I wanted to post these videos to reveal the true metaphysical teachings. I expected everyone here on the David Icke forums to be well aware of these, yet I keep seeing the same Christian vs. Atheist arguments.

(*David Icke's segment starting at 0:50)
This is an important one that I want to discuss and see if anyone here agrees with this.
Here some other great philosophic teachings:

I wasn't talking about Bill Hicks' segment. I said to start the video at (0:50) which is when David Icke starts. So you haven't rested any case. You think a Red Herring fallacy will get you anywhere?
As for Tsarion, you gave no reason as to why he is an "evil" truther.
Edit: Care to actually share your thoughts on what Icke said in the video?

I took the time to transcribe what Icke said in the video for those who don't want to watch it. This is what I'd like people to address, because it appears many here don't understand this point.
==============
"If we realize who we really are and the nature of our true power to control our own destiny and control the direction of our lives, then the ability of a few to control the many becomes impossible. This is why we've had such emphasis over these thousands of years on creating religions and other prisons of the mind which have divorced us and kept us apart from the knowledge that would set us free.
And we really come to another opposame. Religion and science. As I document in my books, the same secret societies that created religion, all of them, are the same that created what we call 'science.'" This idea, excuse me if I insult your intelligence, that this world is all there is, and we come from oblivion and after a period in awakened consciousness, a few seconds or hundred years, we go back to oblivion. You get letters after your name for coming up with that you know, it's amazing, and a big salary. Now these two things appear to be opposites.
One saying "God" and all this stuff, you must do what God says. And this one is saying, there is no God, and you're just a cosmic accident darling. The idea of both, and indeed the creators of both, were high initiates of the secret socities and mystery school network who knew that both versions of life were a load of crap. We are given the choice of being controlled by God, or being basically a cosmic accident.
What we are not given the choice to see, from early in our lives, is that we are not a physical body and we are not just an entity that lives in a physical world. We are EVERYTHING THAT EXISTS. Increasingly open minded science, is starting to confirm that everything that exists in the whole of creation in this dimension and others, is the same energy in different states of being. And the vibrational state of that energy decides what that energy will manifest as.
Therefore, we are not the physical body, that is our genetic spacesuit through which we experience this world. What we are is multidimensional consciousness that animates that body. The question is, how much of that consciousness are we going to access, a little bit, or massive amounts of it.
We are like droplets of water in the ocean of consciousness. We're individual to an extent, just like droplets of water are individual, you can hold one in your hand, but those droplets together, make up the ocean. Without the droplets, there is no ocean. It's the same with this infinite energy, mind, we call creation. We are not part of that infinity, we ARE that Infinity, if we open ourselves up to reconnect with it." - David Icke

Well he's trying. Give him that.
He said science says you die and that's the end. Then he said Religion says you must bow to our God and live. I don't see this as all religion or science has to say. I wish he would qualify this if he can. For example, Buddhism doesn't say anything about God, but it is still a prison for some people. Then, some scientist,, "The Dancing Woo Lei Masters" are saying something else about the Universe than what he presents here.
"It's the same with this infinite energy, mind, we call creation. We are not part of that infinity, we ARE that Infinity, if we open ourselves up to reconnect with it".. If he really believed or knew this he would not say it this way. If we are infinity, then there is no need to "open ourselves up" or to "connect".

When he says religion, he's usually referring to the big 3 monotheistic ones that overwhelmingly dominate the world.
He was probably referring to ego-hood where we think we are the body and everything is separate. Once we realize, from a holistic standpoint, that we are everything, then we reach a sort of cosmic consciousness. Alan Watts describes it as the Universe, or cosmic consciousness, is merely playing different roles (Icke says, expressing itself differently), like actors on stage, and we sometimes forget that we are just playing our parts.

I like Icke,, and have always said he's an interesting guy. But,, these people you are extolling here are not the one's that come to mind first and foremost when I think about "advanced meatphysics". Have you looked into the works of Gregg Braden (I think that is his name)? How about Ken Wilber? Then, if you want to talk about the true Giants in the game,,,,,,,,,,,, look to the East my friend. Read up on Paramahamsa Yoganada, Ramakrishna, Ramana Marahrishi, DA Kalki, or even Srila Prabhupada.
Maybe you have researched these others, I don't know. But, seems to me Alan Watts, and David Icke,,, though interesting are really just knocking at the door at best.

