My children, like a million other children in North America right NOW, were forced into JOINT unprotected Physical custody with their father. My child's eyes look just like one of the men on your show today, terrified. Every week of their childhood has been one of trauma being forced against their will, in spite of their instincts to go where they knew they were not safe.



The 1985 Divorce Act (in Canada) has basically resulted in every father asking for custody, getting joint custody. The men who have benefited most from this legislation are pedophile fathers. The Catholic Church cover up started to get exposed in the 80's and it was no longer possible for pedophiles to hide behind the cloak of the Priesthood and social reverence of the Father.

These opportunistic narcissists morphed into 'the Good Father' who only wants his fair share of his children (aka property). The Judge gives the check mark, with joint or sole custody, no matter how abusive the mother knows him to be. Well nobody looks behind those 4 walls of that dad's home for the rest of the child's life.



In fact, in EVERY FAMILY COURT across North America, children are actually being trafficked legally.

Family Court Orders are the LAW, and with child custody Enforcement LAWS, children are forced, against their will and despite their innate judgment of right from wrong, into their nightmare. In the 2% of divorces that involve sexual abuse allegations, mothers are denied their fundamental, God-given divine right to protect their own children by Family Court Orders. How is this possible?



With the Divorce Act ensuring joint custody for every father who asks for that, came the theory of "parental alienation." This simplistic, theory has been gobbled up by the courts like candy, and has become the perfect defense argument for pedophile fathers and their lawyers.



Richard Gardner, the self-promoted psychiatrist, who invented this theory, was quoted as saying 'there is a little bit of pedophilia in everyone'. This theory has been so widely accepted and adopted by the general public, that every person you talk to will say 'oh I know a wonderful father whose ex alienated him from his children'.

Family Court Judges are ordering innocent victims into a childhood prison sentence in the same prison cell with their identified sex offender and throwing away the key. Mothers are legally denied the right to protect their children and are put in another prison cell for trying to.



Our rights as mothers have been stripped away from us by the Family Law Branch of the Government. Good loving, fit, decent, responsible mothers all over North America are seeing their children either like criminals, on probation of 'supervised visits'. Where loving moms have to pay and to be watched, like zoo animals with their children for the hour or 2 a week, the court grants them. Remember loving, decent men would not do this to their children or their children's mothers.



If a mother continues to believe her child, she may never get to see her child again. Somehow, the word alienation that the father can now legally do to the mother with these court orders never is mentioned again once the fathers are awarded sole custody.

In fact, in EVERY FAMILY COURT across North America, children are actually being trafficked legally.

Family Court Orders are the LAW, and with child custody Enforcement LAWS, children are forced, against their will and despite their innate judgment of right from wrong, into their nightmare. In the 2% of divorces that involve sexual abuse allegations, mothers are denied their fundamental, God-given divine right to protect their own children by Family Court Orders. How is this possible?



With the Divorce Act ensuring joint custody for every father who asks for that, came the theory of "parental alienation." This simplistic, theory has been gobbled up by the courts like candy, and has become the perfect defense argument for pedophile fathers and their lawyers.



Richard Gardner, the self-promoted psychiatrist, who invented this theory, was quoted as saying 'there is a little bit of pedophilia in everyone'. This theory has been so widely accepted and adopted by the general public, that every person you talk to will say 'oh I know a wonderful father whose ex alienated him from his children'.



This argument has been used against innocent child victims who DO have moms who believe and try to help them. If the mother does not ENFORCE the custody order, she faces prison, yes prison for contempt of court (for doing the right thing). If she tries to escape and protect her child she is hunted down and imprisoned for child abduction/parental kidnapping.



If she believes her child, she is accused of making 'false allegations'

or 'coaching' or 'emotionally manipulating' her child. In fact the Parental Alienation theory has been so pervasively adopted, it now serves as so called 'evidence' that by virtue of the FACT that she has believed her child she is 'emotionally abusive'. Ultimately no matter what us moms, have done to protect our children many of us with sons, who we know are being destroyed. Family Court Judges have awarded the child's identified perpetrator with custody. 58,000 children in the US are ordered into the unprotected custody of their identified sexually abusive father every year. (Google "Leadership Council). First the father is awarded his RIGHTS to joint custody, then ultimately sole custody when these children's moms have tried to protect their own children.



