the worm that turned

I feel this should be under this section but if a mod wishes for it to be moved I have no objections.
I have written to Andy of the family Burnham, acting as the Secretary of State for Health - please see full transcript below including Sworn Declaration of Truth (response to follow tomorrow in a separate post):
-----------------------------------------------------------
25 July 2009
Dear Andrew: Burnham,
I recently became a father and now have the decision to make as to whether I should immunise my son against various diseases. The National Health Service promotes the immunisation of children from the age of 2 months against various illnesses and diseases. It is my understanding that you, Andrew of the family Burnham, also identified by the name Secretary of State for Health and The Right Honourable Andrew Burnham MP are ultimately responsible for the advice given by the NHS and therefore the support and promotion of the nationwide immunisation programme followed in England.
Before I allow a nurse or doctor, acting under your instruction, to immunise my son I require the following assurances: you continue to back the immunisation programme; you remain confident that the recommend vaccines are safe, efficacious and of high quality; and that you are aware of the levels of aluminium found in these vaccines.
I have prepared a Sworn Declaration of Truth and included it with this letter. I would appreciate it if you would read this and sign it in the presence of two witnesses, not related by blood, which would make any such statement binding in law.
If you are not comfortable with the content of the Sworn Declaration of Truth, I would be grateful if you could amend it, either by hand (with signatures next to any amendments) or provide a revised version. This would provide me with absolute confidence that the immunisation programme is a suitable option for my son and the associated vaccines are in fact efficacious, safe and of high quality.
I would also be grateful if you would provide a justification for amending any section of the declaration if you choose to do so.
I await a response from you within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of this letter. If you do not wish to sign this declaration, as provided or as amended by you, or if you fail to respond within this timeframe then I can only assume that you are not confident in the immunisation programme promoted by the NHS and associated with you. As such I will not be confident in vaccinating my son in line with the NHS immunisation programme and will not hesitate to distribute my findings to others that may be interested in this information.
Sincerely without ill will or malice and with all human rights reserved.

Sworn Declaration of Truth
I, Andrew of the family Burnham, a flesh and blood human being, who is also sometimes referred to as the Secretary of State for Health or The Right Honourable Andrew Burnham MP, do hereby swear under full liability that the following information is true and accurate,
I am responsible for various actions, decisions and comments that have the potential to affect the health of human beings living in England.
I declare that it is safe to vaccinate children at the age of 2, 3 and 4 months and that the vaccines I recommend are safe, efficacious and of high quality and their benefits far outweigh any known or potential risks to each human being who is in receipt of these vaccines.
I am aware and accept that the vaccines I recommend expose human beings to levels of aluminium that are above the World Health Organisation (WHO) recommended safe daily levels.
I am aware and accept that the safe levels of aluminium, as provided by the WHO are calculated by taking into consideration that aluminium is absorbed via the gut, and not via injection.
I am aware and accept that the gut acts as a barrier and prevents the vast majority of aluminium from being absorbed into the blood of human beings.
I am aware and accept that if a vaccine is injected the gut cannot act as a barrier to the aluminium that is being injected into the body and therefore the amount of aluminium reaching the blood will be much greater than if the same amount of aluminium was ingested via the gut.
I am aware and accept that little, if any, scientific data is available to determine the actual effects on the health and wellbeing of human beings following exposure to injected aluminium, such as in the form of vaccines.
I continue to promote and support a nationwide immunisation programme, via the National Health Service, that includes the promotion of a 5 in 1 vaccine alongside various other vaccines used to prevent diseases such as Diptheria, Tetanus, Polio, Pertussis, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Pneumococcal disease, Meningococcal disease and Haemophilus influenzae type b.