Yes, I have one of Gregg Braden's books. I do look to Srila Prabhupada also. I also follow the teachings of Alaje (Pleiadian, he made some videos on youtube called Pleiadian Message), the Hidden Hand material (based off of Law of One), David Wilcock, and others.
You say Icke and Watts are just knocking at the door, then most people here haven't even made it that far.

Association fallacy. You only think Crowley is evil because of your Christian indoctrination. I also see that when confronted face to face with information that makes your view look pitiful, you avoid it. You have yet to address what David Icke said.
Your Christian philosophy can be dismantled and pales in comparison to real philosophy.

I did. If you look on the first page, I actually transcribed what Icke said for those who couldn't watch it.
While your at it, lets see you dismmantle Christianity againts any other philosphy. A little evidence goes along way, other wise its, as I said, just an opinion.
Christianity: "The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree."
"A totalitarian belief. It is the wish to be a slave. It is the desire that there be an unalterable, unchallengeable, tyrannical authority who can convict you of thought crime while you are asleep, who can subject you - who must, indeed, subject you - to total surveillance around the clock every waking and sleeping minute of your life - I say, of your life - before you're born and, even worse and where the real fun begins, after you're dead." - Christopher Hitchins
"A God who could make good children as easily as bad, yet preferred to make bad ones; who could have made every one of them happy, yet never made a single happy one; who made them prize their bitter life, yet stingily cut it short; who gave his angels eternal happiness unearned, yet required his other children to earn it; who gave his angels painless lives, yet cursed his other children with biting miseries and maladies of mind and body; who mouths justice and invented hell - mouths mercy and invented hell - mouths Golden Rules, and forgiveness multiplied by seventy times seven, and invented hell; who mouths morals to other people and has none himself; who frowns upon crimes, yet commits them all; who created man without invitation, then tries to shuffle the responsibility for man's acts upon man, instead of honorably placing it where it belongs, upon himself; and finally, with altogether divine obtuseness, invites this poor, abused slave to worship him!" - Mark Twain
The whole problem with Christianity is that it teaches an all-loving, omnibenevolent god, who simultaneously slaughters millions, and then after their dead, unjustly sentences them to eternal torture. It also claims that everyone is a born sinner piece of shit out of the womb and that we must be ashamed of ourselves and that we must blindly accept a man as the son of god to be purified and saved. It is taking the power away from us as divine beings, and glorifying an external entity to be our master.
True Metaphysics: Well, just read the David Icke transcription from the video. There's more to it than that, obviously, but that's the basis.
PS you dont need to be a Christian to have the veiw that Crowley is a little, well, nutts.
Yes, that's true, and I'm sure Tsarion is also aware of that. Just because Tsarion likes some of the works of Crowley, does not mean he endorses him entirely, or agrees with him on everything. That's an entirely unwarranted reason to discredit Michael.

I discredit Tsarion because of his views that satan was coming to our rescue in the garden of eden, yes he quotes the bible often to back up his wacky views, the book about the jewish zombie, I think youve heard of it. All the best friend. Im not going to continue discussing this with you, becuase I dont like yor style, especially being called a liar. Have fun mate.

Perhaps you don't like my style because I bring you face to face with the issue at hand. When I ask you to justify Christian philosophy, you avoid it or change the subject, as you have just done here. Also, I didn't call you a liar, I pointed out a part of your post that was a lie, perhaps not a lie, but a deceptive semantic trick. I hope you would continue the debate, because I have yet to see you address these up front, and to the point, arguments.

I think this expresses my views also - although the ideas about the contradictory "god" come more so from the old testament - the new testament (story of Jesus) paints this "god" as a more loving and forgiving character (in most parts of it anyway).
I find the old testament to be the most contradictory book on earth - the new testament has some contradictions, but not as many, and anyway, I think these contradictions entered whenever the Romans took over and ruined it all for the true christians of that time - The Romans definately did alter the story of Jesus to suit thier own aganda, history has recorded how they done it and it takes little research to prove it. Constantine seen chriatianity as a handy vehicle to unify the Roman empire which was crumbling at that time - he used christianity and then polluted it with all manner of made up nonsense. The fact that they had to call the meeting known as the council of nicea to decide upon what they would allow into the new testament proves on its own that alterations were made and inserts fabricated.

Hey if you become really a believer you wouldn't dare doubt your god when you have assessed that he is your master and you shouldn't bite the hand that feeds you.
That is why some will never challenge their belief's, out of fear.
