Yes, it is the exact same video. You should be able to download the plug-in (DivX player)
for free on this site http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/, but you can also watch it on Google.
It really is a very good documentary for those who want to get a more in dept understanding of the US federal government, and the US domestic and foreign politics.