Family Court Judges are ordering innocent victims into a childhood prison sentence in the same prison cell with their identified sex offender and throwing away the key. Mothers are legally denied the right to protect their children and are put in another prison cell for trying to.



Our rights as mothers have been stripped away from us by the Family Law Branch of the Government. Good loving, fit, decent, responsible mothers all over North America are seeing their children either like criminals, on probation of 'supervised visits'. Where loving moms have to pay and to be watched, like zoo animals with their children for the hour or 2 a week, the court grants them. Remember loving, decent men would not do this to their children or their children's mothers.



If a mother continues to believe her child, she may never get to see her child again. Somehow, the word alienation that the father can now legally do to the mother with these court orders never is mentioned again once the fathers are awarded sole custody.

CPS: Child Protectors or Pimps?

In 2004, Georgia State Senator Nancy Schaefer found evidence of deep corruption within the Federal 'child protective services' system which handles children designated as 'wards of the State'. In 2007, she published her findings which, she said later, "cost me my Senate seat." It may also have cost her life.

During the night of March 26th 2010, Nancy was shot execution style in the back of the head in her bed. Her husband of 54-years, Bruce Schaefer was shot point-blank in the heart. The Georgia and national media whores wrote it off as 'murder suicide'.

As they always are in Masonic murder cases, illogical explanations were printed up. The murder was described as a "murder-suicide."

The Schaefers had dozens of personal friends, five grown children and many grandchildren they won't see grow up. Nancy Schafer at 73 was in robust health and would have surely lived another 15 or 20 years.

The purpose of this article is to ensure more people know learn about her findings. Child Protective Services uses the phase "in the best interest of the children" to excuse removal of children from poor families for profit.

From Senator Schaefer's own report,

"The Adoption and the Safe Families Act, set in motion by President Bill Clinton, offers cash "bonuses" to the states for every child they adopted out [to] foster care. In order to receive the "adoption incentive bonuses" local child protective services need more children. They must have merchandise (children) that sell and you must have plenty of them so the buyer can choose. Some counties are known to give a $4,000 [payment for] each child not returned to their family".

That's incentive to CPS workers to extract children and block all family members who might qualify for guardianship. The Clinton act also pays bonuses if the child has traits that are in greater demand - such as blond hair and blue eyes. That's a fact. To get this money the CPS worker has to 'close the sale' with an adoption to an unrelated 3rd party. It doesn't matter who that party is, as long as they're not related to the child.
Well qualified grandparents are routinely denied custody because the Fed doesn't pay CPS for that.

On top of this, the Civil Rights Act, 42 USC 1983, (also referred to as "section 1983") give judges "sovereign judicial" IMMUNITY from redress or prosecution for consequences of their decisions. During the 90's, lawyers were given immunity, and social workers are immune from prosecution for PERJURY. In a nutshell the State has been unaccountable to the people of America since 1983, and most don't even know that.

DEMAND FOR CHILDREN

Why are these children in such demand? She believed it is partly for sexual exploitation. She attributed the conspicuous abundance of molesters in foster care to the way the system is constructed. It offered no incentive for CPS workers to scrutinize their foster jailers. Their attention is on demonizing the parent so it's not to their advantage to expose molesters who are part of the CPS racket.

Naturally I looked for anything to tie her investigation to discovery that the Federal government is running procurement for the international pedophile traffic network. Unfortunately in the highly compartmentalized Masonic system, direct procurement for the pedophile/snuff network ala Omaha Franklin case isn't the role of CPS and Family court. Of course we know CPS and family court are a link in that chain. The abduction for that network is outside the judicial and social 'welfare' system.. CPS and court is the first link in that chain for it's the court that dislocates children from family.


She said CPS "has become a protected empire built on taking children and separating families". Schaefer called it "legal kidnapping," from natural parents and blood relatives while conspicuously ignoring abuse in foster houses."

From her 2007 report,

- "Poor parents often times are targeted to lose their children because they do not have the where-with-all to hire lawyers and fight the system".

- "Parents are victimized by "the system" that makes a profit for holding children longer and "bonuses" for not returning children".

- "Caseworkers and social workers are oftentimes guilty of fraud. They withhold evidence. They fabricate evidence and they seek to terminate parental rights. However, when charges are made against them, the charges are ignored".

