freak them out...I dunno, I kinda feel something gnarly about to happen, so I want to make sure I can warn the people who may be affected.
Thanks!

Hi Tesla, Charlie went to all three places? WTF?
I remember when we had a freak storm and a twister hit Birmingham. There were a few deaths and lots of houses ripped up. It was in Small Heath, which is a mostly middle easten migrant area.
Quite a few were made homeless. Prince Phillip went there for a walk-around and to discuss monetary aid. Two years later and still there has been no money to help rebuild these homes.
It has always made me wonder why he went there in the first place, the aid was a false front, so one can only assume he went there to see the fruits of his labour.
Crims often go back to the scene of the crime, for various reasons.

Okay, found it guys...only a reference though, but in the New York Times of all places and written by CFR member Paul Krugman:
Before 9/11 the Federal Emergency Management Agency listed the three most likely catastrophic disasters facing America: a terrorist attack on New York, a major earthquake in San Francisco and a hurricane strike on New Orleans. "The New Orleans hurricane scenario," The Houston Chronicle wrote in December 2001, "may be the deadliest of all." It described a potential catastrophe very much like the one now happening.

I'd like to find the actual report though where it actually lists them in order with the Golden Gate Bridge as number 3. (Krugman has listed them out of order, for whatever reason).

KEEPING ITS HEAD ABOVE WATER
New Orleans faces doomsday scenario
By ERIC BERGER

New Orleans is sinking.
And its main buffer from a hurricane, the protective Mississippi River delta, is quickly eroding away, leaving the historic city perilously close to disaster.
So vulnerable, in fact, that earlier this year the Federal Emergency Management Agency ranked the potential damage to New Orleans as among the three likeliest, most castastrophic disasters facing this country.
The other two? A massive earthquake in San Francisco, and, almost prophetically, a terrorist attack on New York City.
The New Orleans hurricane scenario may be the deadliest of all.

Found this. I don't know if it is any help

It at least gives the date of Fema's prediction which could be a starting point :)
On September 10, 2001, FEMA accurately "predicted" three" most likely and deadly disasters that could befall the United States". These deadly disasters foretold were:
1) Terrorist attack on New York
2) An earthquake in San Francisco
3) A hurricane in New Orleans
