Either it's an administrative thing such as "the domain reg. hasn't been paid" or "servers are being updated".
Other than that, I can only imagine that we're (all) getting a little too close to the truth for their liking.

I've just been watching Chris Coverdale's short film about reporting war crimes to the police (Make Wars History).
Halfway through the film, the sound cut out.
I've logged out, turned off the browser, re-loaded the page (several times), and it still doesn't work.
They're (TPUC) definitely having problems...