- "Separation of families has become a business due to Federal incentives".

This isn't conspiracy theory. High incidence of abuse on the foster circuit and damage effects on the children it's 'served' was always well known. Better yet just ask any adult who was put through the experience as a child or teenager themselves.

Here's how the non-adoptive temporary foster placement works. These fosters are people who make a living being paid monthly support per child they house. The more they can house the more they make. The incentive is to cram as many as they can into one house, and spend as little on their care as possible. While there are couples that do genuinely want to provide good care for homeless children that's not the norm.

There is no Federal incentive for closing abusive or criminal homes. Professional (criminal) sex trade rings flourish under such circumstances.

Nancy Schaefer's preliminary investigation included visiting 37 families of children taken away by Georgia Department of Family and Children Services. She found a disturbing pattern of competent family members fully qualified and willing to care for the children who were not merely overlooked by caseworkers and judges - many had injunctions and threats against them to visit or even know the whereabouts of their grandchildren, or nieces and nephews.

"I had witnessed the "Gestapo" at work and I witnessed the deceitful conditions under which children were taken in the middle of the night, out of hospitals, off of school buses, and out of homes. In one county a private drug testing business was operating within the DFCS department that required many, many drug tests from parents and individuals for profit. In another county children were not removed when they were enduring the worst possible abuse."

In the course of that investigation, the Child Services workers involved seemed to be reprimanded or fired. Checking later Schaefer found that as soon as DFCS thought the coast was clear the perps were back on the job breaking up families and trafficking new children.

Schaefer investigated 300 more cases and decided to publicize her findings not only to her constituents in Georgia, but to the world. She published "THE CORRUPT BUSINESS OF CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES" which you should download and distribute from the link below. And she was a speaker at the World Congress of Families in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, August 2009, (see below.)

Another state's power establishment might have handled a loose cannon like Schaefer with more postmodern finesse. But Georgia is old money old school masonry like Louisiana. They think of double murder as an object lesson for Schriefer's associates, attorneys, DFCS informers and everybody else in the fight against the State sanctioned slave trade.

The mainstream media are in concert on her. The official 'murder suicide' story is deliberately transparent. You're not expected to believe it, it's meant to intimidate us into forgetting what she exposed. You will find no Wikipedia entry at all for Nancy Schaefer.

Must-Read Holly Greig Case Summary

This is already a huge international story, with hundreds of pages on the web, but I will summarize this exceedingly complex story into as brief a commentary as I can.

It is important to note that whilst Hollie Greig has Down`s Syndrome, expert documentary opinion states that she is both a competent and entirely truthful and credible witness. Due to her condition, Hollie does not bring out all memories of the background at once, with the result that we are still learning about new atrocities. Much of this is not yet in the public domain, but is of a most significantly horrifying and sickening nature, going way beyond the bounds of sexual gratification. These incidents took place in the city of Aberdeen, Scotland.

THE CRIMES

Hollie has testified that she has been sexually abused by 22 named individuals, including her father, who first raped her at the age of six, then her brother, followed by her systematic and continuous ordeals at the hands of a paedophile rape gang, which included a member of the judiciary, a senior police officer, her own head teacher, her carer and other professionals. Hollie also named seven other children she had witnessed as victims of sexual abuse by the gang.

Hollie`s uncle, Roy Greig, was found dead in a stationary burnt-out car on 17th November 1997. Hollie did not tell her mother Anne of the sexual abuses until 2000, when Hollie was twenty. The following year, 2001, Hollie told her mother that her Uncle Roy had walked in one day and found her father abusing her sexually. The father threatened to have Roy killed. Shortly afterward Roy was found dead.

Eleven days after Hollie had named the gang members to the police, a raid was made on her home and without a warrant, her mother Anne was kidnapped, assaulted publicly and thrown into a mental institution, despite having no history of mental illness whatsoever. Hollie was handed back by Aberdeen`s Social Services Department, which had instigated Anne`s abduction, to her abuser father. Anne subsequently managed to get away from the institution and through her solicitor, an eminent specialist pronounced her perfectly sane.

THE GREAT AND CONTINUING COVER UP

After the sex crimes were reported, the Chief Prosecutor for Aberdeen, a friend of the abuser judge, blocked any meaningful investigation. According to the police report, no crime was committed. Nonetheless, Hollie was awarded £13,500 from public funds to compensate her for a crime that, according to the authorities, did not exist. By all accounts, this is unprecedented in British legal history.

