I would start by asking if you eat wheat. If you answered yes, then I would start by eliminating wheat, wheat gluten, and yeast extract from your diet for 2 months (along with a stress reliever like yoga) to see if that cures it. I say this because you have the classic symptoms of wheat sensitivity, which I know of from personal experience.

The problem is, most of the wheat consumed today is GE'd to produce way more gluten than the human digestive tract can handle, because high gluten wheat is cheaper and easier to work with, and produces a more consistent product. Many people do not realize that they have health problems related to this, and of course the media does not cover it.

I have solved most of my problems by only eating organic Spelt.

i had a blood test done for celiac and i fort it was that, i have nausea everyday and somtimes cant keep food down and when i start to sweat to get a feeling as if someones rubbing fibre glass on me sucks, i will try to do this i wana get back to gym so

i cant imagine its stess as im on a 2 week holiday, i will try gluten free but i dnt think it will do much as ive tried it once for month nothing changed. but thanks fo advice and should give it a try.

i said to doctor if i have problems with stomach then the rest of the tracts gonna have problems so why diagnose ibs when ibs could be the fault of somthing wrong in the stomach.

Get yourself an allergy test done gods sun, your symptoms do sound like an allergic reaction to something you've eaten.

I personally went wheat free after reading that gluten could be what was making my arthritis worse when in reality it turned out to be maize that i was allergic to.