Anne appealed to the Independent Police Complaints Commission, who carried out what they described as a thorough investigation. One of the leading officers who was supposed to investigate the crimes against Hollie and the other children, Detective Sergeant Innes Walker admitted that he had never even spoken to the named abusers or victims. The IPCC did not appear to find this odd in the least. It was discovered subsequently that Walker was personally associated at the time with Hollie`s female carer, one of the abusers. It was also discovered during my own investigations that four medical reports from three medical experts, all acting independently at different times and locations, provided conclusive evidence of the assaults on Hollie, supporting her allegations completely. We have those documents now. They were all deliberately withheld by the police from the official inquiry.

Also withheld was the autopsy on Roy Greig, which we only acquired a year ago. This clearly indicates that he was the victim of a vicious physical assault leading up to his death. The police indicated merely that he had died of smoke inhalation. I am aware of the identity of Roy`s likely killer and stated his name to the police when I was interviewed after being arrested on 12th February 2010. We have just received a copy of the official transcript, allegedly copied from the taped interview. This whole section is missing. Tampering with evidence is a criminal offense.

Following my introduction to the case in 2009, I challenged the Lord Advocate of Scotland, who is head of the entire legal criminal system in Scotland. Her name is Elish Angiolini. She is the same person who in her previous role in Aberdeen as Prosecutor, covered up the case in 2000.

Mrs Angiolini claimed that she knew nothing about Hollie`s case. However, we held three documents, including one from her to Hollie`s solicitor, showing that she was lying. in the summer of 2009, the Scottish First Minister, Alex Salmond and Justice Minister Kenny MacAskill (also controversially involved in the Lockerbie case) were informed of the Lord Advocate`s blatant dishonesty. They failed to take any action.

In December 2009, the Lord Advocate blocked the second police investigation,despite compelling and overwhelming evidence that many serious crimes had committed. I was actually present when Hollie detailed the abuses and the names of the abusers and locations in a three and a half hour interview with the police on 8th September 2009.

The mainstream media, including the BBC, were warned off any coverage of these terrible events. I later discovered that Mrs Angiolini was using a private law firm, Levy and McRae (Lockerbie again) to threaten the mainstream media over publicizing any possible linkage between her and the Hollie Greig case. It has subsequently been highlighted that she was misappropriating public money to fund a private action. Angiolini and Levy & McRae are now actively obstructing efforts to conclusively discover who paid - I think we already know.

MY TRAVAILS

In February I decided to stand in the British General Election, due to take place on 6th May. I traveled to Aberdeen, where I intended to stand, and was grabbed immediately by two detectives and placed in solitary confinement for four days. Whilst being held, four police officers traveled on a 700 mile round-trip to raid my home in England and remove my computer and all other confidential records belonging my clients and me. No search warrant has yet been produced, despite the police stating one was issued. I was banned from entering Aberdeen to conduct my election campaign, the only time such a thing has occurred in 300 years of British Parliamentary history.

Just before the election, on the 14th April, two officers traveled again to England to re-arrest me, in an attempt to prevent me completing documentation necessary for my election candidature. I was still standing, despite the unprecedented restrictions placed upon me. Thanks to a massive public outcry, I was released the following day.

More attempts to stop the campaign continued in England,where Hollie and Anne Greig had fled to in order to escape the rape gang, when the local council in England ludicrously decided that Hollie was a "missing person", raiding the ladies` home on 3rd June whilst they were on holiday and seizing the computer and personal documents. Again there is no sign of a warrant.

SUCCESSES

Due to our relentless pressure, Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini was forced to announce her unexpected resignation on 1st October. The person responsible for my own arrest and persecution, Prosecutor Stephen MacGowan was removed from Aberdeen on 22nd October, after making provably false statements about both Hollie and me. One of the individuals in England who was largely responsible for the attack on Hollie and Anne`s home, Councilor Aggie Caesar -Homden resigned her local council post just prior to me confronting her on 1st November.

The campaign continues, going from strength to strength, thanks to the commitment of our many loyal supporters and the amazing courage of a few brave individuals who are mainly working in the rogue police state of Scotland.
